A great find 5 mins walk from Kings Cross Station. A very friendly and warm welcome from all staff. Excellent food catered for all needs as well as local knowledge to help plan or get to the right place. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely book The Harrison again.

Would highly recommend booking one of the rooms upstairs at The Harrison. We stayed for three nights and was delighted by the friendly staff, cozy rooms, and delicious food! The pub is located on a quiet corner near Kings across station, with easy access to transportation and all of London’s tourist attractions. We loved heading downstairs for the complimentary breakfast each morning, and we truly felt welcome like locals hanging out and enjoying a Sunday Roast.

We stayed at the Harrison for two nights and enjoyed a far more authentic experience than staying in the more crowded touristy areas. The food (full English and Sunday Roast) was delicious, service was thoughtful and welcoming, and we enjoys some pints with locals who were kind and friendly. We would stay here again when in London. Quick walk to Kings Cross Station.

🚇 Kings Cross St Pancras 🍺 £5.00 Amstel A Local Independent Pub That Champions Grass Roots Musicians. Located in a quiet side street at the southern end of Kings Cross you’ll find The Harrison Pub. The nearest Tube is Kings Cross, it’s a ten minute walk to get here. The original pub on this site was built in 1832, the building you see today was built in 1934. This pub is a well renowned grassroots music venue that supports up and coming folk music talent. The decor here is the main modern with some traditional touches here and there. This is a one bar pub that feels bright and airy with a central servery at its core. The seating is low level with a mixture of traditional tables and chairs plus some comfy sofas around a fireplace. Around the walls are a number of eclectic artworks in a variety of styles and sizes. At the front of the pub are plenty of tables, chairs and benches for the warmer months. The Harrison also has four hotel rooms if you want to stay in the area. The beer line up was solid and included Cask, Craft and mainstream continental brews. I decided on an Amstel, my pint was decent and pleasingly cost a fiver. There is a traditional pub grub menu available which also offers bar snacks, sandwiches and Roasts on a Sunday, Fish & Chips costs £17. I visited just after 6pm on a Friday back in August. There was a lovely local feel to the pub with a convivial early evening atmosphere. The majority of punters were local, most of which were outside enjoying the warm early evening. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pub hosts a Pub Quiz on a Monday and Live Music in the pub on Sunday’s. As mentioned earlier, this pub supports Folk Music talent and has regular Music Gigs in the basement. Check socials for what’s on. I really enjoyed my time here, there is reasonably priced beer, welcoming staff and an environment that was easy to settle into. This is a fantastic independent pub that looks after the local community and supports grassroots musicians. The @harrisonpub is definitely worth a visit. ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 18.08.23

Came with a friend for Sunday roast after seeing The Harrison mentioned on various blogs and websites. Was not disappointed at all, a very friendly warm welcome from the ladies on the door and bar, seated quickly on our pre booked table. Menus handed out and 2 roast beef Sunday roasts chosen. Asked how we wanted out beef served was nice. A extensive range of drinks, my friend wasn't drinking alcohol but was offered a couple of no alcohol beers and found one he liked I had a nice cider again no trouble to help guide and suggest. The food arrived, good size portion, tasty meat cooked exactly as asked for. Tasty gravy and just a really nice roast. Had room for a pudding as well, again menu had some lovely pub classic and ordered and a great portion of crumble arrived quickly. Really great service and quality from a lovely independent venue. Well worth the short walk from Kings Cross / Euston station and we will absolutely be back!

To complement the meal, I sought the bartender's expertise in selecting an appropriate beer, and his choice turned out to be truly amazing.

The beef was amazing, cooked perfectly with a nice amount, fantastic Yorkshire pudding, lovely roast potatoes, veg and gravy, would have been nice to have more veg znd roasts, we still felt hungry. Asked for a little extra gravy and charged £2, I've never been charged extra for gravy anywhere else However, we asked if we could pay extra for a small plate of beef for our dog, which they did and only charged £3, so this made up for it. Missing a trick with not offering Cauliflower cheese as an extra side upsell.

