Stopped here because of the cold, turned out to be a nice surprise. What a lovely mix is their Earl Grey and a pastel de nata.

I had a fantastic time at this specialty coffee shop. Coffee is so good and so many delicious pastries. Baristas are so friendly! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

This place has gone down hill over the years - the management has decided to invest in expansion rather than focus on its original shops. Seen many unhappy workers come and go and the brand can’t retain staff. Coffee is overpriced for the area (£4.50 for flat white where local price is ~£4) and price increase is most definitely not justifiable. What a shame.

I am biased, because I absolutely rely on this place to get me through my shifts but I think even considering that, this place is special. I love the vibe in there, and the seats outside are a lovely pace to take in London atmosphere and people watch. Its lovely that they do an NHS discount too. Coffee wise, not only do they always have a lovely house blend but the beans they sell are amazing. I also love their pastries, which may not be cheap but definitely deliver. I particularly love the flaky pastries on all their croissant and croissant-type treats.

Sorry guys, but just a simple Americano and the cinnamon bun wouldn't be that bad :(

I’ve had excellent coffee on multiple occasions served by friendly expert staff in a compact but lovely location on Lambs conduit. A variety of interesting drinks, baked items and smaller breakfast options also offered. A lovely mid shopping stop as you explore the street’s unique shopping options. Seemingly standard prices

Really nice coffee but needed to be bigger cup sizes

Truly amazing place with some of the very best coffee I've ever had. However, in most of my (many) visits there's just been too much noise to be able to properly enjoy the vibes and the products. The really surprising thing is that most of the noise is coming from the baristas themselves (lots is shouting, whistling, singing...). Still amazing coffee and pastries though! It's just that this little cafe could have been so much more.

Really miserable experience. Came to do a coffee for the 4 of team working at the hospital this weekend. Was met by a really rude barista who tried to get me to not order "it's going to take ages". Refused to give loyalty points (even after downloading the special app). Just made a small latte instead of a flat white (ok that's just me being a pendant), and black americano was pretty sour. Previously a great place but this massively put me off. Never felt quite so unwelcome. Won't be back.

I spilt my coffee down me and the lovely lady working there made me another one free of charge despite the fact it was rush hour and they were really busy. Thank you :)

A great find in a sea of bland coffee shops, definitely worth a stop. Genuine care taken over every cup of coffee and a great selection of pastries as well.

Good service EXCEPT one guy. He always acts like Im inconveniencing him by ordering, never had good service from him in the 50+ times I’ve been. I would not go back if it wasn’t on my way to seeing my child at GOSH. Not the kind of irritation I need before going into a childrens hospital

I bought a croissant, but it was not fresh and was moldy. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying "we don't do refunds." I won't be trying it again; it's blacklisted.

Great spot if you are looking for a good coffee, vibe and something small to eat. Love the sweet pastry, toasted ham and cheese croissant and salmon bagel. Coffee is great, hot chocolate is by far the best in Camden :) like also the music and staff is friendly!!! Sometimes a bit crowded, but waiting is not long and definitely worth it. ☕🌞

Lovely shop and the coffee was amazing - truly great service (went around lunch time yesterday) as well as a lovely ambiance.

I order a croasante 🥐 and a coffee both horrible the croasant was blend and the coffee was disgusting I couldn’t even drink it was straight fro the bin never again and I spend £7.60 for rubbish…

I ordered a small latte for £4. That’s a bit too expensive when the average price is 3.40 to 3.80🤷🏻‍♀️Taste ok.

Hands down my favorite place to go for coffee in London. Wonderful selection of food and beverages. Beautiful clean atmosphere with seating options upstairs, downstairs, and outside. The staff goes above and beyond, and make you feel like you are at home. A coffee shop not to be missed.

Bright and friendly with consistently rich coffee. Convenient for the shopping along Lamb’s Conduit Street. Seating at the back and on the street, in addition to the tables inside. Wi-Fi available with a passcode from the staff.

