I'm literally still eating this but omg I am so glad I have found this gem of a resturant! Haven't had decent Italian food since being in Italy in 2016. Massive portions, very high quality meat, delivered to my door really quickly and hot. Wow I am so impressed! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best italian pizza in Basingstoke (best pizza in Hampshire too)

Order was delivered wrong and when we phoned to complain and see what could be done to fix it. The manger of the business got abusive and started swearing at us because of there mistake.

That was perfect. The Pizza was spot on and those Roast Potatoes with Rosemary were so delicious. We'll be ordering again soon.

We have lived in Basingstoke for 4 months and have ordered from here 5 times. A brilliant Italian restaurant, highly recommended. The food is excellent, authentic Italian and the customer service exceptional.

Disappointing. Staff were not friendly and food was bland. I would not reccomend these guys.

Awful and rude, stole money from us. Really terrible people. Should be reported to the authorities for this. Food is below average.

Food was excellent, and great customer service. A mistake was made on the pizza topping, but they replaced it for free. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting authentic Italian.

Wow! This was hands down the best pizza we've had through a take way service ever! The food was delicious, rich and filling, such authentic ingredients no mass produced cheap stuff! The range of dishes look amazing, so really look forward to ordering more, we ordered through Uber and delivery was an hour plus away but it came within 20 mins! Best ever!

We ordered from here off Just Eat not knowing anything about the place and it was the best food decision we’ve made in a long time. The quality of the food is amazing, portion sizes are huge and amazing value for money. My partner and I agreed that it is fancy restaurant quality food but to your door. Will definitely be ordering again!

How have we not heard of these guys before, the food is fantastic, the “Posh surf and turf” was excellent and the Focaccia to die for. First rate service and delivery, best take out we’ve had during lock down with out a doubt ...

Absolutely amazing! We ordered a share sardinian platter and breuschatta and was so yum! Was a little late as the driver broke down but these things happen and the man was very apologetic and lovely! Cannot wait to order again and we hope to see a restaurant soon! Yum! ☺😋

Ordered a pizza and desert for our children through Just eat at 6.30pm. Didn't arrive until 9pm in which kids were in bed. Best of all arrived cold. Was told I would receive a refund for the pizza but never did unfortunately. Waste of time and money. Shame because we normally have nice meals from them but there customer service was shocking.

My partner and I ordered a margarita pizza, a pepperoni pizza and some olives. Unfortunately the base of the pizzas were far too thick and rather than crispy it was floppy and not very nice. The topping on the Margaret’s tasted lovely, the pepperoni did not, the pepperoni itself tasted rancid and I wouldn't swallow it, this may be the type of pepperoni but it’s unlike any I’ve ever had previously. This ended up in the bin with the olives which almost broke my teeth with small pieces of what I assume was olive stones. Im not one to knock places due to different tastes etc but not being able to eat your meal for the above reasons and paying for the privilege seems unjust.

We have ordered from the italian grill and with our big surprise the food was awesome, pizza is one of the best we have had in the uk and the other dishes were so tasty! Quality!!!!! highly recommended

Terrible order from Just Eat. Had a sharing platter that was enough for one, but very poor quality. Both the carbonara and the ravioli were bland and boring - the carbonara had two small strips of meat and about 20 chunks of fat. Really regret ordering and I’m so surprised by the good reviews I’ve seen. Really unimaginative and poor quality. *** UPDATE *** the owner of the restaurant just phoned me up to tell me that I’ve never had a proper carbonara and you “go f*** myself”.

Just ordered my first meal from The Italian Grill. I have to say it was my favourite takeaway so far!! Fast delivery, food was piping hot, large portion sizes, great value for money and most of all very very tasty. I love my seafood and I could taste that the pasta was home made. The food was made with love... A well deserved 5 stars from me HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :0)

Staff were very helpful as I made an error on my order and they resolved it. Pizza was amazing, great tasting and not greasy. I highly recommend the Italian Grill!

Great delicious food, served on time, no delays and a great price. i suggest trying the Tomato mozzarella basil pizza and Sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce. I will order again
