Extremely disappointed with the service today. Not only did it take an unusually long time to receive my order, but when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Had to wait for them to remake my coffee twice. Really poor service overall.

Apple Pay didn't work so I had to try a credit card, which took some time, but the clerk was kind enough to wait for me.

Delicious coffee, delicious snacks

This is my local pret and usually the staff are very attentive. We went in for an iced latte on NYD and kindly asked the male server if they could put in the sweetener with the espresso so it dissolves better. A lady with a white t-shirt who I assume was the manager on shift refused the request after the fact and implied that it wasn’t ‘procedure’? A very strange policy for such a small request, and not the best attitude to start a new year. Disappointing.

It took 10 mins to get an espresso. Their coffee machines are not working properly for last two weeks (they didn’t work for 4-5 days and they didn’t serve coffee for 4-5 days). I am not blaming the employees. Pret couldn’t replace or fix coffee machines for two weeks.

I visited this Pret branch many times, hovewer today I had a bad experience with the level of customer service and quality of products provided. Together with other drinks and food, I ordered Merry Berry Chocolate, which I confirmed by pointing on the screen and explaining to the cashier that I really want to try this festive drink as it is shown there. What I got instead was a weak chocolate mix with a dash of, my quess, raspberry sirup, no whipped cream or dried fruits. When I complained to the cashier that it is not what I wanted, she got an attitude and started arguing that I didn't order cream and other things, to which I replied that I told her exactly what I want. After exchanging few words, I asked to call the duty manager. The guy who shown up told me that this is how Pret is preparing MB Chocolate, and the customer need to ask for extras, it is not the cashier duty to enquire what they want. Once again, I explained what I said and what I requested, on which he simply made a refund on my drink. When I asked if I will get my drink redone in the way I requested, he said I will need to pay for it, to which I said no problem, just please make it the way it is on the screen. At this point he asked if I want it made with a whipped cream, on which I replied that obviously yes, please make it with the cream and sprinkles and all the love you can put into it. In a response the manager said with a broad smile Oh, we don't have whipped cream today. At this point I just left the shop. Honestly, this kind of treatment happened first time to me, as I felt ridiculed in front of the other customers. Won't be going back to this particular shop, also despite really liking their coffee, I'm considering moving to another coffee shop chain.

I love pret cookies but the one I got from here was burnt/overcooked/super hard.

You made my friend feel like an uneducated little girl, you were so rude to her for brandishing the wrong card. How very, very date you, I know you’re owned by McDonald’s.

Where do I begin? I have visited this particular pret branch in Covent Garden multiple times and each time I receive hostile and cold service from the staff. Staff are loud and very mean, I am a poorly woman and I could have a little more kindness please. My coffee order is messed up everytime I order, I have seen them use the regular milk for my coffee when I always ask for the red skinny milk. I have diabetes, this is a health concern. The baristas are rude and so are the till staff. I have now cancelled my pret subscription. Upsetting and appalling. Have some manners!

I like this type or kafe. There are many in London. Great location. Price good. Good service. Coffee nice. Be back always.

Incredibly friendly staff here! I like the food selection, locations and casual atmosphere. Would like to go more often, but it's just so much plastic packaging and trash every time :/

We ate there several times while in England and fell in love with the ham, cheese and butter sandwich.

I love going to Pret during my stay in London, but one time my card got declined and I paid with another card and it shows that it has been deducted by the decline card the amount of the items is 24GBR. One of the employee there told me that after 24 hours, it should be back in my bank account since it’s declined and if it’s not returned, she said come to the same branch and we will return the money back to you. I went back there a different employee told your problem is with the bank but she gave an email to contact and we did provided them with the sms massages and the bank transaction. But unfortunately it takes so long and now it has been 16 days since then. Referring to last review. I appreciate you contacting me. I already contacted the pret support email and I provided them with all the information they needed. until now I didn’t get my refund 24.64 GBR. it’s unfortunate that it takes a long time.

When I visited, it was quiet and peaceful, I was able to relax and have a very late lunch as well as feeding my child his dinner, staff where friendly and helpful

I ordered black iced americano but the staff gives white iced americano. I told her I ordered a black Americano and she was very annoyed (short women wearing hijab). And they put in the coffee shot that they made in advance. This makes coffee taste bad. Also the bars are very dirty. I took my own cup and staffs hands dirty too so I got chocolate powder on my cup. Other staffs are kind but looks busy..

Very poor customer service, someone took my drink, I told them that didn’t get my coffee and one of the staff members who introduced himself as a manager shouted at me and said I need to look after my drink!

I work round the corner from this Pret and the staff are absolutely amazing. Everyday I go to them for a flat white (which they always get just right) and they are always so consistent, professional and friendly. Despite working under a lot of pressure and being crazily busy most of the time - they manage to pull together as a team and keep their cool with a big smile. They are the best of Pret and I wouldn't get through the day without them and their quality coffee! Lee x

I order a cup of COLD milk for my 3years daughter , staff bring a hot one , I said “ sorry I ordered the cold milk because it’s for my kids “ staff immediately gets grumpy, stare at me and my daughter, said “ THEN, YOU ,SHOULD ,ORDER A COLD ONE “ the word is literally from her teeth , and my daughter got scared by her and cry ! She Bang and drop another cup and say “ here is your cold milk”( when she say this you can feel she want to hurt you if she can )

Open and clean store with friendly staff. Allow you to get you food even with my dog with me and not asked about if I am eating in because of the dog. Food is always good standard and is consistent on every visit to any store.

Pret is a established eatery in London. I enjoy their Coffee and range of hot and cold rolls and sandwiches. Good wifi .

