Waiter was friendly and really tried to make us feel looked after. But two wrong drinks were brought to the table, and when we asked for the correct ones, they never came. One of us went to check at the bar, only to be met by the manager, Irina, who spoke in a surprisingly rude tone, asking why he was asking and then giving him a long, uncomfortable stare. Not exactly the kind of attitude you’d expect. The food was also a bit all over the place, some dishes were great, others were bland and had a slightly stale texture. We still enjoyed parts of the evening, but between the uneven food and Irina's attitude, it wasn’t quite the experience we were hoping for. Thanks but no thanks, wouldn't dine here again.

What a great place to be, my wife and i went last night the food was amazing, the staff are so friendly and always wanting to go the extra mile for the guests which was a breath of fresh air beautifully decorated as well if i could give more then 5 stars i would we will be back next month!!!

The staff were lovely and had a great time, lovely decor and vibes but the food is not great at all.. I just got a burger and I couldn’t eat it.. it was horrible even the chips were frozen, there was only one working toilet in the restaurant on the day we went so we spend a good 5+ mins just waiting each time we wanted to go which is not good at all for an establishment like this

The food was okay. There is nothing to shout about. However, the service and location made up for it. Servers were attentive. Drinks were great.

From the moment I stepped in the atmosphere was warm and fuzzy , so welcoming in fact not just solely by the sight. But the members of staff that made the experience so much more worthwhile, finally the food was something stupendous. Never have I enjoyed a meal as exquisite as so .

If you are ever near Canary Wharf and find yourself looking for breakfast, try here.. OMG, it will not disappoint. Staff were friendly from the off. Prices are fair, considering the area. Don't feel as though it's not for you, or you're undressed as whilst in there, a group of men came in wearing football shirts. And people were in jeans.

Beautiful setting with stylish decor and lovely views over Canary Wharf. The ambiance made for a great spot for a business dinner. Service was friendly but a little inconsistent at times. The food was generally good, though portions felt a bit small. The highlight was dessert - rich, decadent, and truly delicious. A nice overall experience.

The only thing I can say was good was the atmosphere. Actually the service started of well. And the steak and peppercorn sauce was ok. Cooked well. My wife loved the crème brûlée. BUT…. All other food options was so not worth the price and honestly other than the crème brulee everything else would have been better at my local weatherspoons. We had a table of 13 and went for a dinner following the proposal for a friend and what should have been a happy celebratory experience ended up ruined by restaurant. Worst is at the end server made mistakes to our bill that we ended up with 4 bills. The 4th was essentially half the price of the 1st. Which is already a huge red flag to me. Why such a big difference you ask well nobody could come to a conclusion on that other than server making mistakes. Then when this was pointed out he didn’t apologise which would have been correct courtesy and respect offered to any paying customer, but rather wanted to blame us. This was made worse by when it was time to pay he was basing his calculations of the wrong bill. One of the 4 we were given which then made him assume we were still owing. All in all a restaurant not to be returned to. Felt bad for my friend and her fiancé having to deal with such on what should have been a happy occasion.

The venue itself is beautiful and feels very special. The food was nice, not mind-blowing but well cooked, so no complaints here. My steak was cooked well, and I liked the sides I had. The dessert was nice, although I could have done without the popping candy element on the apple tart. Overall it was nice and I would go again. The prices were reasonable.

We’ve visited The Ivy Brasserie in Soho several times and have always had a wonderful experience, so we had high hopes for the Canary Wharf branch—and it absolutely delivered! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. We were greeted with friendly smiles, our coats were taken, and we were promptly shown to our table. The ambiance is just as stunning as Soho’s, with beautifully curated decor and eye-catching artwork that makes you want to take your time and soak it all in. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a place to experience. While waiting for our friends to arrive, we browsed the menu and appreciated the perfect balance the staff struck between attentiveness and giving us space. We were offered drinks a few times without ever feeling rushed or hovered over. Once our friends joined us, we ordered a variety of brunch dishes. The food, as always with The Ivy, was beautifully presented, delicious, and surprisingly well-priced—especially considering the upscale setting. The eggs Benedict were a hit, and I decided to switch things up with steak tartare and chips, which was a bold but excellent choice. We also enjoyed a selection of cocktails, a glass of house Champagne, and complimentary water for the table. Though tempted, we skipped dessert this time, but the experience from start to finish was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, professional, and eager to help without being overbearing. Their positive energy really added to the experience. As we left, we received cheerful goodbyes from the team, and it was clear they genuinely cared that we had a good time. So much so, in fact, that my husband is considering booking his 40th birthday dinner here! We’re heading back tomorrow to view the private dining space—and since brunch was such a treat, we’ve decided to stay for breakfast as well. All in all, we were thoroughly impressed and are already planning many more visits. Canary Wharf’s Ivy Brasserie has definitely won us over!

