Came here for food and drinks with my Fiancé, ended up having their Bacon Chop which was fantastic. Great atmosphere and super friendly quick service. Highly recommend!

I had great day at the Denton with Fantastic service from Erin and imogen. Checking back to see how the food was between starters and mains. Staff are friendly and gave of a great and welcoming attitude.

Reserved an area for 20 ppl on a Sunday and everything went great, pre-ordered the food and it was served with no problems at all. All staff were really attentive and very happy to help.

Went to the Denton yesterday after not being in a while. I had a great time, food was good drinks were nice and the staff were lovely especially Molly. She was so nice, welcoming ,chatty but efficient. Really made my experience better. Was lovely to be greeted with a smile. Will be back again soon!

We visited the Denton on Easter Sunday Fantastic did and a great atmosphere later on with the band. Attentive and friendly bar staff all happy to help especially a young lady called Molly. We will definitely be back

Leah was a great server and waitress. Very friendly and service with a smile. Lovely girl. She checked us several times to make sure we were happy with everything. No complaints about the food. Lasagne and hunters schniztel were good and we would order again. Thank you :-)

we called in for a drink before heading out i ordered a drink each single vodka orange and a single vodka coke which came to nearly £15 i thought were not in the city centre i asked how much the vodka and coke was she said £4 something so i was charged £9 for a single vodka and orange what a ripp off we will not be returning with those prices.

First time ever there and the last. We Called in after a funeral and received a parking ticket for parking in their car park. No signage that I saw and no one behind the bar or any other staff member mentioned anything. Disgraceful.

The food here is great. I had a share nachos option and some Chinese chicken bites. The bites literally took me back to a Chinese restaurant my parents used to go back in the day. Unreal flavour. The venue is well maintained and the staff don't make you wait for drinks. Fast service and with a smile. Downsides are the loos, you have to hold your breath heading into them.

Steak was cooked as ordered. No issues with anything

I took my Mum here on Saturday night just to get something to eat. I have not been in here for many years and certainly never had anything to eat before - I'm sorry to say this is a bit of a mixed review. Lets start with the positive points. Firstly the staff all seemed to be very pleasant and helpful at the bar. Secondly after a little bit of a wait the food arrived and I have to say the Ultimate burger that I ordered was really really nice and tasty - possibly let down by the so-called southern fried gravy which tasted a little on the artificial side. What really did spoil the visit was one guy sat by himself (at first) at a table for 4 people with his feet up on the chairs and sucking and blowing on a vape like he was Thomas the Tank Engine. Yes, I understand that the staff can't police every single incident, but this guy was so obvious with a massive vape device openly on the table and plumes of smoke being blown at regular intervals when we were eating. To make matters worse, a member of the kitchen staff came out of the kitchen and sat at the same table where this vaping guy was sitting and proceeded to eat a bowl of chips whilst he was vaping away and blowing smoke in our direction - nothing said at all; in fact lots of staff passed by this area and must have noticed too but nothing was done. He clearly knew the staff member from the kitchen. I had to leave before everything was finished as I really was struggling to breath; so all in all not a great experience.

I had an amazing experience at the Denton! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server jack was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting too. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend

Imogen deserves this top class review, she was amazing from start to finish and even wasn't bothered about her name being mentioned as she said it's for the team. Top class service, she went above and beyond and provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had, and that is says a lot. The whole team was wonderful too and they all have a winning gold spirit The mixdd grill was top.notxh, the Butterly Prawns starts was top notch too. Had a fantastic day yesterday watching the cup final. Atmosphere was amazing. Had a lovely meal before the game.Bar staff and manager did really well with the amount of customers. Lovely friendly pub would recommend it highly.

Absolute gem of a pub. Staff are wonderful. It's an M&B brand so you know what you're getting and these guys deliver it very well However what really makes a pub are its locals and these people are just feckin glorious.

Having been a regular at this pub for over 30 years, I can say the last couple of years has really seen an improvement, quality of cash ale, choice of drinks, cleanliness, atmosphere has all improved - if you haven't been for a while give it another go!

Was there on Saturday in the beer garden ended up getting some food I would just like to say how nice it was !

Never been in here before I took my 4 kids I've marked them 4 star for food and over all because there isn't really enough allergy friendly meals. Staff where amazing, we where here for a family party they did a little buffer which was lovely and they did keep it topped up quite well! Live banned was on which was amazing however security tell me my kids have to be out by 8.30 the law states 9pm... He stayed standing over us the hole time IT WAS A FAMILY PARTY I wasn't drinking alcohol because I was driving so I definitely did not appreciate that at all I did make the bar staff aware of this when leaving. Honestly I can't actually fault any of the staff the lady who was behind the bar was lovely I explained my child had allergies and she did have the tablet ready to look but there wasn't much choice and it was always going to be cross contamination kind of situation which is fine I get it. The drinks where reasonably priced aswell. Car park is decent size however clutch control is needed 😅... I would definitely go back here again the atmosphere was quite good even on match day. We where tucked away in a little corner but it was enough for what we need. Xx

I was served by Leah today. She was so lovely. I got cheesy chips with beef dripping gravy which is my fave. Lovely atmosphere and love the candle touch at the table in the afternoon.

We regularly visit for food 2 - 3 times per week, always have a pleasant experience, food is delicious, atmosphere is great and staff are excellent, especially Leah.

Had a wonderful Christmas meal with line dancing group on 3rd December. It was the best Christmas meal I have tasted in a long time. Thank you to the chef, Nicola. Not only was the meal delicious, the portions generous and the atmosphere jolly, but the prompt service was outstanding too! Incredible value for money.

I've visited this pub a few times now with friends and my dog, and it never disappoints. The food is fantastic, with generous portions that are both delicious and affordable - especially the three-course deal, which is amazing value. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the dog-friendly atmosphere is a lovely bonus. My dog loves it here as much as I do, which makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!

Came for the festive menu with a friend. I could not fault the service we have received especially from Julie. Food was beautiful, nice size potions and plenty of choice. Three courses for £21 excellent value for money.

Visited with my husband and son along with 12 other members of my family including 2 little ones! We were celebrating my mam and dad's retirement. We all ordered our individual meals and the service was fantastic! Every meal was hot and well presented! We all enjoyed it! The team at the Denton are so welcoming fantastic drinks too! We were able to put banners up and bring balloons! We all had an amazing time! Thankyou!

Just been to The Denton for a Christmas meal with friends from our line dancing class. The food was excellent. A big shout out to Nicola the chef for a super meal, that was prepared by her. Service was fab and the staff are very friendly. Thank you all once again.

We went to try the Dentons new menu, absolutely stunning we had the beef rib and a turkey dinner served by Dan the Manager and Matt.
