Costa Coffee in Portsmouth

Fantastic service, even carried my food and drink to my table. Great hot chocolate and BLT.

Stopped for a quick chocolate and cooler a a lemon muffin. Staff very friendly and super efficient. 2 of 3 toilets out of order which was a shame as I e pect it to be a busy place

waited over an hour for this delivery, cappuccino was luke warm and tasteless

all came & was packaged up good. drink was lovely

Once again not all my order was there. The other day the drinks we're spilt everywhere. Today missing my whole breakfast. Is being refunded but still hungry.

Bad experience! Went there to grab the deal with buying a hot drink and you get a cake for 1£ if you have the costa app. I ordered a hot drink and then scanned the qr code to getthe 1£ cake and I was bit confused cause staff didn t said anything about it and then I asked one of the girls working there about the deal and she said to me that I had first to order the cake and then the drink, when it specifically says in the app with any handcrafted drink you get something sweet for 1£. So basically she said that if I want the cake I need to order another drink ! I am just wondering do they know about the offer or they just don t care? Cause it seemed like they didn t care if their customers get the cake or not!

Arrived on time, food was fresh, coffee was very hot. Great service.

As a support worker visiting this Costa for lunch, I was told to sit the person I was supporting down as she was bumping into everyone and had nearly been burned multiple times! My requests for additional items were met with being told to ask someone else! I feel that this branch was understaffed and therefore they were short tempered.

Expensive, dirty, only take away cups, very little food this is possibly the worst Costa in the UK, miserable staff so not a good experience

The 2 girls were very busy, for a Sunday lunchtime , had a customer be impatient and rude to them! Yet still they offered service with a smile to remaining customers. They were shuffling 3/4 orders at a time with no mistakes! These girls deserve a recognition of great service, will happily use this site again.

I love a sandwich for my lunch. Box sandwich from Tesco, home made or from a nice eatery. A sandwich made with love, even a little, is a great thing. Sadly the offering from Costa was severely wanting. How can you get a cheese and ham toastie wrong? Well, it’s all pre prepared, pre packaged and re heated on site. Thin cardboard bread, a measly slice of thin ham and a token slab of indeterminate cheese like substance. Sad, unloved and unappetising. Not the fault of the staff, they are merely serving up what they are given. My partner’s tuna melt was delicious (her words). Maybe I was unlucky, I don’t know. As always, I will just vote with my feet and get my lunchtime sarnie elsewhere other than Costa. Not for me.
