Everything was perfect, one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Frozen Aperol, chicken salad and chocolate bomb were beyond delicious. Me and my husband celebrated our 10th anniversary and they gave us an amazing dessert to share. Service was on point, very attentive and kind. Will return again and highly recommend to everyone.

Was there last night and the whole experience was amazing: delicious food, wonderfully presented, and an intimate atmosphere with soft lights and super professional waiters. One in particular, Erdal, was both discreet and friendly - he gave us nice tips on the menu and managed to make our evening even more special!

The food was fantastic, but I loved their service even better! The staff was cordial and made sure you walked out with full stomach and smile on your face ! Must visit 💕💕

Amazing experience given by Rahman & Jack (our waiter and bartender). Rahman is attentive and sweet, looked after us so well! And Jack is super friendly and charismatic! Gave us signature drinks, just by conversing with us he already figured out what we like! This place made us feel special and welcomed. No need to talk about the food; very filling! Definitely recommended!

Absolutely delicious, everything was 10/10, the Italian server was so nice and very friendly, checked on us regularly, made sure our wine glass was always full. The starters, the mains and the dessert were amazinggg!!!

The food was great but what really made it was the effort all female front of house team and maitre de made in getting us a rooftop table to watch our friend run in the big screen. Our waitress Brigitte was fantastic

I dined at The Ivy Canary Wharf today and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by both the staff and the manager. Unfortunately, our meal was disrupted by an unpleasant encounter with a racist who was swearing to my father (who is 75 years old), due to his slowness in walking up the stairs and his response. The situation was deeply distressing, but the way the restaurant handled it was nothing short of outstanding. The staff immediately recognised that something was wrong and quickly brought the matter to the manager's attention. Within minutes, the Canary Wharf security team was on-site, thanks to the prompt action taken by the restaurant. The staff and manager did everything they could to minimise the impact of the incident on our experience, going above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and supported. What has also surprised me was the manager’s incredible gesture of putting our entire meal on the house. Despite my insistence that I should cover the bill, the manager insisted that they wanted to make up for the unfortunate experience. This act of kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on me and my family. I cannot speak highly enough of The Ivy Canary Wharf’s commitment to customer care and their swift, compassionate handling of a difficult situation. It’s clear that they prioritise their guests' well-being and go out of their way to ensure everyone has a positive experience, no matter the circumstances. I highly recommend this restaurant, not just for its delicious food but for the outstanding service that truly sets it apart.

I like the Ivy, but recently prices are up and portions are way down. For example our guest was just served this steak costing £28.95 with no sauce and no veg except a few leaves for decoration.

We had a fantastic birthday day out. First the Shard, then the Clipper to Canary Wharf, then a lovely lunch at the Ivy before catching the sunset on the way back to London Bridge. Very Romantic...

We ordered brunch at the Ivy and the service was great. We enjoyed the crème brule, however I found the muffin too buttery, chips were ok. They had one vege option which we went for. I think the Ivy is better when it comes to a normal lunch and dinner

We had an enjoyable family meal at The Ivy in Canary Wharf this evening. We were served by a lovely lady called Tyra who was extremely pleasant and friendly and had a lovely smile the entire time we were there which really made the evening. Food was delicious and atmosphere was lively. We will be back again.

Brigitta was amazing! She catered to all of our needs, as well as taking a million beautiful pictures of us all. We were very looked after!

We loved today! I went for my bridesmaid - and it was STUNNUNG! BEAUTIFUL SCENERY (and food!) but what really sold it? BRIGITTA our server - she was patient, kind and took enough photos of us to make a gallery. We were very happy and probably look to coming again sometime. thank you BRIGITTA!

We were here to celebrate 2 birthdays. We booked a table in the garden and informed them about the occasion. We were called a day before to confirm the occasion once more. When we arrived, we received an indoor table and were told the restaurant is full and they had reserved that table for us. We got over it and sat down inside even though we booked an outdoor table. Fish and chips were worse than any place we've been too. The batter was uncooked and the fish tasted frozen. We also ordered 2 chicken milanese without the eggs. The person who took our ordered double checked to make sure she wrote the order down correctly. They didn't respect that request either. To be honest, in retrospect, the eggs were the best part of the chicken milanese. At the end, there was no dessert coming out as requested to celebrate the 2 birthdays. We left completely disappointed and we will not be returning.

We sat outside on the park which was exquisite. We have had drinks in the park before but looking into the park was special. We ate steak Tartar and a great salad plus two burgers with fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and the severs took care of us. We were there for lunch but will be coming back for dinner as it seems like a great spot.

Lovely brasserie. Good food and very plush surroundings. Staff treat you well but prefer people in expensive clothes.

This was the second Ivy we have visited. It was a great choice for a date night. For starters burrata was a good choice drizzled with honey sauce 👍🏼 for mains we got the shepherds 🥧 the Milanese Chicken they were both delicious. Thia Ivy has lots of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the park views. We were served by Rahman who was super kind and attentive which was also another plus.

