The Grey Horse in Spelthorne

Popped in for coffee and toast on a Sunday morning with a friend. Efficient service, I love their toast. The place was clean and quite busy.

Thames Court overlooks the River Thames . There is a great walk along the towpath before lunch and plenty of parking in car park attached to pub. Good menu with something for everyone and reasonably priced. Went with my husband for lunch on Valentines day and as usual food very good as is the portion size. Our lovely waitress Vanusa was charming and friendly and was very attentive. A lovely lunch in great surroundings. Good value

Can't complain about the service, there isn't any! Staff attitude shocking, manager on duty attention to detail shows the same as he looks.... say no more!

christmas day we did not receive any food sat waiting for 2 to receive nothing worst christmas for all my family staff was shocking and rude got a refund but that is not good enough won’t be back shame this pub was good 2 years ago Marston need to look at staff and management

We stayed here for 10 days and for 10 days there was no hot water from the sink tap, but there was hot water from the shower. Reported to reception 3 days in a row and was told that it would be looked into, but not. We just gave up. After 2 days no more WIFI. Called reception by phone, WIFI should work, the receptionist said, but neither did it. The phone was hung up. Sent an email to head office and no response. We will NEVER go here again.
