Costa Coffee in Camden

One of the best sweets i have been tried for is the #MapleHazel Latte. It is very delicious and a lot of Autumn 🍂 flavours with a hint of roasted hazelnut into it😍

Very nice place, we drank a good coffee, as we Italians like it, and a delicious cappuccino. The place is very nice and clean and the service excellent

The morning baristas (a young man and woman) were so kind to me as I came in for coffee each morning on my recent trip to London. They made great iced lattes for me and we chatted about my trip. I promised to come back and say goodbye on my last day in London, but the airline rescheduled my flight and I couldn't do so. So, management, if you read this, please tell them that the blonde American lady thanks them, wishes them well, and will always remember them.

The absolute state of the bathroom here should be investigated for crimes against humanity. This is biological warfare.

Ordered latte with oatmilk (milk allergy) had to say it twice. Still got normal milk with 3 staff and 2 costumers in the shop 😅 Who is the manager, I want your job!

My phone stolen here. Kindly asked CCTV. They did not share it. Without police came. I reported. Police did not go. Like a joke cant believe it

The service at Costa Coffee was disappointingly sluggish, significantly impacting the overall experience. Despite specifying otherwise, my black americano arrived with added sugar, a misstep that detracted from the enjoyment of my beverage. Additionally, my visit was marred by an unsettling encounter with a homeless individual loitering outside, who subjected me to unwelcome harassment and threats. These incidents collectively marred what could have been an otherwise pleasant coffee shop visit.

Arm chairs looked disgustingly dirty. The arms of these chairs looked filthy. Would not want to sit on these chairs. Sofas faux leather, could do with being replaced as torn in places. Whole place needs decorating as dark and depressing. Might go back just to take photos and add them here!

Coffee taste like metal yuck never again!

Small establishment. Poor selection of food and drink compared to that advertised on the Ordering page. Cardboard Christmas tree but no mince pies to match.

Standard Costa Coffee situation at this particular branch. The staff, my food and my drink were all fine. The atmosphere felt fairly standard for a coffee shop. Prices are becoming quite high, particularly for the food, so much so that the value feels less and less worth the outing. Nothing exceptional and nothing terrible! 🙌

They have plug ins at this location. Great places to charge your phone while enjoying a coffee. Thank you!

Tooooo tasteless sandwiches and coffees with higher prices as the similar stores.

Fine experience with their drink and service only. Batista didn't look happy. Took my order with Oat milk but then proceeded to make someone else's drink first despite them ordering after me, I think the someone is a usual customer. Anyhow the sandwich I had was fine, but the Mocha I had tasted like normal milk despite ordering for Oat. Tables doesn't look very clean either and there was a fly in the cafe.

£4 for a bad quality coffee, old not very clean place…for that money there are plenty of better options

Cashier was friendly enough, but the gentleman making the drinks was standoffish. When I got my drink, I let it cool for ages, and it was still way too hot, I ordered a regular hot chocolate, but it, for some reason, had what seemd like bits of chocolate cake floating in it. It was vile, so I ended up having to leave it. Not very clean or comfortable in their and the toilets aren't very clean either.

Paradise for thieves. I had my phone stolen off the table, common tactics of the thieves to distract you and grab your belongings at the same time. The staff was friendly and provided us with CCTV but they also told us that the same thing happened twice last week. So if they are aware of the situation, why don't they warn customers with sign etc?

Weak coffee and just awful porridge

Dirty, tired furniture, disgusting toilet, looks like was not cleaned a months, flat white with frothy milk as cappucino, will Hever come back there

Place was quiet. Guys there are lovely but there was fruit flies glued to the walls it was disgusting !

Almost every table had crumbs on, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years, the chairs looked disgusting, especially the arm rests, only 4 customers inside, so not like the 3 staff were rushed off their feet, so they could have made an effort to tidy up.

Has gone downhill terribly. Please clean the place. Wipe the food off the tables on a regular basis, sweep the floor and empty the bins. They are lots of flies buzzing around the food. This has to do with the cleanliness of the place ...

Late delivery and the wrong order. Terrible

Amazing how one can have two different experiences form the same place at the same time. The male barrister was great, helpful and friendly, but the female one had one heck of an attitude. Perhaps she was stressed out or had something else going on, but goodness me!!!! She gets low points for customer service.

Went there breakfast. The table, plates, cutlery and floor was dirty and requested my money back. I would not recommend this store at all.

First thing we noticed when entering the Costa here was small gnat like flies walking all over the croissants and other pastries that were on the counter uncovered!! When I mentioned this to a staff member he looked and actually said nothing.... this is disgusting and they should be covered with a mesh cover or glass lid. I for one will never eat anything from a Costa nor would I recommend anyone to do so either.

A small but busy location which at the time of our visit could have done with more than 2 staff. We had to wait for 20 minutes to be served and the counter was a mess.

Today is Sunday therefore is quiet. Needs a spruce. The staff are inexperienced and desperately need training in how to serve people.