Cold brew coffee is gross! Taste like liquid that’s been left open in the fridge to pick up the taste and smell of broccoli. Such a shame as all other coffee here is amazing. And it was £4.50!!! 🤢

Coming from New Zealand beans are only half the equation of a great coffee, milk is the other. Gotta say, Redemption make the best flat white I’ve had in London! Love the farm to cup story too. 👏🏼.

Gentleman asking for my coffee order looked miserable and was not friendly at all. At least the 2 staff that were making the coffee looked a little more happy to be there. Expensive coffee, £4.10 for an oat latte. Wouldn’t go back.

Controversial..coffee all right, but pastries mainstream. And too much hurry from staff during quite not busy Saturday morning and loud noice from cleaning coffee accessories. Not relaxed atmosphere at all for weekend, but maybe good for busy weeekdays or takeaway

Coffee is cold and the crodough is stale and dry

Pastries and sandwich were ok tasting, but service was really unfriendly. Someone on their end made an error and I wasn’t too bothered except they never apologised and were sighing and grumpy. Now I wouldn’t go back again. If you do go, I recommend the chocolate coconut ball- that was the best thing I tried

Had a coffee, Salmon and Cream cheese Bagel with a Croissant. Bagel was dry and stale and the Croissants was very stale. Salmon bagel was not refrigerated and kept at room temperature! Complained to the girl serving and she was not interested, failed to offer a refund. Only was after a refund for the Croissants as we ate the Bagel. At the end of the day it was very expensive for the quality of the food served.

Great concept helping offenders to secure gainful employment, love to see more places like this. Just stopped for a drink and pastry

We came in for a cuppa out of the rain, & the staff were so lovely, and offered us some free sandwiches as they were getting close to closing, and some cakes - & wouldn’t take any money. So kind, and they were so lovely to chat to when we were in there :)

All of the baristas here make this shop worth a visit! They always manage to put a smile on my face and take the time to chat to me, even when they're crazy busy. It's the highlight of my day!

I have to ask myself why do I even go there, every time I come in I leave in a worst mood then i was. Customer service is so disappointing, I swear they give better attention in McDonald's. Will avoid in future.

Visited this during a trip to G.O.S.H and The Zayed Centre for research, and glad I did. We only popped in as was looking to purchase a sausage roll for a hungry 9 year old, they unfortunately don’t sell these so a double chocolate cookie was purchased instead along with a latte to take away. The food all looked amazing and the coffee was exceptional, including the chocolate cookie which I normally find can be a bit bitter but upon taking a bite of my daughters wish I had purchased one for myself, it was wonderfully sweet and soft without bein sickly. There was a variety of sandwiches and cakes available but we was in a rush and couldn’t stay however know exactly were I’m heading on my next appointment to G.O.S.H or The Zayed Centre for research.

Great staff and convenient location. More than £4 for a small oat flat white (takeaway) is incredibly expensive.

Impolite, no thank you or goodbye despite my clearly sayingit to them in empty shop. General air of hostility for some reason Coffee was not good. Flat white now being served in cortado container with only 1 shot. So basically, 3.70 for 1 shot of something that is watered down, even in a smaller container. This is a place that only does coffee . I've been there many times - this is my last .

Okay coffee, service without a smile and one of the most astonishingly expensive flat whites I've ever had. I like what they're trying to achieve but not feeling this place at all, it's more of an overpriced hipster hangout with an (admirable) social pursuit tacked on the end. Not for me, sorry

Although its a cosy place yet some staff making it unwelcoming, coffee taste varies every day!! Food is acceptable. The attitude can be more welcoming.

Had a great iced chai. The decor is really cute. Nice seating, the downstairs seating definitely the best spot to sit with large groups. Its nice and cool despite the hot weather. It is rather expensive and you dont get a lot to drink with the amount you pay but it really is good quality coffee and drinks that you are paying for.

One of the best coffee shops around! Amazing coffee, pastries and more pricy, but high quality breakfast. Extremely kind staff, super helpful with tourist recommendations as well. Super quick if your in a rush, would definitely recommend!
