The Knights of the Round Table Pub in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

We were staying at the nearby caravan site, and booked to eat here on our last night before returning home. A quiet Sunday night, but nothing was too much trouble for our host. While waiting for the meal, my wife became unwell, (nothing to do with the restaurant or meal) so we were unable to stay and enjoy our meal. Our host packed the freshly cooked meals in takeaway trays so we could have later. I ate my steak once back at the caravan and it was delicious. Sorry we had to rush off, but our host was perfect and the food excellent. Would certainly return if we were back in the area.

Was really looking forward to our anniversary meal had seen the photos and the bar on line looked so different and interesting. We got there to an empty carpark only one gentleman having a drink We booked online. We were asked what we wanted to drink and asked to have a seat we thought maybe just have drink and they would call us through to the room we had seen in photos. Sadly no we stayed in this large bright room with only us eating. The owner told us he opened just for us but no problem as lived on site. We said he should have told us closed we could have booked for the next night. So didn't have heart to ask about the other room after he opened just for us for a meal.

My wife and I have just spent a week away in Cornwall and had heard great things about this place, so we had to visit. We were not disappointed. It has a nice chilled atmosphere, and the food was amazing. The owner Paul is a great host and catered for our every need. The service was friendly and welcoming. Dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction and flavoursome food. I had an incredible fillet steak that was cooked to perfection, and my wife had the salmon that was delicious and full of flavour. The prices are also very reasonable. You will be paying a lot more for this level of service and food elsewhere. If you are in the area, we would definitely recommend a visit.

Just had the best steak ever! Fantastic customer service (nothing was too much trouble), and amazing delicious food. Staff made us feel welcome and also our dog - who was spoiled rotten! Fully recommend a visit and ordering the steak.

Just popped in while staying at the caravan club site camelford. This is 5 mins from the site an such a lovely location with gorgeous views. Very welcoming place. Coming for dinner later in the week.

We went on a whim with the wife and mother, the food was amazing we all pick 3 different cuisines I had the filet steak and it was cooked to perfection, the wife had Thai noodles she said it was yummy! and muther had Spanish prawn she said they were better then spain lol, Paul the owner was very nice and friendly and very Professional. We will be going back top marks

Good food in nice surrounding and friendly staff. The starters was excellent and freshly cooked. My main salmon was delicious and had loads of wonderful flavours. Our bill was half of other restaurants that serve that quality, so value for money. I have recommended to all my friends.

Hidden Gem just off the beaten track in Camelford. Great food the Thai Green curry was exceptionally good and fantastic service. Try it you won’t be disappointed

We went for a family meal at this location... booking a table in the week, the male server said we had not booked... not the best start. He sat us down and quoted "As you can see I am busy"... there was about 5 tables... so not busy at all. We sat down for 20 minutes and no-one even came to take our drinks order, let alone any food. We left... waste of time. One of the tables got served and it looked like basic oven food. Shambles. We won't be going back!
