It was cool, calm and collected. I went there with a dear friend, we enjoyed it immensely.

A nice little place to visit prices are reasonable and a good selection of things personally I loved the beer and wine section great value for money

Originally intended to visit Celtic Marches Cider up the road but it didn't look open so called and told it isn't actually open to the pubic for sales but it is sold at this place just down the road! So called in and found a shop selling not just their cider but dozens of other local ciders too along with other local drinks - fantastic place, we bought quite a few! We also visited the garden centre bit where they had some unusual jewellery at a very reasonable price so got some of that too. Lovely little place!

This is a great place to visit as there are lots of smaller independent shops offering a wide range of goods. All at good prices. The cafe has a nice selection of food and drink, can get busy at peak times. Good sized car park.

A truly lovely place to visit the kids have a play area with seating outside the cafe it offers indoor and outdoor seating with hot and cold food on offer The shop itself is full of amazing items including floral sales and other bits Well worth a visit with the family

Such a shame there’s no dogs allowed. We have a small, friendly, well behaved puppy and he was not allowed. Really need to reconsider this policy and align with many competitor places in the area. After 20+yrs of enjoying our visits here we sadly will not be returning.

A very interesting selection of small shops in one out of town location

An absolutely fabulous place. Plenty of choice, good food, lovely location.

I went with my husband, and we arrived about 15 minutes after opening time. We haven't been for several years. Since our last visit, the cafe has been extended significantly, and has definitely had a makeover. Only one person was serving, but she was pleasant, and friendly. We had coffee, and my husband had a slice of flapjack. He said it was good, which was just as well considering it was £3.50 for a small piece!!! Coffee was hot and very nice. The shopping area is very lack lustre. The food emporium is ridiculously overpriced, and why would you pay £4.50 for an empty box, or £3.95 for some serviettes?? The furniture section was interesting and contained some nice, quality items, and if looking for large items, I would consider buying from there. There's a garden center area however is good. Plants are reasonably priced and the quality is pretty good. Overall, if I was passing, I'd pop in for coffee, but it's certainly not somewhere I would rush to return to.

Excellent hidden gem lots of shops lots of variety. Good cafe and play area for the kids it's definitely worth a trip.

Fabulous eclectic mix of rare plants and trees,shrubs, bedding plants for sale,expertise provided,gifts and cafe to enjoy too.

Love the hop pocket however they could really do with some more disabled spaces. There are only 2 that I know of and the other hard surface spaces are not wide enough for a wheel chair or walking aid so you are very restricted. Be careful going on a Sunday morning as there were cyclists in the restaurant today about 25 of them all ordering and paying separately so it took ages to get served and I felt very sorry for the staff.

Waited 40 min for meal people came in after us and had a cooked meal we were only waiting for salads. Then meal came and was not correct so disappointed

Called in for a late lunch last Friday the Chips were outstanding the same could not be said for the dry wraps we were served filling ok but wraps them selves very dry and couldn’t eat it . Tea was very weak whereas usually coffee and food are good but fell down on my last visit I’m afraid

Lots to look at here. It's a good place to grab a bite to eat, buy a few gifts, shoes, furniture, toys and plants for the garden.

Nice place for a few hours. Good, value for money plant centre. Nice furniture shop. The café is a bit pricey and could do with a makeover.

9 miles from Worcester its far from it. This place is for knitting purposes only nothing else in any form Garden centre just OK very pricey over the top In other words Not word the fuel

Large store, with large selection of goods. Particularly nice furniture on sale.

Great place to mooch for a couple of hours. We had to rush, so give yourselves plenty of time. Some lovely birthday cards. Had coffee at the cafe, which was really good. Food also looked good, though we didn't partake this time.

We have been to the Hop Pocket many times over the last few years. Today was a very different experience. The staff were not welcoming, very matter of fact and were totally indifferent to our needs. They are not dog friendly in the cafe or even the shops! As a small rural centre you would expect them to welcome dogs (like they do in the Cotswolds) but we were invited to exit the shops with our small well behaved dog.

Plant nursery was the prime reason for our visit - it was lovely with plenty of plants at reasonable prices.

Wide range of gifts and really nice plants.