I thought the food options were good with a large variety of each type of food. I found the portions to be mostly a fair size except the olives where you literally got given 6. It is a good idea to order enough sides to fill you up as the mains come alone. The rib eye steak was tender and tasty. The server was very friendly and attentive. I liked the atmosphere however I found the music a tad too loud to Sustain a conversation. The tables felt too small as we were running out of space to fit the sides and I had spilt a few dishes just trying to make room. For a working person like myself, the IVY is a nice treat for once in a while. Be prepared to pay a large bill. It was about £38 for the 12 ounce Ribey steak and that was without anything else. Sauces are extra.

Absolute must if visiting the area. Food was lovely along with the service. Celebrated our anniversary and was made to feel special. Good prices considering the service.

Decided to try this Ivy for lunch as was around the area. It is tucked by a park in Canary Wharf and you are immediately made to feel welcome upon entering. I was in a rush so wanted a quick lunch and settled for the Feta & Heritage tomato salad and some asparagus. This is the type of food I love having in a place like this as a salad would never taste this good if I made it at home. The service was impeccable. Would love to come back to try a more copious dish next time.

I had a great time and very delicious food . I had zucchini fritters, sooo good . Calamari perfectly cooked and the seabream so tasty . We were looked by Iryna ,she was very attentive and surprised us with a special dessert! Friendly staff !

One of the worst experiences in terms of service. Had to repeat drinks orders that didn’t arrive, table for 3 was set up for 5 and when we asked to clear a chair, the waiter took away place setting for 3rd person.

I had dinner at The Ivy with colleagues and clients in a private room. The food and service were impeccable. Appetizers with champagne. Crispy duck salad or cheese souffle for starters. Filet, potatoes dauphinoise, and green beans as the main. Chocolate bomb in whipped cream with hot caramel sauce for dessert. Followed by boards of cheese and fruit for which I had no room! Everything was delicious, but for me the cheese Souffle was the star. And the decor was just beautiful. Highly recommend!

The IVY Canary Wharf, it is my go-to spot for dinner, and every visit is a delightful experience! The ambiance is effortlessly chic, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it perfect for any occasion. Cristian the manager on duty that night was spotless € making the atmosphere and experience on to remember.

We’ve now hosted three client breakfasts at The Ivy in the Park, and each one has been a broadly great experience. The team are consistently warm and welcoming, and the setting is ideal for relaxed, professional networking. The food is lovely — always fresh and well-presented — and we really appreciate the way the team has accommodated tweaks to the core breakfast offering to better suit our guests’ needs. Going forwards, as repeat partners, we’d love to see a touch more proactivity and collaboration to take the experience from good to great. We’re keen to continue working together and would welcome more input on layout, flow, or other enhancements to elevate future events. But overall, a strong experience and we’re looking forward to coming back again.

Went to The Ivy for a quick dessert to celebrate mine and my friends graduation. We decided on a celebratory bombe. We were served by Tamjid who was super sweet and surprised us all with extra celebration deserts as a congratulations. Super great service and food.

We’ve visited on Sunday, randomly popped in and they had a space although put plus next to a big birthday table. Decor is lush, with velvet chairs, beautiful napkins and tasteful, colourful wallpaper. Service was nice but a bit slow, we did not mind as downstairs was full. We had 2 champagne mojitos and beef roast. Food was tasty and well done, even got 2 Yorkshire puddings. Probably could have more meat but weren’t hungry when left. The only observation from us would be to have bigger plates as it was hard to shuffle food around two massive puds! Overall it was a nice experience, our first at Ivy ever but must say it was rather pricey lunch of £107.14 with a bottle of water and 13.5% service charge.

Went for a brunch with my husband and our baby, it wasn’t planned, but we quite enjoyed it. Very lovely greeting staff, good food, everything was aesthetically pleasing and my baby slept through the whole thing (I honestly think that’s because it was such a nice vibe) We had egg Royale (10/10), some fries with truffle (not bad, but could be crispier 7/10), a salad with duck and watermelon (very interesting pairings in the salad, but everything intertwines beautifully 10/10), and some pancakes (not too sweet - the way I like it 10/10). Freshly squeezed orange juice was served with ice which I didn’t like, otherwise serving-wise all was great. Will definitely be back.

Food was delicious, but they got out group order wrong multiple times and missed the drinks order too. Atleast they gave free deserts for the mistake, so not marking down service too bad. People were friendly and all. Very nice deco.

I often visit The Ivy in The Park for my work from home days as it is a refreshing atmosphere with great food, drinks and dessert. They always provide with swift service, love the food and absolutely amazing service. Bartop dining or tables, the staff looks after you very well and makes you feel at home. They read a person so well that they understand when customer needs you and when they don’t. For sure recommend The Ivy in The Park.

My first time at the ivy and the food, decor and ambiance was fantastic, there was also this lovely lady called Eshita who served us at the bar and her service was amazing, she was very friendly and bubbly and actively checked if we needed anything, would definitely come again. Great experience!

