The food was delicious, It was cooked and served quite quickly, the staff were friendly and helpful as were the bar staff, I will definitely be going back there again, reasonably priced and a deal for a drink included

We had the best carvery we have had for a long time. We come here a lot and it’s always good but the potato gratin today was excellent and made a nice change. All of the staff here are super friendly, we had Emily serve us today and she went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we wanted, thank you Emily.

4rd visit. Still very. Recommended.

Did a last minute booking online, and the booking was confirmed within minutes. Friendly welcome on arrival, shown to table quickly. Pub was busy but felt comfortable, good atmosphere and plenty of space between tables. Not to long a wait considering how busy it was. Food freshly cooked, hot, and tasted good. First time here, but it won't be the last.

Amazing food lovely taste and good staff

Most staff were very friendly and seemed very happy to help us! With a party of 11 they did brilliantly dispite how many of us there were! We had a cake brought out and the staff did forget to bring us plates for ut after id asked, however it was busy that night and we ate it with forks off if one plate realising we didnt actually need them in the end. The staff did brilliantly other than that, which proved not to be an issue and everyone is human and it happenes, expecially when its busy. Overall an amazing dinner that was made wonderful by your staff. Will come again!

Good carvery and pleasant service.

Lovely establishment just off the A30, good food and drinks. Also has a playpark for children which you can see from the bar and tables. Was served by Ash for drinks and Emily for food, both good hosts with the other staff and thanks for everything. It was busy being the half term school holidays but not too noisy or anything. Would recommend.