Nice place with a large selection of gifts (some very expensive) but wide selection, so well worth a browse. Coffee 😋 shop too (but didn't have time to sample sadly 🙁)

Went here this morning had two full English breakfasts and a pot of tea for two cost £25.00 and the breakfast was very poor for what it was the eggs were fried no option and they was hard and small the mushrooms were diced obviously from a tin and two very small cheap thin sausages all of this was cold the beans was your usual ramekin size the single hash brown was cold and awful the bacon was the only decent item the toast which was granary was so thin and cold it was transparent. Everyone knows you pay a bit more in these places but please don’t cheat the customer I would be amazed if any of it was not from Lidl. Oh and not even any black pudding I know not everyone’s cup of tea but you can get a proper full English with everything for £8.00 or less and can’t move after from Morrisons. They seriously need to look at there prices if they are serving that low quality example £7.00 for a cheese sandwich that’s it nothing with it £8.50 for a bacon & egg sandwich and if the quality is what I had and dished up that is robbery. No wonder we were the only one ordering breakfast all the elderly coming in was just tea or coffee and a tea cake. Should be ashamed.

Visited here today and was rather disappointed traveled for 2hrs to get here and for what for multiple stores selling all sorts of random stuff that you could buy at most places at huge mark up how do you even begin to justify £4.50 for a single slice of cheese on toast and £17 for three pairs of socks the brochure I received showed a shopping area All decorated for Christmas but all it had was overpriced knick nacks and food and the most Christmas thing there was the dying Christmas trees that were outside the only saving grace here was the food hall that had a good selection of products at reasonable prices I won't be making the trip to re visit here in the future

Really enjoyed my visit here. Very reasonably priced plants and garden ornaments.Particularly liked the fossil slabs,I will be back for some of those. Nice cafe again reasonably priced.Nice to see independent traders under 1 roof.

Our first visit to the Hop Pocket for a long time. The cafe had been extended and was comfortable. My pot of tea was excellent and the Almond Slice was perfection!!

Very good nice restaurant excellent gifts or everyday items .food Hall amazing. Good quality items this explains the pricing some what expensive.

Mixed experience here, nice little shoe shop but coffee shop closed at 4pm prompt on a Saturday and we arrived 4.01. Only cold drinks available.

Large amount of choice within several shopping areas. Only downside was the prices in the cafe

Enjoyed visiting the Hop pocket lovely gift ideas something for everyone however was disappointed that although there was a food hall deli and wines there was no fresh fruit or veg produce which we was expecting also no butchery but if we are around that way again would definitely pop in for a browse....

The best thing about the Hop Pocket is the Garden Centre. it is more like an authentic plant nursery than the usual garden centre. there is a huge selection of unusual trees and shrubs. Everything is in prime condition . the shops are fine for a wet day. the cafe is small and if you arrive at the same time as a coach you can wait half an hour to get served.

Very interesting place to visit

Great little place to go visit. Lots to browse with Gifty type shop, food, plants and flowers and other garden accessories. The furniture bit is beautiful, lots of different styles to see here and not run of the mill. Cafe on site to enjoy a coffee and cake when you're done too.

Very strange place in the middle of nowhere! Having said that, there is a lovely little garden centre there, together with a lovely gift shop, farm shop, wine shop and a great furniture shop selling great sofas and wonderful dining chairs. A great place for a nice potter around.

We did a quick visit just for a coffee and cake. What we had did not disappoint, with a. wide cake selection. There are also outside tables, some under cover. We'll come again to see the shops when we've got more time.

A great place to visit while on our hols in malvern

For me it was like any other multi shopping experience in one outlet. A variety of shops from clothes, shoes and very nice furniture. No cheaper than anywhere else, but all under one roof.

Dropped in for a couple of cheese scones and cups of tea. Quick service but scones were very dry and grey inside.

Lovely garden centre and gift shop

Ok, if you like craft stuff and odds and ends. Not cheap.

A different experience around every corner. Gifts galore, chocolates and sweets, food halls. A very well stocked cafe with ample seating inside and outside. Everything you need for a prolonged visit.

Arrived with a friend of mine for lunch. Cakes looked lovely, bit of a weird set up waiting for drinks. Food only average, not so good as it use to be, but still pleasant to visit the Hop Pocket on the whole. Won't rush back for lunch, only a slice of cake.
