The owner is just the sweetest lady. She knows and greets all of her customers. The food is good and they do what you need. I love it.

The cafe was cosy and welcoming (it wasn’t nice enough to sit outside) and we really enjoyed some tasty cakes and good coffee.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food and drink were reasonably priced. We had a variety of drinks that all were incredible - the strawberry whip milkshake was the biggest hit all round and one of the best we’ve had! The food options were good and we were able to get gluten free options. The bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich was tasty but slightly lacking with the amount of brie (only two small pieces in the entire sandwich). My partner also had a tuna melt sandwich which had a good flavour but barely any filling inside at all. The cake/ snack variety looked good.

Afternoon coffee stop with my wife. Great prompt service and excellent coffee and cakes. Sat outside on a stunning very hot sunny afternoon, with great views across the downs.

Love the Rummer, been floating around here since 1241. Biggest selection of spirits I've seen in Bristol, and amazing cocktails. The staff are so attentive and full of fun facts about the history of Bristol.

We came in today to enjoy some food drinks and the pub quiz. Gina the landlady created an amazing atmosphere and was hilarious as always. Will definitely come again.

A truly Bristolian spot with a fantastic vegetarian menu, plenty of local beer on tap and immaculate vibes. A great place to sit outside with a beer on a sunny day or inside with a bowl of homemade soup and bread on a colder day. Also fantastic in the evening as there's usually a live band or other event on.

Nice pub with a lovely view of the church. Good selection of drinks. Lovely seating area outside and plenty of sitting places inside too. Friendly bar staff.
