Customer service was exceptional. We were served by Naveen and Sai. It was my birthday and they were incredible patient and friendly throughout the experience. Their professionalism and attitude was outstanding. Would love to meet them again for my next visit to Shake Shack Canary Wharf.

Good afternoon, I want to share my experience with Shake Shack Canary Wharf. I had a visit to the branch and I enjoyed it so much with my family! The food was absolutely fabulous. The manager on shift Asif was very attentive to us. The atmosphere in Shack was very friendly, the lady who helped us on till Diana was very kind, explained to us the food options and recommended some extras! We definitely will be back!

Shake shack has got the best fried chicken burger as this is the only halal food they have and they did not disappoint we got the cheesy fries as well and this finished off with a cup of their iconic 50/50 great place for a dirty treat

I recently visited Shake Shack at Canary Wharf, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was simply amazing—everything I ordered was prepared to perfection. The chicken burgers were juicy and flavorful, the crinkle-cut fries were crispy and golden. You can really taste the quality in every bite. What made the visit even more special was the excellent service from our waiter, Zuber. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed. His genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make the dining experience exceptional. No stars could explain my feelings! We had a big screen in front of us with 24h News channel on. War destruction Live in your plate! The ruins of the last burning hospital with people around suffering, starving and looking tired anc scared from what is have been happening to them. We, and everyone watching that and not paying an attention for a second to that parallel world! Parents feeding their kids in the near table versus parents watching their kids starving and defenseless! Can I ask why are we watching that? Is it for the purpose of awaking us? Or, the contrary, to make us become insensitive, careless to any tragedy happening to our human fellow? It is appalling! It is wrong and out of touch to think that people want to be on that type of atmosphere! Fix it now! For the sake of the kids around, fix it now! Be human!

You end up paying a lot and it's too busy and sticky. Can literally go to a lot of equivalent burger shops in the area. Pay less, get more and better

Top food for in between and the service from the Zuber was 100%! He helped us with everything and also answered questions!

Ordered click and collect on the way through to London after their website and google advised they were open until 12am only to find out after a 45 min drive and 5 pound in parking that the the site was shut at 10:30pm.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my meal. There was only one person doing several orders. Saw various people come back as their order was incorrect.

Went today for lunch. It wasn't very busy but still had to wait nearly 30 mins to receive 2 burgers, 1 hot dog, 1 portion of chicken and 1 portion of chips. The burgers were ok but nothing special. My stacked burger was quite small and I found the mushroom too oily. The hot dog was pretty dry. Chicken was juicy but definitely not crispy. All in all, much better that the cheaper chains but probably too expensive for what you get.

I really enjoyed my meal and the service was excellent. I sincerely want to thank Zuber for his helpful service.

Great food and atmosphere, our server Zuber was excellent.

Took over 30 minutes and did not receive our order, we had to physically stand by the pick up, to ask for staff to then deliver fries that was sitting on the shelf.

Made an order by accident and no one picks up the phone for me to cancel.

Routinely an absolute disaster. 20 minutes for an order? Why not 25? And why not get it wrong? And when I say routinely, it really is EVERY TIME. I thought maybe things would improve over the course of five months, but excitingly, they got worse!