In London never gets hot, but there is a heat wave at the moment, very unbearable. When I come into Pret in Covent Garden and is extremely hot inside!!! Even hotter than outside, and I could see how the workers they were sweating, and felt very uncomfortable. When I asked them if the aircom was broken, they answered that they couldn't put on the aircom. I asked why? And The manager was just there, and she said, yes, it's a lot a waste(in a rude manner). I told her, they look they are very hot and you don't do anything about it, she said she doesn't care. I felt very disrespected and awful for those two workers, which they didn't have more choice than come to work on this very hot day to get a probably not very good payment, and the manager is not able to put the aircom just to save some cents on her bill????? I never write this kind of things, but I feel that we cannot let this type of actions happening in 2022. What I saw was inhumane, and for me that's similar to modern slavery! She was also very rude to me, which confirmed me her way to manage. Hopefully Pret does something about it, if they really care. The sd

I do like Pret, the food is delish and the English Breakfast tea is always beautiful. The cafe itself needs a good clean I'm afraid but the staff are very nice. Surfaces I felt were neglected. I can see they prioritize service but we need somewhere clean to eat. Well done otherwise.

They Refused to give a homeless man A tea here. Which is beyond my belief of humanity .. I ran after him and brought him a tea and a cake as I couldn’t believe this & he was in need. Pret makes so much money and can’t give out a bit of hot water and tea bag for someone who doesn’t even have somewhere to live. Shocking and cruel if I’m honest.

Super rude and unorganised staff - waiting time was super long as well as they kept forgetting what me and the person before me ordered.

Opened 15mins late and still unpacked stock with a que of 4 people waiting. Think pret customer service is getting really bad.

Not great today. Coffee machine was out of service so no hot drinks. A sign on the door would have been useful having decided to skip Costa for Pret on this occasion. Only one toilet in operation and no hand soap. Yet staff doubled up on the tills taking in the money. Get cleaning guys and try harder. However a nice baguette.

Good medium quality coffee.. Food is alright.. The worst WIFI in England... But I love the place... Seems they got no money for a good WIFI... ANYWAY

Amazing service, i was served by a lady in a white shirt and she just was great! She made sure I got what I needed and just was such a gem! She made my day :)

Staff were really friendly. Despite the step up, the staff helped my mum with her wheelchair and there is a disabled toilet.

Very good. Excellent customer service, second to none. The Manager made double sure that the sandwiches were according to my dietary requirements. I also highlighted some discrepancies and even MISTAKES in their labelling of of sandwiches. Where their records showed NO spirit vinegar, where in actual fact there was. Anyway this was all taken on by the manager, who even offered a free meal the next time...... let's see what happens ?!? The two girls serving, one at the counter and the other the baker, were also very professional and polite. Despite there being a constant stream of customers, the shop was kept very clean and tidy !!!............FANTASTIC !!!

Recently visited here before a gig at Shepherd’s Bush O2. Met up with friend for quick drink and bite to eat. Exceptionally polite and friendly staff. Quick service at a price you know to expect, would go in again

It's pretty standard for Pret. Nothing special but does what it does well. Food, drink, seating and free wifi.

Very poorly, the manager Francesca cortese yells, curses and humiliates the staff in front of the customers. She smiles at her chosen clients (just big business men) I'm a neighbor, but I do not go anymore, because I do not support the way she treats women.

Honestly Pret is without a doubt my favourite place. I used to go every Sunday, to do my journal, and would always have a croissant and coffee and never ever was I disappointed. The staff are extremely friendly. See you soon Pret 😁🤩

Disappointed no pure green tea on offer ( only tropical ).. toilet was dirty and untidy with popcorn all over ! Biggest problem was that man was wandering round the tables trying to get people to give him money . Staff were watching him and in my mind should have asked him to leave as he was making the customers uncomfortable.

Nothing tastes better than a Pret breakfast before a long days traveling. This branch was buzzy and fast, friendly staff, great service on a Monday mornng. Lovely tea and my usual veggie brioche service.

PRET need to change their sandwiches more often than they do. Also they offer 50p off when using a reusable cup but they only offer take aways cups even when drinking in. Bit of a contradiction. That aside, food is pretty decent and coffee is ok.

You cannot beat this chain for fresh tasty food and good value. Went for lunch before going to the theatre. Shared a delicious soup and had a tasty, fresh salad. Good atmosphere and very clean. Highly recommended.

We ate food from the branch by Marble Arch after walking the length of Oxford Street etc and it was very tasty. We sat in Hyde Park in the sunshine for our `picnic` - my chai latte was delicious too!

Usual choice of Pret food and drinks. Staff are friendly. Seems a bit small but there's a basement area which is quiet and great for sitting down with your laptop and do some work.

Pret became my go-to when we were on the move as vacationers as they offered freshly prepared meals & healthy options. May be a lil pricey compared to a grocery but the "grab n' go" packaging & good service made it very welcoming.

Often eat here before the theatre. This branch has comfortable seating. The food, as ever, is delicious. There is a good selection of sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, soups, hot snacks, salads, fruit, desserts and drinks. All healthy with the ingredients and nutritional information including calories for everything. Reasonably priced and great value. This chain cannot be beaten.

Very warm inside. A bit of air conditioning would have made the visit much more pleasant.

Good selection of sandwiches and drinks. Meeting friends so spent two hours here. Ordered many hot drinks. Unfortunately I asked them to warm up a pesto and chicken wrap and they were "unable to do it" as it didn't come from their hot toastie range. I found this quite frustrating as there wasn't a queue and it would have definitely fitted in their toasty machine.... Oh well. 3 stars.
