Amazing pastries and coffee (said the people who drank the coffee LOL). But liked everything we got there. Fresh and delicious. Can't go wrong starting off your day here.

This bakery was a great experience for myself and my family who were visiting from Australia. The weather was a little dull and rainy, but the friendly staff and delicious coffees and pasties made it all better! Would highly recommend stopping by on your next trip to Tintagel!

Just popped into the cornish Bakery, my wife and I were served a very tasty cornish pasty and a hot pot of tea by Lynnett. The cafe was clean and the staff were welcoming, seating area spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this cafe Gary

Staying in touristy Tintagel I was expecting to have to drive miles for decent espresso. And then I stumbled on this unlikely candidate directly opposite our hotel. A La Marzocco machine, Union coffee and Oatly, along with a great selection of pastries and cakes - much of it baked in the premises and including the best example of a pistachio croissant I’ve ever come across. What’s not to like?

Fantastic service, clean and modern business. My daughter tells me it was the best brownie she’s ever had! Coffee and cakes delicious too! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

We spotted this lovely little bakery after our walk around Tintagel and it did not disappoint! I had a spiced cauliflower and onion bhaji pasty which was so flavourful. This was a vegan option and I really enjoyed it despite being a meat eater. My partner had the steak and Stilton pasty which is really enjoyed and even went back for more afterwards. We went close to closing time which also meant the food was discounted which is always a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely little bakery and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful and friendly service. The lady answered all my questions fully and with a lovely manner. I bought a takeaway Cornish Pasty which was delicious. I’d definitely go here again and maybe sit in and have a coffee too if it’s a little less busy.

Went in to order 10 Sausage Rolls for a road trip , spoke to Justin he was very friendly and obliging ,could not have been more pleasant . He had done this before for me over the years . When collected ,well boxed ready to go …. As far as Northumberland and eventually to Putney via Leicester. They were delicious as usual and the way they were packed ensured they were in perfect condition. A great big thank you to Justin from us and all those places for the care and attention he took over every detail .

Friends and I visited your Bakery in Tintagel, and were greeted by the lovely Lynette, who served us delicious pastries and the best coffee we’ve had since arriving in the UK. She also advised us on local attractions and a place for dinner, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Excellent food and brilliant service.

Amazing fresh crossiants most mornings along with an array of sweet treats. You can't not have a chicken massala pasty! And sog friendly to have a drink in post coastal path walk.

You may think all cornish bakeries are the same, but this one is better, they seem to cook the pasties just perfect, and the cherry bakewell almond slice is well worth a try, the staff are very very friendly, I have been going to this bakery for 7 years but it is so much better now, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, dog friendly, good luck with your renovation

Had a lovely flakey, buttery croissant for breakfast and an excellent smooth tasting coffee which set me up for the day. I can also recommend the chicken masala pasty which I took home for tea. Lovely, friendly atmosphere in the bakery, dog friendly too.

A lovely little pasty shop in Tintagel. Situated right above the English Heritage centre where you can buy your tickets for the castle whilst enjoying a great pasty.

What a find. My husband and I drove via Tintagel on the off chance that we could find a bakery selling Pasties for lunch. The Cornish Bakery not only had the best traditional Cornish pasties that we have had in a longtime, but also served us an white hot chocolate, whilst doing it all with a smile. We have talked about making the 1.5 hr drive from home again just to be able to eat her for lunch! Don’t forget to pick up an apple, rhubard and custard pasty for dessert, you won’t regret it.

Fab place we bought takeaway breakfast and lunch as we were staying in our campervan. Food was amazing the breakfast options were as good as in France. Well worth a visit.

When in Cornwall you must have a pastor! We had lunch here after visiting Tintagel Castle. Pasties were generously sized and you could smell them out in the street. The cafe was warm and cosy and the coffee was great too.

Just purchased a vegan pasty and a croissant at this excellent little bakery. The pasty got lots of approval and my croissant ranks as one of the best that I’ve eaten outside of France. There were many delicious looking choices available. Highly recommended🙂

The best pasties and cakes in Cornwall! Pasties are rammed with delicious meat and good veg. The cakes are absolutely delicious. You honestly won't find better anywhere. Staff are friendly and cheerful ..the place is spotless.

Visited multiple times on our trip to Cornwall. Would really recommend the Cornish Pudding. A cross between bread and butter pudding and a French Flan with fresh fruit on top. Delicious!

Great Cornish pasties! Cooked fresh continuously throughout the day. Very hot and traditional. Also have cheese and onion and other recipes. Cream teas looked excellent as well. Well organised for social distancing. Have outside seating as well.

Have eaten here several times and food is always nice. Yesterday’s visit was ruined by just plain rude staff. I initially went in and purchased drinks and pasties and at that point they were serving two different families at a time. I went back in for the second time a few minutes later to buy some croissants and hesitated at the door only to be shouted at in front of everyone by a staff member smoking out the front. I was told to stand behind the cone. I was somewhat taken aback and she was very lucky I didn’t respond The sign on the cone says wait behind line. No please or thanks. It should say “please wait here until called forward”. Makes things so much clearer As for the staff member please learn some manners. There are ways of asking people to wait. Yes it’s Lockdown and I may have made a mistake but as a local I was appalled by her rudeness Never again

After the walk back up from the Castle, why not grab a lovely pastry, pasty or even a take away cream tea? Lovely staff and set up, we will be back!

Me and my partner visited The Cornish Bakery in Tintagel yesterday, to be greeted by two very friendly ladies (who I believe were called Tracey and Linette). I had a lovely coffee which warmed my up, alongside a fantastic Cornish pudding (which I highly recommend)!!! The girls were constantly cleaning and sanitising during my visit to the Bakery... Well done Tintagel Bakery! I am looking forward to returning!

Wow, my partner and i went to this bakery for pasties for our lunch. These were delicious. We also came out with Cornish Pudding which is amazing and a cream tea, which included Christmas spiced scones. They were the best scones I have ever tasted. Thoroughly recommend this bakery and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Food was so good, we went and got the same again today!

I came in by myself looking for something to eat and was greeted by a lovely girl named Steevi who made me feel so welcome and the food was delicious!

On a recent camping trip to Cornwall, we visited every day for breakfast as the coffee and pastries are excellent. I had porridge, a cheese and mushroom croissant and a latte every morning, and took a cake away for elevenses every day. Really clean, the screens are reassuring and the coffee is consistently excellent.

A fine selection of pasties to sort all tastes. A must to try is their cornish pudding it is scrumptious. Now a mail order service for pasties to your door. Now that makes a Christmas present.