You never gave me my food. You people accept orders knowing you cannot fulfil them and instead of contacting us to tell us you give us nothing! Worst service do not order here

No soap on the toilets, barist a wasn't nice at all.

The lady whos making the coffe does not even clean the steamer god knows when was the steamer cleaned last! Asked for flatwhite the steamer was covered with chocolate i pleased her to wipe it, then she wiped it with more dirty cloth which made it worse! Left the store without complaint but i binned the coffe outside this store needs to be checked from costa. I dont even want to write anything about behind the counter because its just discustingly dirty!!

This Costa is a disappointment to the brand. Been here several times over months and no change. Not clean, Never have any pastry out but rather sill behind the counter in thier wrappers which is not really a bad thing considering how dirty the place is. They seem to either be under staffed or the staff just don't care. Not a friendly place to be. If you are looking to have something and get a bit of work done go elsewhere. Pret is down the street and clean.

We order from here regularly and this by far is the worst service received. Waited over 1hr 40mins for an order and when arrived both drinks not secure no cup holders total spillage… waste of time and money!

My food didn’t arrive. Only my drink. Called the restaurant four times as they kept picking the phone up and not speaking or putting the phone back down. I eventually spoke to someone who told me they don’t sell that food there and to ask just eat for a refund. If the food is not available then it should not be on the website to order as that was my lunch but now I don’t have anything

Full Costa prices. Dirty little place. Full of fruit flies, there’s something old n mouldy in there, probably the furniture! Tired, dirty walls and decor. Worn out, filthy furniture you don’t even want to sit on, let alone eat whilst sitting on. If they’re charging full price, you should expect the full Costa experience without filthy seats. The staff are friendly enough though and no complaints about the food.

I ordered one large and one medium latte and received two medium lattes. Just wish the servers would read the order properly, It's not the first time this has happened.

Dirty and badly maintained place and even worse very unfriendly service.

Usually Costa put a round, foil disk under the coffee lid to prevent spillage. My coffees came without the foil disk and therefore was spilt in the bag, soaking the pastry goods and loosing a lot of coffee. Maybe just forgot.

I visited the pronto branch near my hotel great service and prompt service. Short walk from my hotel great for a sunday morning coffee fix.

The chia tea was less than half, caramel ice latte was bad in taste and the other latte aswell didn't taste much. Am sorry but that was sure a flop on the orders. I have had all them before from the Costa great portland Street and it was all fine. I won't be ordering anything from there again. Really disappointed.

Such a shame, they keep getting my order wrong. I ordered a large latte with two extra shots of coffee, which i was charged for. I got a medium latte with one extra shot of coffee. A difference of £1.

I ordered one medium size coffee and one large size coffee. I got two medium size coffees and yet it clearly states on the order slip/receipt one medium and one large, and i was charged for this.

Exactamente hace 10 años mi hija darling, Caroline (entonces de 23 años), fue operada por un tumor cerebral de extracción en el cercano Hospital Nacional. La operación no fue un éxito y pronto después, ella sufrió un derrame cerebral masivo que paralizó su. Ella permaneció en el nacional por 3 meses pero, hacia el final de este período, ella hizo una mejora gradual y me permitieron rueda su salida a esta Costa algunas mañanas. Hoy me retroceder mis pasos en memoria de una mujer joven hermosa y valiente y pensando en aquellos momentos felices que son no más como Carrie murió en los brazos el año pasado de insuficiencia cardiaca. Tan triste, ya que tenía la custodia legal de sus años como mi esposa me dejó. Hoy el café era excelente y tan buena como cuando Carrie y yo visitamos regularmente.

果然事英國的咖啡不管去哪裡都可以看到超級 多的costa咖啡，味道其實喝不出喝其他的咖啡有什麼區別不過下雨天倒是一個曾網絡或者避雨的好地方。價格還ok喝國內價格差不多的吧

This branch of Costa Coffee seems to be well maintained and staffed. I was greeted in a friendly fashion. There are a few outside tables which is great if warm enough to watch the bustle of the pavement life and the inside is roomier than it looks. Coffee was excellent and muffins fresh. Generally I like the Costa chain and this one did not disappoint. It has the usual range of muffins, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and drinks. I would definitely return here.

Standard Costa with a good range of food items available. Looks small but there is extra seating downstairs. Friendly staff but they were obviously having a bad day as not only did my tea pot have no bag in it so did another customer's

Really nice service, and great food/coffee! Highly recommend. We went to get light breakfasts, on two different occasions; barista was really friendly, and the choice of croissants was great. Excellent quality, and nice seating area.

Called in for a quick cappuccino whilst we explored the area. It was the usual high standard and just what we needed.

Trying to be Starbucks. We had coffee and a sandwich. Large cup of coffee and with a pre made but tasty grilled sandwich. Of course by US standards there was not much in the sandwich. Friendly service.

This was close to our hotel and a great stop on a chilly morning walk to the underground! They have great looking pastries and sandwiches too, though we did not try them. Good coffee!