Surrounded by modern skyscrapers, The Ivy gives a sense of fresh and natural feeling. We really appreciate what The Ivy has to offer, but the brunch is our favourite - nutritionally healthy and tasty! On this occasion, we went for lunch. -Great service, staff are super sufficient, friendly and helpful 🙂

We had a few problems with the service. Firstly, the surly front of house person was not keen to give us the free table on the balcony as it wasn't made up. We said we would wait. She wasn't having it as they were busy and couldn't make up the table. We finally won that one. We ordered cocktails to start and waited about 20 minutes, and got asked 3 times if we wanted to order food. "After we have our cocktails please". "Sorry but they are very busy" (understaffed I'd day). Waiter holding cutlery "Ivy burger!", me "what about it". I think they meant "who is having the Ivy burger". They seem to be understaffed in busy times and the afternoon staff change over means you have to track down someone to get the bill. Very disappointed but if the staff aren't sufficiently trained, this is what you get.

Untrustworthy business. Recently introduced a points reward system and are constantly trying to not award points to customers. Also removed all points of customer support, not even a phone number to reach their useless app team.

Had lunch here on a weekday with my dog. There’s two terrace entrances, but it seems the staff servicing that area aren’t able to seat guests, you have to wait for someone from the main reception. Service was a bit off: had to ask for water for the dog, the main dish came before the drink, and had to remind them about the starter. The place wasn’t at full capacity, so it wasn’t just due to being overwhelmed. The highlight was the Spanish rice monthly special. Excellent flavor and preparation but the white rice had clearly been pre-cooked and came in clumps, which let it down a bit. The place caters mostly to business clientele during weekday lunches due to its location.

We had lunch at The Ivy Canary Wharf. It was such a fabulous experience. We felt so comfortable and everyone could not do enough for us. Alfie was assigned to our table. What a fabulous ambassador for the Ivy is Alfie. From arrival to departure the manner in which we were treated exceptional. So professional and so welcoming. Feeling at ease is important. The Ivy at Canary Wharf should be used as a ‘template’ for the Group. I could go on and on as all the personnel deserve a review of absolutely fabulous.

The restaurant was in a great location, and considering, the atmosphere was good. There were a few let downs though. Firstly, the service, at the door, they were great, however our server was difficult to understand and there was often lots of confusion. When the bill came and we asked to split the bill, they refused and we had to calculate things ourselves... Then this took additional time when trying to leave as they were confused about who had paid what. The toilets (the men's) were nice, but the fragrance they used was too overpowering, the smell itself was good, but it was far too strong and sent me into a coughing fit! It was almost like they took 7 or 8 bottles of aftershaves and threw it on every surface they could find. However they were very clean. The food however was very good, the price was reasonable for the portion size, we went for the £20 2 course set menu.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of cozy and vibrant. The food was absolutely divine! Had a fantastic dinner at The Ivy in the Park. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, relaxed, and well taken care of. My breakfast at Canary Wharf has been excellent. Since we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist with a huge smile, and during the service Martin and Carla made our morning unbeatable. Vegetarian recommendations such as avocado and pomegranate toast or pancakes for my friends were lovely. We will definitely repeat 🥰!

Showed up around 11:20 on a Friday. The lunch and dinner starts at 11:30. Had the crab salad and cod gougons(fried in their famous fish & chips batter) and a mixed berry drink. The dishes were well spaced and fresh. They left a bottle of tap water on the table, and London is just warming up, so I was able to eat on the patio.

The food and service quality was truly exceptional, jubayer is amazing! Can't wait to come back.

Nice ambiance and menu. The creme brulee was premade though and not hot at the top.

Breakfast wasn't great. I asked for the avocado with eggs and hollandaise sauce but on toast rather than a muffin. The waiter suggested I had something else on the menu which was already avocado on toast but with tomatoes. I said I didn't want the tomatoes so he said he'd add eggs. It wasn't nice, there was no hollandaise sauce and they charged me an extra £6 for the eggs so my breakfast was £18 rather than £12. I would've been better sticking to my original order and not eating the muffin. To top it off, my cappuccino was barely warm and mainly frothy milk. Not what I expect for £50 for two people. Previously been for lunch which is ok and cocktails on the terrace which was shady but nice.

Perfect ending to a beautiful Mother’s Day. From the front desk staff to our waitress Jemma, everything was perfect! Jemma was very polite, patient and attentive just what you need when you’re ordering and waiting for your food to arrive. The restaurant was busy but ran smoothly and efficiently, with plenty smiles and nods coming from both staff and other diners. I’d forgotten how much I loved The Ivy and shall be returning more often.

The service here is amazing! The staff are friendly, always smiling, and attentive to every need. The space is cosy and relaxing. The food is fantastic as well. The highlight of the night was definitely the sea bass—the skin was perfectly crispy, and the meat remained tender and juicy. The other dishes were also enjoyable, but the sea bass was so exceptional that it truly stole the show and became the most memorable part of the meal.
