I had a delicious Carbonara for lunch, made with eggs, quick service, well presented and well priced. Polite service, I will definitely return

My family and I decided to pop into the cafe today for our daughter’s birthday and the food did not disappoint. The service was fantastic and very rapid and the staff were lovely. The range of foods were amazing, perfectly catering to our childrens tastes whilst suiting what me and my wife were craving. We ate the steak with chips with coffee and it was lovely! My children enjoyed their pizza and chips; I would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I were walking Hadrian's Wall with our dog and decided to follow the actual wall route through Newcastle rather then follow the path along the river. We stopped here for a coffee - Italian restaurant so should be good ? It was the worst coffee I have ever tasted in my life ! Pure dishwater ! Do not go there

10/10 food - I love getting my chicken wrap from here The best food around and lovely people too. Highly recommend

I normally have a delicious English breakfast, but today, I decided to choose the rice and chicken skewers (peppers and mushrooms), and I am glad I did; it was BEAUTIFUL. The staff are lovely and make you feel at home. 10/10 from me.

We had a lovely dinner delivered, mince and dumplings simply gorgeous on a cold snowy day ❄️😁 had a few deliveries from here and with no complaints lovely food & lovely staff.

45 residents of local sheltered housing enjoyed a good home cooked Christmas lunch cooked beautifully by these lovely people and delivered Covid safe hot,door to door, If your looking for proper food fresh vegetables and well cooked then this is the place to go.small businesses are struggling at the minute and could use your support, you won't be disappointed and if you have any elderly relatives who are isolating they will deliver hot to the door Covid safe.thank you very much for today you made a lot of people Very happy

Fantastic place for a celebration . I had a birthday PIZZA AND PROSSECO party . Tables were dressed beautifully. Food and service fantastic. This family run business went that extra mile to make the day special . WE WILL certainly hold our Christmas event here. I would add the coffee house does not sell ALCOHOL,but with Prior ARRANGEMENT with the owner,you can bring your own on special occasions.

Food in this little family run cafe is outstanding, great selection on the menu, tried most of the stuff on there and everything tastes fantastic, and it is very well priced, actually cheaper to eat here than it is to go out and buy the ingredients and cook at home, lucky to have this place on my doorstep 10/10

I have been here twice with my wife. It is not always easy to park but the best place is next to Denton Burn library as the streets near are all double yellows. There is a tiny car park to the rear, but it is difficult to manouver, so I'd go for the library car park which is free...or get the bus as it is on the main road served by many buses to/from Newcastle, Throckley and beyond. The food is as you would expect from a cafe, but cooked to order. It is advertised as Italian and English food. Both times, I have had the 'big' breakfast - a bargain at a fiver. The food was grilled and not greasy, and full of flavour. The coffee is nice and a mild, but tasty blend. The staff are always pleasant and will cook to any reasonable dietary requests. There is a reasonable selection of foods from paninis, salds, pizzas, breakfasts, pies etc - all home made. I was surprised to see a negative review saying the food was rancid - this is certainly not my experience. That review is also quite old - I don't know if it has changed hands since, but I don't recognise the complaints with my own experienes. Give it a try and see what you think.

Rancid horrible breakfast. Staff in dirty clothing and eating behind the counter. Hash browns dripping in grease and just the lowest possible quality food. I would be embarrassed to run this place. Avoid like the plague, Morrisons breakfast is far superior for the same price.

Called in to fill in time when the car was in, pleasant place to sit and very nice cuppa too. Good food menu too

Been here today and got a full english breakfast was lovely there also doing italians meals and they deliver sunday lunches nice friendly welcome from the owners will defo be visiting again soon

Pints were absolutely disgusting took my pint back several times so did other people even different brands but it's either dirty glasses or cheap beer but for £3 a pint it should be spot on so be careful

Went to this fish shop the chips were burnt to beyond cremation and the fish was too. They have a website where you could email about any complaints they never replied customer service appalling I avoid at all cost and pass the word AVOID AVOID
