The Dolma Kitchen in Eastbourne

Myself and 3 friends ate at the Dolma last night it was superb,we all had starters and mains and were treated to some ice cream which had been made earlier in the day as a complimentary sweet.The menu has dishes that I have never heard of before the chicken dumplings (momo) were outstanding. We were made to feel more like members of the family than paying customers we will definitely be returning soon.

Was recommended Dolma kitchen by a friend- it did not disappoint! Momos were the best! Food was lovely - owner was really helpful and advised us regarding dishes to order - he was really friendly and chatty. Food was tasty hot and presented well. Cannot fault anything it was all delicious . Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you 🤩

Our second time here. Food is as good as it was last time and host is very friendly. You can tell that each dish is freshly prepared, and the result is amazing. Would definitely recommend if you want an authentic experience

Further update. After five visits, and a wide sampling of the menu, the food is of a consistently high standard. I stand by my previous review, this is the best Indian food I've had in Eastbourne.

We visited on a Thursday and were the only customers! The food is all cooked from scratch so a little wait at first but no longer than in some less good restaurants. The owner was charming and informative, and the food was delicious. Portions are very generous - we had enough to take home for the next day! Definitely worth a visit or several!

An authentic Nepalese restaurant that has been established for 25 years. Food looks as good as it tastes and you are made welcome the moment you step inside by a conscientious and polite manager and a great chef.

The gentleman who served me was just fantastic. No more words needed. He has obviously been doing what he does very well for many years. The food is also fantastic. It’s prepared freshly and shows, I was in no rush and so the relaxed atmosphere was perfect. The food came when it was ready, an approach I love. Life is too fast, so a slower pace suited me perfectly. The samosa starter was excellent, I had hot and it was unbelievable. My main curry was also excellent, I can’t remember the name, but was so impressed. Roti too, fresh and not over cooked. Next time I’m in Eastbourne, I know where to go.

Amazing food,went here last month with family and we had a great time,the food we ordered was absolutely delicious 😋 every ones enjoyed it,huge extensive menu,great atmosphere and very friendly service,will definitely be back and recommend to everyone who enjoy great tasting food. Still the best restaurant in town. Deepak and Rashmi are very talented and know what they are doing. They know how to look after their customers both with providing phenomenal flavors and a relaxed atmosphere. We love coming here and highly recommend you try it, you won't regret it.

This restaurant is a little gem. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The food is fantastic. All the little extra sauces are homemade. I would highly recommend a visit. The owner recommended dishes for me and it was wonderful. Everything is cooked from scratch so you wait a little bit longer but we’ll worth the wait. I will be back next time I visit.

After visiting Nepal for 40 years I think I am qualified enough to review Nepalese restaurants. This is the real deal, exactly like eating in Thamel in Kathmandu. Food cooked from scratch to an exceptional standard. Warm friendly service and a typical decor of Nepal. I look forward to going back for more.