Just today visited with my daughter and Osman was our waiter. He was such a professional, catering to our every need - so patient with my daughter and all food and drink was delivered efficiently. I visited The Ivy Canary wharf for the first time and had an amazing experience. I tried their Lobster Linguine, Chicken Skewers and Fish and Chips. The service was all so great and our server Rahman was so attentive, including bringing us more water when we were having dessert as he noted that we had run out. That's the sort of service any customer would love. I'm definitely going back with more friends.

Amazing service. We got there during closing time and got 10 mins to order. Nevertheless, usman was really friendly and served us well. We absolutely loved his energy and attitude. The crème brûlée was splendid :)

Everything was excellent! Specially the service provided by Osman. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though my friends were running late he never made us feel uncomfortable.

Inspirational atmosphere, delicious menu, welcoming and smiley staff. All branches are recommended at all. I also highly recommend the breakfast on weekend.

Our waiter Osman was a delight, very professional, looked after us so well and took on board our feedback regarding another member of staff. His service was impeccable and enhanced our enjoyment of the evening. The atmosphere is lovely and the food delicious!

The servers at the table were lovely but on a busy summer evening there were not enough bar staff, our drinks took 30 mins to arrive and when we wanted a second after our starters we were told it would be so long we would likely have finished our main course.

The Ivy Canary wharf is my go to for a meal I know will leave me happy. I went on Thursday evening and it was surprisingly busy. But thanks to the ivy’s superb lay out it doesn’t feel crowded. I was served by a brilliant waitress Nephthalie, she was under pressure we so many guests but still offered the superb service I always receive at the Ivy. Thank you Nephthalie for a wonderful evening.

Best service! 10/10 for the staff in this restaurant, very clean and elegant environment and I think that even if is a bit pricey, it’s worth every penny!

Today I booked to have our anniversary dinner at the ivy canary wharf..we were so disappointed with the service and the food..the zucchini fritti's were oily..so we sent them back ..my wife ordered shepherd's pie..it was dry ..I was not impressed..when my wife asked if it came with gravy..she got a very abrupt answer..i would compare the food to pub grub..and not a good one at that...1 of the waiter's was polite and professional (slim indian man), the other indian man..kept droping cutlery over guests...when clearing the tables..and the head waiter on the upper floor (blue suit)...rude with no manners...so disappointed..

Wonderful place in a great location! My family and I came to celebrate a birthday, and we were very satisfied. The staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the start. The portions were large and delicious, everyone was full and happy. We will definitely come back again!

Had the most amazing Shepard's pie here. Service wasn't great as the waiter in our area handed over shift to someone who was inexperienced and quite frankly overwhelmed, struggled to get their attention in order to get desserts, bill and eventually pay. Would i Go back? Absolutely, the food was outstanding, and believe we just went at an extremely busy time.

I visited the Ivy In the Park for a belated birthday dinner with my best friend and had a wonderful experience. Staff were attentive, accommodating and our server was quite the character never ceasing a moment to make us laugh! Reception team were very happy to accommodate our request for booth seating and were very welcoming and friendly. The food was 10/10 and the cocktails we had ordered were just to our taste! The server did not hesitate to recommend us new cocktails to try which we throughly enjoyed! To add to the experience there was a DJ which to our shock was playing RnB which is right up our alley! So great if you’re here on a date or dinner with the girls! The decor of the restaurant is captivating and magical. Thank you to all at The Ivy Canary Wharf , would definitely recommend to family and friends and return.

The service was appallingly slow - especially considering our reservation was marked as a business lunch. Our clients had to leave before dessert/coffee because the waiting staff took over 20 mins from clearing our plates. Our table was also in a small nook where one of us was very uncomfortable and cramped under a tree. The ‘signature’ shepherd’s pie was also very disappointing.

I use to go to Ivy in Canary Wharf a lot and use to love the place but this time around I was very disappointed. 3 girls at the entrance appeared very cold and not so welcoming and took their time to finish their chat before addressing us and firmly reminded that we got to leave the table in 1.5h as we sat down. I get that it’s busy and those are the rules but considering we were celebrating special occasion it didn’t come across as it could’ve and set very off putting tone. I ordered fish and chips and my partner ordered chicken Milanese and I must say my fish was worse than cheapest frozen fish from supermarket as it was all stuck to batter and was extremely greasy. I asked for lemon and never got one. My partners chicken was very dry and also very greasy leaving oil all over the plate. Steak tartar, Chips and aranchini balls were ok. My sisters brunch(egg and bacon) was ok too although heavily covered in sauce. Overall atmosphere is very nice there but I wouldn’t go back there for food as there a lot of nice places around Canary Wharf with better food quality where I wouldn’t mind paying over £100.

Great food and service. However, the food was very salty. Salty bread, super salty chips and salty salad.

Had the most amazing night at the Ivy in Canary Wharf! Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jack who is only in his first few weeks working on the bar!
