The Copper Coast in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

The staff were friendly, the service was prompt, the food was good. It's about as good as you could hope for from a family friendly restaurant at the price that it is.

food is amazing, hot & came out so quickly! staff are lovely - the man on the bar (looks like a manager) is really welcoming & chatty. prices are reasonable & we have been back twice since! definitely recommend ☺️

Went to Copper Coast for a roast which was delicious. I along with the family chose the three meats on offer and ordered pigs in blankets as extras. We also came to purchase the Poppy pint & half pint glasses but had sold out and our Marsden pub in Paignton has closed down. The duty manager (Kim) was polite and running front of house and taking people to their table as well as clearing tables ready for next booking. We've used the pub a lot of times before when visiting the area had enjoyed the food.

We come to the copper coast every other Thursday! Kim and jazz are always accommodating too our odd needs! We love it here! Thanks

Pretty much as you would expect for type of restaurant. Food was fine and reasonably priced.

Didn’t take a picture of my carvery as I was too eager to eat but was allowed to help ourselves to veggies and potatoes. Definitely can get your moneys worth. Dessert was so good as pictured everyone was satisfied.

We don’t live in this area so we chose to eat at The Copper Coast because it was near our holiday accommodation. We had a really lovely evening with great food and very friendly staff. The prices were good and we would highly recommend. 5 out of 5

We visit the copper coast every week, we love the food, it's good food at a reasonable price. Emily is a great member of staff, she is very friendly and welcoming, checking that out food was ok.

5 years ago I gave it 3 stars. Visited recently with a friend and our 2 dogs. The staff accommodated us on spec even though they had a lot of reservations. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly and made a fuss of our dogs which made us feel welcome. Service was fast. Nice atmosphere and cosy seating.

Great food, lovely staff and will be back, first time users, very impressed. Cowboy burger was cooked perfectly. It's very rare to find somewhere like this. Only critism, the toilet's need some tlc

Great atmosphere, excellent food. The man (unfortunately I didn't get his name but he seemed fairly in charge...) who seated and served us was beyond exceptional; he was efficient, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, served quickly with a friendly smile. I couldn't be happier and will definitely keep coming back.

Tonight we went here as a couple car park full so found a parking spot in the end. Walked in waited as a regular the bar was full tables were full. But the service was 1000% spot on three members of staff behind the bar sometimes four the tables were one out and one in after clean down every single member of staff tonight was 1000% spot on polite, smiling, joking and getting on with there job so thank you again. The manager kevin who even took time out from his son's birthday had too assist tonight behind the bar so thank you. The food spot on warm hot and enjoyable and lush. Kevin and staff your service tonight behind the bar 1000% bang on. Kitchen service 1000% bang on Staff bring out the food 1000% bang on. I have alway's been taught if you don't like the service nor food don't bother. If you have a issue treat staff with respect we are only human. Don't kick off because of a order that was wrong. Read the reviews before stating a company . 1000% service Guy's and thank you see you next year .

3 visits on the last 2 months. Ordered the doner on all 3 occasions. Visit 1. Doner was warm and moist..fries cold but replaced quickly. Visit 2. All very good but only just warm enough. Visit 3. Fries lovely but doner and bread stone cold. This for all of us. Spoke to server who got meals replaced. Lovely and hot but the doner meat had been nuked and was dry, and some of it crunchy like meat crisps. The staff were brilliant... Genuine apologies and a full refund (which we hadn't asked for). We will be back.... but maybe not for the doner!!

This is our local restaurant, always very friendly and helpful service. As well as a great carvery. Value for money, good atmosphere, relaxing.

Always great good, drink and service. Love that there are different types of tables - big, small, special areas eg round cosy table. Just could do with parent and child parking spaces , other than that it ticks all boxes in my opinion

Gonna keep this short because if I tell you how fabulous the food and service is, I won't get a table when I want one.

Visited today for Sunday Lunch with family. We do this quite often as the Sunday Roast is excellent value for money. Also one member is vegetarian and she loves there choices of veggie roasts. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The chefs always produce a first class meal. I have recommended you to quite a few friends and visitors.

Amazing food and amazing service. Our waitress Kiera was super friendly. Also the lady who served up the carvery seemed just as exited to show us the food we could eat as we was to eat it. Everyone is clearly passionate about this awesome place and it shows :D

Keira was the best barmaid I've had in a long time never fails to impress very server and very organised leaving happy with a smile because of tilly and keira Brought me a gammon steak which was delicious service with a smile, will be returning because of those two and will bring friends!! Myself and my sister live very close to the Copper Coast and often have a snack there at lunchtime. Yesterday we took along our elderly parents and a visiting friend. They all agreed that the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. There was a very festive feel, with the christmas decor and the two wood-burners giving a lovely glow. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the carvery is very reasonably priced. The food could have been a little bit warmer and the beef was not as rare as we like but everything was lovely and we cleared our plates. The desserts we tried were fabulous! In all we had a very enjoyable lunch and will definitely visit again ourselves and bring more friends in the future.

As always, good food came quickly even though they were busy. Staff friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and hot. Steak cooked perfectly. Always value for money. I choose this place over others everytime. Kevin and his team do a brilliant job. I love this place and recommend it to everyone.

I always enjoy going to copper coast, its a great family place and the staff are friendly. It also has a nice appearance, plus you can sit outside on a nice day with the kids in the play area. Emily in particular was very helpful and friendly.
