Thanks to Nico and his team for great service during our stay in London. The interior in Atrium bar is art deco style, and here you can enjoy a drink, coffee or dinner.

It’s a very nice place to have a night out, at first the food is very very good and tastes very fresh and also comes fast. The atmosphere of the place is also very nice and chill. The staff is incredibly nice, always making sure that you’re doing good and have everything. Especially Lamar and James been super nice and also funny and always made sure we were doing good. Overall a very good experience and I can only recommend going there.

Staying at thw hotel foe the weekend and decided to dine in the Atrium, food was lovely, excellent service by James and superb yellow submarine cocktails by courtesy of the barman Daniel

This place is great for a relaxed night out... or in, if you are a President Hotel resident. Service is quick & there's a good variety of bar bites and drinks to choose from. Special shout out to Nico, who was so thorough, patient and helpful with us! Thank you and well done!

Food- the food was surprisingly tasty. We had starters bbq wing and garlic shrimp. Main- steak & chips and fish & chips. Drinks- variety of drinks and cocktails available. Atmosphere- I went on a Friday night and they had live music which was a good touch. The bar itself is a bit dated and the arms of the cloth armchairs need cleaning, a part from that everything is good. Price- food was reasonably priced, dinner for 2 with starter, main and 2 drink per person cost us under £80. Service- the staff was brilliant. Overall good spot for the budget conscious and mature crowd. I will go here again.

Spectacular treatment from the hotel staff, attentive, helpful and very pleasant, especially Nico and his team, at home we are two people with allergies and they have been attentive at all times.

A second wonderfully traditional British meal; Steak and Ale Pie with Guinness tonight and fish and chips last night. Food was excellent, quickly served, by attentive staff.

I came here as a group of 6 in the evening one Saturday for drinks and snacks. We were served by Esteban, Daniel, and the manager Kinya. All were very friendly and helpful and conscious of one of our friends celiac when it came to ordering food although there wasn’t much he could eat unfortunately but they did give him some fruit. Thank you for the friendliness though. Will likely come again, as we have in the past.

Hidden gem. What a pleasant surprise! A lovely Art Deco esc bar with a good vibe, really nice Rioja and a nice selection of small plates tapas. I would like to mention Nico and his team who made a solo traveller feel at home without being uncomfortable. Bravo!

Amazing service, we were served by Sofia and Daniel who were absolutely lovely and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying everything. The food was great and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back again.

All thanks to Sofia. She made our experience in the bar wonderful. She was very positive in everything. She can be a great receptionist. And she can speak Spanish, that is so important for an hotel to have.

We came here as a group on Friday evening for a reunion. It was the closest bet to the karaoke we were going into later that night. When we arrived (after booking in advance) we were told our reservation didn't exist. After a short time Tomas came out to meet us and apologised for the mix up, but our date had been put down wrong. To make up for this we were given a bottle of wine to drink, which was very sweet. There was enough room for all of us to sit and have a few cocktails. The drinks from the bar did take a long time to arrive at the table, slow service. The atmosphere was very odd, but it is a hotel bar, so I guess you can't really blame that. We left just before the entertainment started, so I can't comment on this! Thank you Tomas for your hospitality.

Went to the bar. Was told to take a seat while people were being served around us. Sat for 20mins before no one turned up. Felt like we were put to one side so we would leave. Not a nice feeling

the lounge area is perfect space to catch up with friends post film or pre event. as it’s spacious and not loud. cosy seats and attentive waiters

Staying in the hotel we had evening drinks and occasionally food! The customer care that Nico provided is and to other customers very friendly and attentive. Luke was very good with the customers and always friendly and and very attentive!! I would definitely go back to the hotel and also have drinks and food again.

Place is attached to the hotel we were staying at so we used it quite a few times. Slightly strange sort of place that has a certain level of ambiance but at the same time is a bit scruffy. Whilst the staff were in the main friendly the majority of them seemed to be undergoing "on the job" training so service was hit and miss. One night were were in they had a jazz singer and pianist on who were great.

Meeting a client, I have never been to a hotel where the Staff were so helpful. I was early so had a look around wonderful, so relaxing I will be making this as a destination in the future for a break. 5+ ☆

The atrium bar was giving us a Las Vegas strip club vibe without the actual strippers. The irony was amusing, but overall, it earned a 2/5 stars for the unexpected experience. Place was showing it‘s age.

We (my mother and I) had drinks every evening and also dinner a couple of times (very Nice food). It was a great experience and joy to meet Nico and he’s fantastic team every Night. They made sure We had Everything We needed, Allways saying Hello and tjekking We diden’t need enything. The last Night there was wonderful live Music that We enjoyed We our dessert. Great Atrium drinks👍🏻 The hole team get our best recommendation and We look forward to be back for Christmas 2024.

