Great coffee - good energy and prompt service ! Lovely vibe all round. Toasted croissants particularly good.

Had a coffee, Salmon and Cream cheese Bagel with a Croissant. Bagel was dry and stale and the Croissants was very stale. Salmon bagel was not refrigerated and kept at room temperature! Complained to the girl serving and she was not interested, failed to offer a refund. Only was after a refund for the Croissants as we ate the Bagel. At the end of the day it was very expensive for the quality of the food served.

Great concept helping offenders to secure gainful employment, love to see more places like this. Just stopped for a drink and pastry

Visited this during a trip to G.O.S.H and The Zayed Centre for research, and glad I did. We only popped in as was looking to purchase a sausage roll for a hungry 9 year old, they unfortunately don’t sell these so a double chocolate cookie was purchased instead along with a latte to take away. The food all looked amazing and the coffee was exceptional, including the chocolate cookie which I normally find can be a bit bitter but upon taking a bite of my daughters wish I had purchased one for myself, it was wonderfully sweet and soft without bein sickly. There was a variety of sandwiches and cakes available but we was in a rush and couldn’t stay however know exactly were I’m heading on my next appointment to G.O.S.H or The Zayed Centre for research.

Impolite, no thank you or goodbye despite my clearly sayingit to them in empty shop. General air of hostility for some reason Coffee was not good. Flat white now being served in cortado container with only 1 shot. So basically, 3.70 for 1 shot of something that is watered down, even in a smaller container. This is a place that only does coffee . I've been there many times - this is my last .

false advertising by the company charging large amounts of money to the prison service so saying to training offenders and going to employ when they are released they do not employ any ex offenders. they are just out to line there pockets when the money could be spent else where helping the offenders. i will never step a foot in one of these places and thousands of others will not go there now this has been made public . its a disgrace hopefully the prison service does something about this has it seems it is there way of exploiting the offenders

We visited this cafe a while ago and came again today. We both had cortado coffee served in a small glass. The coffee tasted excellent and was very nicely made

Because I can’t find the location in Holborn listed I `ll just write my review for them here. Being a coffee lover I tried their new location and really enjoyed the excellent coffee, eggs Benedict and croissants. The service was attentive and nice, the café interior inviting.

I have walked past many Redemption Roasters including near my office but never thought to go in.  On a day working at home, I went to the branch in Bloomsbury.  Nice interior with minimal decor.  I liked the white walls and light wood.  They have a good selection of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, brunch, hot drinks and more.  They advertise all day brunch but stop serving it nearly two hours before closing!  I had the anzac biscuit and wanted a hot black americano but the gentleman who served me recommended the filter coffee.  I should have gone with my choice.  The coffee was cold and not great.  It was like it had been standing out for ages.  I have never tried an anzac biscuit before so it was difficult for me to compare it but the biscuit was nice.  Almost like a big hobnob!  Reasonably clean.  Busy on a Friday afternoon.  Limited seating upstairs and outside but more downstairs.  I managed to get a high seat stool which was not the most comfortable but it was fine.  Fast wifi and a good place if you need to do a bit of work on a laptop like me and a few others were doing.  Would probably avoid weekends as it is likely to be really busy.  Staff were friendly and pleasant but the one guy with a tattoo needed a lesson in customer service especially with some of the language he used!  He wasn't rude or unfriendly but just needs a lesson in how to behave.  The other staff were great and actively serving customers, working as a team and keeping the branch tidy.  They need to close the door in winter as all of us were sitting with our coats on!  I would try them again but maybe go to another branch.

Sunday morning coffee. I had an oat flat white. I know it is more difficult to get the consistency in the milk and latte art but take a look at the photo. The flavour and strength of the coffee was great and I had a good chat with the Barista before buying a bag of beans for home. You also get a free coffee when you buy the beans so I had a take out too :). My only regret was having breakfast before I arrived. The food menu looked amazing but I will save that for another visit. Also, look at how they are working with helping offenders reintegrate into society (the photo explains it).

I popped in for a Cortado which was absolutely delicious, very creamy and with s fabulously complex taste, strong yet not at all bitter.

Small coffee shop with a big choice of coffee. Had coffee and brunch in house, both were delicious. The service was very friendly.

This place serves great espresso, which I enjoy very much. They do not close on Sunday, allowing me to have my premium caffeine fill without gulping Starbucks or Costa.

We hadn't been before to this small pleasant cafe with seating inside and out. We had macchiatos which were very strong and tasty with a creamy foam.

The customer service is awful especially considering they are less busy due to lockdown etc. We have been charged for 4 coffees even if we were only three people and ordered three coffees. The person attending us was absolutely RUDE. The coffee is super tiny with half cup just foam and with the bad customer service, it is just NOT WORTH. Not spending another penny there for sure.
