Lovely visit here today. You can always find that unusual gift. Also a lovely little restaurant, very friendly staff and nice out door seating and children's playground.

Great variety of gifts- something for everyone! Dogs allowed if you go around the back of the café, they can sit outside with you. (But not suitable in shop- too many things to knock over really!) Shame the great art has gone, but lots of children's toys and I love the beautiful furniture shop at the back! #meyer&marsh

Great place to spend a few hours. Bit like the Tardis, looks small at first, but very large inside wirh a wealth of arts, crafts and many other items. In addition, there is a well stocked garden centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, offering useful advice. Although we didn't use it, there is a fairly large cafe, with a good menu. Large car park, with some bays close to doors to help disabled. Has a lift to upper floor, located by the food hall. Can be pricey, but very well worth a visit.

We've been visiting the Hop Pocket for many years and have always had lunch there. We will be finding an alternative for lunch in the future. We both ordered a toasted sandwich and cup of tea. The tea tasted awful - could taste chlorine in the water. The toasties were very ordinary - we've had much better from places like Costa or Greggs! The price shocked us £8.95 for a toasted sandwich - we usually pay around £5. The total bill for two of us was £23 which was definitely not good value. The price of cooked breakfast was £12 - we're used to paying around £8. We've had some lovely, reasonable meals there in the past, but won't be eating there in the future.

We have been to the cafe numerous times before and thought last time that it was not as good as it had been. This time we were queuing ready to order 10 minutes after they stared lunch. Both quiche options on specials were not available (an alternative quiche was ordered and was described as the worse meal ever had there), the crisps on the toastie were stale, the lamb and cranberry casserole, although judges as tasty had little or no cranberries in it and the steak and kidney pie had become a casserole as there was no pastry. Very poor.

Went for lunch here. Chose a vegetarian christmas meal. Omg never ever have i had quiche as the veggie option served with gravy very strange indeed. The lady serving all on her own was pleasant but over stretched trying to keep up with taking orders and making drinks. And the quiche had huge lumps of tomato in it not slices but chunks ugghhh very very disappointed.

The staff are very rude and presumptuous. I was stood next to a table by another customer and something fell and broke. As I picked the item up a member of staff came over demanding I pay half price for the item. I refused as I wasn't admitting it was myself that broke it and two it was an accident and any damages should be expected and maybe claimed on insurance. I refused to pay and then got escorted out of the door being told that there are signs saying damages must be paid for.

So called in and found a shop selling not just their cider but dozens of other local ciders too along with other local drinks - fantastic place, we bought quite a few! We also visited the garden centre bit where they had some unusual jewellery at a very reasonable price so got some of that too. Lovely little place!

I went with my husband, and we arrived about 15 minutes after opening time. We haven't been for several years. Since our last visit, the cafe has been extended significantly, and has definitely had a makeover. Only one person was serving, but she was pleasant, and friendly. We had coffee, and my husband had a slice of flapjack. He said it was good, which was just as well considering it was £3.50 for a small piece!!! Coffee was hot and very nice. The shopping area is very lack lustre. The food emporium is ridiculously overpriced, and why would you pay £4.50 for an empty box, or £3.95 for some serviettes?? The furniture section was interesting and contained some nice, quality items, and if looking for large items, I would consider buying from there. There's a garden center area however is good. Plants are reasonably priced and the quality is pretty good. Overall, if I was passing, I'd pop in for coffee, but it's certainly not somewhere I would rush to return to.

Love the hop pocket however they could really do with some more disabled spaces. There are only 2 that I know of and the other hard surface spaces are not wide enough for a wheel chair or walking aid so you are very restricted. Be careful going on a Sunday morning as there were cyclists in the restaurant today about 25 of them all ordering and paying separately so it took ages to get served and I felt very sorry for the staff.

Went here this morning had two full English breakfasts and a pot of tea for two cost £25.00 and the breakfast was very poor for what it was the eggs were fried no option and they was hard and small the mushrooms were diced obviously from a tin and two very small cheap thin sausages all of this was cold the beans was your usual ramekin size the single hash brown was cold and awful the bacon was the only decent item the toast which was granary was so thin and cold it was transparent. Everyone knows you pay a bit more in these places but please don’t cheat the customer I would be amazed if any of it was not from Lidl. Oh and not even any black pudding I know not everyone’s cup of tea but you can get a proper full English with everything for £8.00 or less and can’t move after from Morrisons. They seriously need to look at there prices if they are serving that low quality example £7.00 for a cheese sandwich that’s it nothing with it £8.50 for a bacon & egg sandwich and if the quality is what I had and dished up that is robbery. No wonder we were the only one ordering breakfast all the elderly coming in was just tea or coffee and a tea cake. Should be ashamed.

Visited this evening after a recommendation from my father who lives locally, we did not have a great food experience. Ordered the shrimp curry, chicken Cantonese style, chips and prawn crackers. The chips were the best part of the meal. The shrimp curry had no body to it, was watery and only had shrimp and onion very boring and bland. The chicken was not hot and tasted a few days old as did the prawn crackers. Unfortunately we are only in the area for today and we're very disappointed.

A warm welcome along with the fire in colder months adds to a great atmosphere that's also felt from the staff. I'd recommend to residents of Malvern and people visiting.
