After a misunderstanding at a previous visit, they have more than made up for the mistake by treating us to two free roasts plus dessert and drinks. Much appreciated and we will definitely be back! 😊

Discovered this place accidentally, as it was the new local after our office relocated. Tried their wings at a staff party we held there and have been coming back (and telling all my friends about them) ever since. Best wings I've had in London to this date, I don't know what they put in the BBQ sauce, but we find ourselves wanting to lick it off the plate (and probably would if nobody could see). Very friendly and accommodating staff, lovely atmosphere, love the stack of games and the Watercolour Wednesdays. Now the only thing I miss about quitting that old job is no longer working around the corner from this gem. Still, will trek for wings all the way from zone 3 north.

On a whim, my partner and I decided to drop into The King's Arms for Sunday lunch. Although they were fully booked, the staff kindly squeezed us in after we promised to eat quickly. Our two vegetarian roasts were served promptly, and the food was delicious—I savoured every bite. The pub’s Victorian-style décor is whimsical and charming, adding to the delightful atmosphere. Our dog came along and had a great time, too. I’ll be returning!

This pub stands above the others in the area, the food is some of the best you'll find in a pub and the atmosphere is the perfect mix of quaint and cosy. If you're ever around Tower Bridge, you're doing yourself a disservice to not give it a go.

The Kings Arms was brilliant, we had a team dinner last night. The food was great, but the service was totally spot on - thank you to Rory who served us, and the lovely lady with curly blonde hair (Jodie I think?!) We will be back!

First day of December and the pub already had the right kind of Xmas vibe going on. Crispy potatoes, perfect yorkies, tender lamb - so good. And it’s also dog friendly. 100% recommend.

This pub is a gem of London Town brillant atmosphere and great service and the food is really good £7 for a pint of Guinness and £18.95 for beer bartered haddock and chips

This is our local and we love it for the fabulous, ever subtley changing interior, the escape from the world atmosphere and the lovely staff especially Jodie!

Second year in a row I celebrate my bday with The Kings Arms! And never disappointed! From the booking, to the food and specially the service! I booked a table for 12 and we ended up being 17!!!!! Even though all the team was super comprehensive and helped to accommodate my guests! Food was great as always a great selection of drinks! Lovely pub, not the traditional interior you'd expect but still quite cozy. Food was good, selection is actually plenty and the staff was extremely nice. Being inside really feels more like a bar rather than a pub.

Nice cosy homely little pub. All the tables had reserved on them on a Friday evening, but the friendly staff still managed to find us somewhere to sit. Mulleted chap behind the bar was also an absolute gent.

I visited late on a Sunday night, the place was still busy always a good sign. I was made most welcome as a solo dinner and offered a table. Both the beer , food and service were very good.

Came as part of a stag do for lunch here, friendly staff, lovely food and good selection of drinks, clean toilets, clean pub, top place!

If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and drop on in. This establishment is everything you're looking for in a neighborhood pub. Good atmosphere, great food and wonderful wait staff. I had the flame grilled chicken breast sandwich and side salad. My wife had the salmon with Mediterranean potatoes. Both dishes were prepared well. Be mindful that the chicken sandwich came with cheese on top. It came as a surprise. The salad had a wonderful dressing. Will definitely return and try something else. In which, I'm sure will delight the taste buds as well.

The Kings Arms is a pub located at Tooley Street in Southwark not far from the Tower Bridge. It has a stunning 18th century royal coat of arms above the front door. The pub offers drinks, a choice of beers, and basic pub food. Furnishings and decoration provide an easy going atmosphere. It is definitely a locals’ pub, managed with pride and aplomb. You can have your drink inside, and at the small street-side terrace until 22:00. Service is adequate. We came for a large glass of beer. The choice of cask-conditioned ales is impressive. The beer was OK.

Fantastic decour, great bar staff, was served by a person called Joe, who made the best Bloody Mary!

Summary: Gorgeous interior. Amazing attentive staff. Wide range of beers. Exceptional food menu. So many board games to choose from. All persons welcome and cherished. Context: As soon as I walked into this charming pub I was greeted at the bar by a welcoming greeting from staff (Chloe), who after my request to try some samples of their extensive beer collection also encouraged other punters to try before you buy to result in a beer you love. This refreshing behaviour brought me onto purchasing a beer I had never tasted before. When I went back for another, a friendly member of staff (Jacob) was attentive and charming which also warmed me to the already homely environment. I was so impressed by this gorgeous pub I couldn't resist taking pictures when I ran into the owners (Robin) who I engaged in a chat with about the local environment and invited me to the local quiz night. In my own experience of spending 21 years in London, it is not often you experience such a warm welcome within a diverse community of pub going lovers to feel so at home. The atmosphere is a mixture of cosy and vibrant. I would go out my way to become a regular here to feel part of an inclusive family. No matter who you are, your background, or what inevitably amazing stories you have: There will always be someone here to listen and  chat when the moment suits you. Cannot recommend enough.

The food is tasty and plentiful, the service is friendly but you have to be very careful! We ordered and paid via QR code, this went well so far. We had spar ribs and roasted chicken. The spareribs were well marinated and fried, the chicken was quite dry, but with the gravy it was tasty. We ordered desert at the bar, where the full amount was presented to us again (including the food) even though we had already paid for it. Eventually I was able to straighten it out. When we got the desert (coffee, ice cream and baileys), the baileys were forgotten. This was also resolved kindly. In the end, the food and atmosphere were delicious, but we decided to continue our evening somewhere else.

