The Hungry Herbivores in Portsmouth

This review is for a particular young man who works in QA Costa, his name is Carl. It was absolutely heaving in there on the numerous times whilst I’ve been in there for my daughter who’s in labour. Although it was sooo busy, he kept a smile on his face and is always cheerful and friendly. I did make a comment to him but felt o had to put it on here as well. Very nice man with great service

Friendly efficient service. It was very cold in there, all customers had their coats on. Maybe a bit of warmth would make it a cosier place, that I would visit more often

Was with my daughter down canoe lake and really needed to go to the toilet I am also 8 months pregnant I noticed they have locked the doors but was still serving at the window ice creams. I could see a few woman who work there still in the cafe cleaning I asked politely if I could please use there toilet and I couldn’t walk to the public toilets as I really did need to go I also said I am heavily pregnant with that the lady asked her manager and the manager has said no I was so upset and luckily the hotel over the road said I could. Absolutely disgusting and shame on the manager !!
