Lovely experience, Jacki P was lovely and kind trainer. Thank you. The only issue was the food Taco were tiny and under filled, with the ranch dressing being too overpowering. Salad bar was great, just could have done with a top up

Jackie was very patient and helpful especially because we had a person with several allergies and she was very helpful.

Very helpful staff who helped us move to a quieter table area without any fuss. They were very attentive towards my elderly mother when we helped her get over a coughing fit.

Liz was so lovely and welcoming on our visit will defiantly be back the food was lovely (just no custard for the deserts which was a bit disappointing )

So we went to have breakfast with Santa and what can I say it was absolutely brilliant!! The decor and all the little details ! They thought of it all. It was calm not rushed Santa interaction with the kids was brilliant! Can not wait to book for next year! Thank you so much !

Had a lovely time with friends, service was quick and Anita who was serving us was lovely and cracking jokes with us, it made the evening with friends even more fun and enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing food as always, service was warm and welcoming. I cannot fault this Harvester. I usually attend with my nephew and brother but went with my Mrs this time and still everything was tip top!! Highly reccomend anyone from couples, friends or family visit The Falcon, won't be disappointed!

Had a wonderful breakfast here today. Food was delicious and hot. Couldn’t eat it all as there was so much so ended up bringing some sausages home for later. Staff were great very attentive and made sure we had all we needed. Definitely coming back x

I had a lovely meal outside in the sunshine. The new refurbished Harvester is so much better and is a great place to eat and mingle. I brought my nephew here for his 10th birthday with the family and the restaurant and food were fantastic. Our waitress Sarah was amazing and nothing was a bother. My mums steak didnt come out correctly and sarah sorted it out straight away with no complaints. Her service was impeccable and although it was extremely busy she was sure to check in on us. She is a real credit to the restaurant.

We have had the pleasure of visiting this place almost weekly, however not sure what happened today, as the food was Luke warm and our beans were cold. We did send our beans back but they came back not much warmer, we didn't want to send them back a second time. This was really unusual for this place as I have always rated them 5 stars in my previous visits. However i will return as I'm sure that this was a one off. On a positive note the staff here are really friendly and nice.... We just thought it always helps to point out positive and negatives..as to learn and improve....

Food & service was ok shame about the £85 parking fine received a month later, tried to appeal.. appeal did not get processed for whatever reason so debt passed to debt collection company so now owe £150. I understand now there are signs but these were missed by my partner and I. I have seen a few people have been caught out by the carpark so maybe the restaurant could remind customers before ordering food/drink. Would have been very much appreciated!

26 for lunch on 10th September, Theresa and waitress could not have been more helpful, food was excellent and hot. Every one commented on how nice and friendly the falconwood was. This was our second visit and will definitely be booking a third.