Quite a nice place. Used to come here 10 years ago and they did amazing ribs. It’s changed a bit since then, still a decent place to go for a drink.

The chicken roast was absolutely amazing – full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and the portion size was really generous. To top it off, the food came out surprisingly quickly! My friend ordered the beef burge and ready enjoyed it. The atmosphere was also fantastic, cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a meal. I'll definitely be coming back!"

This place was an unexpected delight. The ambiance was moody and pleasant. They had great music and lots of people playing board games. The food was EXCELLENT. Get the chocolate creme brulee!

Stupidly didn't book, was given the only available seats which were 4 stools in a row and then after asking the staff for any other available seat, we were helped by Chloe who, despite having dozens of glasses in her hand still took a moment to find us a lovely seat 😊 Thank you Chloe!

A short walk from tower bridge this child friendly pub provided typical pub grub and a nice atmosphere. The service was very fast and staff were polite and friendly.

Interesting place. You order food from the till and they take it to the table. Reasonable menu.

Very tasty food! Prices completely ok, service attentive and organized! Music is very loud, so entertainment is only possible to a limited extent, but it is a pub. Especially small children in there even after 9 p.m.🤷

Absolutely loved The Kings Arms. We went in before the Euro Cup final without a reservation and they were able to find a table for us. The fish and chips were fabulous, good beer, great staff and everything you want in a pub. Tried going back a couple of times and unfortunately they weren't open (it was late one time and we were early the other). Highly recommend if you're in the area!

I was only walking by through the window I felt like back in college going to these dark pubs. I got in, Nicest atmosphere, good lighting and vintage feeling. Service was also great, having the kitchen open until quite late, the only thing I can say is that my beer was a little flat Coming here next time in london

Great pub, with a very nice atmosphere close to Tower Bridge. Mixed audience. Kind people, good pub food. We had fish & chips and a pint. Tiramisu seemed not available but kind waiter checked the kitchen and brought it to us.

Was back twice in a 2 weeks, first time was ok, last night I’ve spotted a mice running around the main floor…. This is really concerning

My favourite pub for a roast dinner. It has a really lovely atmosphere and I really like the design. The food is delicious - I’ve had the best sticky toffee pudding here. I’d also recommend their ‘boozy iced latte’ - delicious. The staff are always really friendly too.

This is a great pub. Went here on Sunday and was treated to a great atmosphere. My friend had a roast when I arrived and it was superb. He had the chicken. We drank to a couple of hours and then I ordered in a burger with some cauliflower and padron peopers. The patrons were a little bit for my liking. I prefer the smaller ones packed with a punch. The cauliflower was great. My burger was good too and had a good chunk of beer. The food is decent. Not amazing but really good for a pub. The atmosphere is great and the service was exceptional. Really well looked after throughout. It’s amazing I’ve never heard of this pub before considering how good it was. Would like to go back. Good for groups or couples or friends. Plenty of space despite being busy. Would book of a group though!

Very nice traditional English pub. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Saturday food looked delicious. Soda and lime on the rocks was fabulous. Quiet, even though close to Tower Bridge area.

Had a wonderful family catch up this afternoon. We travelled from North London, Surrey, Sussex & Somerset. Great pub, great food & lovely friendly staff.

Everything we ate was great. The pork belly small platter was amazing and the Milanese eggplant thing was great as well. The ribs are to die for, just…wow. The servers were nice, accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed. This doesn’t feel like a commercial pub, it had a lot of character and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely coming back next time we’re in London.

I had some great food here. Harissa caulliflowers are special and the calamari as well.

I brought a large group of 16 here for Sunday roast. The team were so amazingly accomodating and even kept a homemade cake in the fridge for us to serve for dessert. The roasts are very generous, lots of nice vegetables and loads of gravy. The chicken and lamb roasts were definitely the ones to get, the meat was falling off the bone! With such a large group, it was great value for money - we shared several starters, each had mains and a few sticky toffee puddings and the food all-in was £25pp.

Nostalgic for me to go to this pub. I lived across the road from this pub 35years ago. It was a rough area back then. I remember a night when the patrons threw the billard table through the front window. Now, this pub is a family pub with a different clientele. It served great food, great atmosphere. The decor was stunning. Loved it.

Quirky pub, not what I expected, homely atmosphere, did an excellent Sunday roast lamb. Would definitely return for another lunch.

Coming from USA, this satisfied a deep craving for a proper Sunday roast (lamb) and fish & chips for both my [English] husband and [American] me while here on holiday. Food was delicious with not a long wait and we felt right at home with our 2 little kids. All the tables had Reserved signs on them but the server was quick to find us a table that accommodated our family and pram.

We had Sunday roast expecting it to be traditional it wasn’t potatoes were rock hard and smothered with herbs? It was slung up on the plate in a messy pile it was awful other dishes looked fine but the roast was awful!

Lovely pub near tower bridge. Great ambience, super friendly staff and insanely good ribs!!! We also sampled a few starters all of which were yummy. Lots of games to choose from too if you fancy a laugh with friends and family. Oh and some cool t-shirts that you can buy… which we did! 😂