We reserved a table for Christmas Eve because we were staying at the President hotel and when we entered at the reservation time they told us to wait because they don't have a table and we see that there are people who are dining without a reservation. After 20 minutes they offer us a place with armchairs and a low table and we tell them that it doesn't seem right to us after making a reservation to have dinner hunched over and they didn't think exactly the same so on Christmas Eve we went to a texco that was open. Be careful with reservations that are not such. a shame

worst experience in a long time we reserved for christmas eve dinner, when we arrived there was only two people working and the place full the girl working there was looking at us but not coming to ask so we went to her and she was visibly upset so she told us to wait for 20 minutes we were waiting and finally when she came she told us that we could sit on a zone where the sofas were, THE SOFAS! for a christmas eve DINNER!!!! and after we told her that we wanted a table she just said "i understand you are upset" and went to keep working so we didn't have a proper christmas dinner thanks to that horrible management

Nico is an amazing bar tender, me and my friends from Iceland love him so much, 10/10 would recommend

I booked this venue for my Birthday celebration with friends. We had an amazing evening, though the Kitchen ran out of stake the alternative was really great. Nico the manager really made us feel valued. He arranged for the live music performer to sing Happy birthday to me and the whole restaurant joined in, there was ballons and a complementary cheese cake for the occasion. He made my bday very special indeed. Luke was our water and he also did a great job. Overall a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend 👌 👍

We had an amazing date on Friday night! Drinks were lovely and staff was super meticulous and friendly, especially Nico, Sofia, Daniel and Luke. Starters were great with house white. Mains were pretty good, however steak was not the best, but still decent. All in all this is perfect place for relaxing night with live jazz music. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Was looking for a bar to visit post-theatre whilst staying in a hotel near Russell Square. Couldn't believe my luck when I spotted this place, it's part of the President hotel but I didn't notice that at first. Semi-anonymous entrance on the main road but walk through the entrance way and it's almost like walking onto the set of a Poirot movie. There's a central bar with a glass atrium above and the whole place has Art Deco styling. It's a café by day but after dark was serving beer and cocktails. Not cheap but not hideous pricing for central London, I had several of the house Imperial Martini cocktail which was very palletable. My co-visitor wasn't drinking and had the Virgin Mojito which they said was equally acceptable. Drinks took awhile and we were asked about five times whilst waiting for them if we had been served, while a little annoying that's clearly preferable to being ignored! Nice live jazz singer and pianist playing on the Friday night visit. Great place for a late, luxury, drink.

This is a lovely art deco place for a romantic night out with your date and going during their jazz night it’s even more special. The starters are absolutely delicious definitely would recommend the shrimps and olives. The main portions are quite big and tasty. The team, Luck, Nico, Sofia and Daniel went above and beyond to make our night perfect.

I stayed at the President Hotel so the Atrium is the connected bars. I went down for a pint to get some work done and wound up staying for 3 hours. The vibe and staff were really pleasant. The manager was extremely professional and attentive. My favorite part though (and you may laugh) was the hummus and pita plate! I’m vegetarian and eat hummus everywhere I go, and WOW. This was incredible hummus. The pita was also fluffy and delicious - so much so that ordered an extra side of it to eat with my Caesar salad. Great spot. Glad I stayed there and highly recommend.

Fantastic bar, great atmosphere. Staff members are Fantastic, Nico the Bar Manager was amazing made everyone feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. Nico made a extra effort to wish us a lovely goodbye hope to see you again.

This Restaurant is made by their staff. Me and a friend are down in London on a girly weekend. We were running late and our show was starting 45 minutes from when we were seated, having explained this to James he had our food out pronto. As a joke we asked if he would save our leftovers so we could eat them once back. Imagine our surprise when we came completely inebriated several hours later, he had actually saved our tapas! Which we were very grateful for. Just stellar service by a beautiful bunch of people. Thank you for making our evening so memorable by making one small gesture. Food was lovely, definitely recommend to ANYONE!!!

Okay but the beds are horrible book closer to London Center as this hotel is quite off the beaten path. Rooms tiny and no mini fridge. Staff is awesome but concierge has no idea of what they are doing.

We have been to this lounge twice and on the first visit everything was still okay, and the staff took good care of us. During our second visit, we sat around for a good 20 minutes and were ignored by the waitress and the manager(There were two different employees than those on the first visit). Eye contact was made at least 3 times, but no one came. Subsequently, it just got too uncomfortable and we left. I attempted to address the issue with both the waitress and the manager, but they denied it. This behaviour is incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional, and I would recommend everyone to think twice about being served here.

Arrived back to our hotel, the Imperial after a morning shopping, intending to have a bit of lunch. Sat down in the Atrium Bar and CAFE, asked for the menu to be told they weren’t serving any food with no explanation why. It was 1.30 and the board was out advertising food, sandwiches and afternoon tea. Got advised to use the Night and Day bar which was full. Very unimpressed, not much point in offering residents discount on food and drinks when there isn’t any food!!

Paso dentro del atrio y eres un mundo lejos afortunadamente! Bar muy elegante, muy bien distribuido. Gran personal y lo mejor de todo. . . . Precios muy decentes para bebidas de calidad! Ahora hay un letrero en el exterior que dice Atrium Bar, pero se debe hacer más de esto para que no ingresen residentes. ¡Excelente!

Service extremely poor - slow and unapologetic. Very self-service type of atmosphere. Decoration and set-up is nice but doesn't reflect the atmosphere or 'feel' - very dull and dry, despite the live jazz music. Scones and tea were very average. Will not be going back.

Came here for a coffee at the end of a busy day in London. This is an elegant area between the front entrance and Reception at the Imperial Hotel, with a modern bar under an atrium roof which creates an airy light ambience during the day. Thanks coffee was good quality, delivered from the hotel’s coffee shop. Service is efficient and friendly.