I was lucky enough to visit The Harrison for what I thought would be a quick glass of wine but what quickly turned into THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE. Perusing through the incredible selection of wine by the glass, I decided to settle on the house red. A modest, unassuming, medium bodied tipple bursting with a delectable medley of ethereal notes. It felt more like something one would enjoy on the enchanting cobbled backstreets of Aix-du-Provence, not a trendy folk pub in king cross. What a way to start the evening… game on! Next, we began to tackle the labyrinth of craft ales and artisanal lagers you’re greeted with at the stunning wooden bar. The selection could perhaps be intimating to fledgling beer drinkers, but luckily, the superb and friendly bar staff were always on hand to offer their intimate subject matter expertise. We tried several beers, each incredible. The local Camden hells, named after the London borough, was a true knock out. The food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten, it felt like a fusion of British pub classics with the subtle nods to contemporary Nordic cooking. The music, food, drinks, staff and atmosphere were all truly mesmerising. I will be visiting London again next year and will be going out of my way to repeat the experience. Once in a lifetime.

A work local for myself and an oasis of calm come the end of a working day or week. While it doesn't have a drink list a mile long it has a solid list of good quality mains and a rotation of guests. Being a cider drinker I'm very glad they have Aspel on tap and have some bottles or guests if I feel like mixing things up. My ale imbibing companions have a wider selection and show fondness for that which is available. To soak up the brew a plethora of hot snacks and main dishes are available for a reasonable price. I am particularly partial to sharing the trio of chips(fries, chunky, & sweet potato) with a friend. Well worth spending an hour or two here to put a nice cap on your day.

I just stayed 4 nights in London we had an exceptional experience at the Harrison hotel in the heart of Kings Cross a short walk from St Pancras International, Kings Cross and Russell Square stations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quaint and detailed atmosphere of the hotel and first class service. The manager, Hugh and his team, displayed remarkable professionalism and efficiency throughout our stay. The restaurant's chef showcased an extraordinary level expertise, crafting the most incredible dishes that were a true delight and we end up eating every night at the hotel. The room was equipped with an entertainment TV offering a vast selection of movies and channels, large bathroom compared to other hotels and the room service was flawless. The hotel's location was absolutely stunning, adding to the charm of the establishment. The English pub ambiance, complete with leather lounges and a cozy fireplace, was simply beautiful. The breakfast served right to my door was a wonderful touch, and their special arrangements for early check-out breakfast were greatly appreciated. I was thrilled to discover the lower level's open mic comedy venue, providing fantastic entertainment. The array of beers and cocktails was just incredible, and the alfresco seating on the street added to the overall experience. I can't wait to return to the Harrison hotel London !! Group of 8 went to this pub on a Friday night. It was very busy because a party had been bookedh, but we sat downstairs where they had extra tables set up. At first I wasn't sure about the downstairs area because it seemed a bit dim, but they turned on a couple more lights and it turned out to be perfect. We could talk and hear each other perfectly. Not too hot nor too cold. Super approachable, friendly staff and fast service. A wonderful lady named Jane served our table and was very kind and fantastic and had great drink recommendations. Our orders ranged from plain pasta to tomato basil soup, fish and chips to burgers, chicken sandwiches to bangers and mash. No complaints from everyone, food was great. Ordered regular sizes of plates for fish and chips and sausages and mash. Very big portions, super tasty. (Am now a fan of mushy peas!) The tomato basil soup was made fresh that day (and would have been wonderful with a grilled cheese sandwich, lol) and was super delicious. 10/10 recommend this pub. A true home away from home. Whether for food, drink, or music the experience at The Harrison is like a warm hug from a dear friend.

This is one of those Back Street Pubs which will transport you out of London but still being in the middle of it. Staff is always helpful and nice. This is my regular one I go to after work or when meeting up with friends who live on the other side of town from me, it also has a non-alcoholic beer on tap!

I have eaten here a few times. It has a lovely stripped wooden floors, Lots of space around farmhouse tables and great reasonably priced food. The best thing about it is the atmosphere which is always upbeat. The staff work hard to give good service and there is sometimes really brilliant live folk music.

I've only come here for drinks and gigs so far, and this is a great place for both! Good location near Kings Cross, friendly staff, a good range of beer (some you don't see elsewhere), and a lovely, intimate, gig venue downstairs with a variety of music on offer.

Friendly pub that puts on great music gigs. As someone who has to drink non- alcoholic beer because of medical reasons they had a fantastic non- alcoholic beer on tap.

Great pub and amazing music venue! Good selection of drinks and lovely food. Excellent location. Staff are a super nice bunch of people. And it's a proper roots music venue, with loads of great bands and sessions playing there. Love The Harrison!
