Having booked event tickets for my Dad's birthday, the venue changed the date, time, even changing the day of the week from a Saturday night to a Sunday afternoon....3 months ahead. I requested a refund due to being on holiday on the revised date. 2 weeks on, I'm still waiting for my money to be paid to me, only to be told that I won't receive my full payment as the booking fee is non refundable. It's also taken them 2 weeks to even initiate the return!! I have paid for a service of which the terms have now been changed.....and I am being charged for this?? I would not recommend booking with this venue as they will change the terms and rip you off!

We went to see Jay Mercury, a Freddie Mercury "tribute act." Unfortunately, on this occasion, everything was a bit mediocre. The choice across the three course menu was good. Starters were good, but my main really let it down. I had opted for the tandoori spiced lamb, only because I'd had lamb chops here before, and they were fantastic! Not on this occasion, firstly, the number of chops had been reduced from three to two, and they were exceedingly fatty. You couldn't see this because of the spice coating, and my first mouthful was just spiced lamb fat. My wife had chosen a vegetarian bourginon dish, which she enjoyed. Another thing that marred the dining experience was the speed at which the food was served. The starters came out only seconds after we had received our appetisers, which were an extra £4.95 and sold in such a way that we would be waiting for a while. Starter plates whisked away almost as soon as the cutlery had been put down. We only just had time for a quick slurp, when hey presto, there were our mains! When the waiter cleared these plates, I did ask for a break before our desserts were served. We now had an hour and a half to wait before the act came on. Why on earth we all couldn't have had a leisurely meal, and then a half hour wait, is beyond me.What was the rush? Did chef have another job to go to? I had opted for the cheese board, which consisted of three small pieces of cheese, cheddar, brie, and stilton, half a dozen small table water biscuits, some chutney, and a few grapes. Why this attracts a supplement of £3.75 over all the other desserts is a mystery. As quite a few other reviews have mentioned, the drinks are expensive here. I'm not condoning their prices, but I think you have to expect that when you're a captive audience. Nine o'clock, time for the cabaret. Well, that didn't get off to a good start. The woman manning the laptop made a few guffs, couldn't get the right backing video or the right music, hilarious! Eventually, out came Jay Mercury. He'd only sung one verse, and I couldn't look my wife in the eye. She's a lifelong Queen/Freddie fan. He had his fans in, who had seen him on holiday in Cyprus. Honestly, he didn't sound like Freddie. His timing was off, and he kept going out of tune. He let slip, proudly I think, that he'd been to the Concorde club before. I really can't believe that they asked him back. We endured him for half an hour and decided it was time to go. Sorry, but that's £150 and three hours of my life wasted.

The food. and entertainment was mediocre, and another guest was loud and obnoxious and management did nothing to quieten him. 7 customers walked out, myself included. I won't be returning

Check your booking, hotel village is a taxi ride away, thought everything was on site!! Very misleading advert. Have table booked for meal, then you cannot see stage for people just booking tickets for show, penalised for paying and having meal !!!!

Terrible food. Masses of poorly cooked food. Poor quality. Car park in hotel a disgrace . This relates to the Concorde club

The dinner we had as part of this package was nothing sort of poor. A Duo of Beef was 2 overcooked sausages and a small pot of Shepherds Pie with sweet potato!

I Went to the Concorde Club Last Night to See a Show.The Service for Drinks was Good and the Staff are all very Friendly and Helpful.Me and My Husband Love Coming Here to see Shows Here.

Arrived very dingy and old looking.The rooms are old fashioned needs a complete re firb drinks way over priced 2drinks £19.The food isn't very good and the breakfast was poor.carpets thread bare in most places Definitely won't be booking this place again !

Went to see the Robbie Williams tribute act who was great! Staff are fantastic as always. HOWEVER our visit was ruined as a week later my dad received a £100 for waiting in the car park for 30 minutes to collect us (including my frail nan) - he didn’t even leave the car. We go to the Concorde quite often and at no point have we been told that we need to register car reg for pick up or drop off, and there were no visible signs. Really ruined our experience.

Not a comment on the act or venue, but made a booking by mistake (thought I was booking a venue in an entirely different location). Emailed them 5 minutes later asking for a cancellation and was denied. Feels a bit gross to me.

We visited in Dec 2024 - Christmas meal and to watch a P!nk tribute. The pro for this visit was that Vicky Jackson as P!nk was amazing. The cons … now where do I start. Let’s start at the bar and the price that we paid for drinks. We ordered a pint of beer (£7), 3 bottles of (small) Coke (don’t touch the nasty cola on tap, it’s awful!) They were £4 each and a rum which was £8.50!! So my husband rum and coke cost him £12.50!!! Absolute rip off!! Then we went into the restaurant for our Christmas meal. We were quite hungry when we went in and all ate our (very) small piece of bread straight away. When the soup turned up my brother in law said could he have some more bread with his soup. His reply was ‘we’ve only allocated one slice per person! Not a great start. The Christmas turkey dinner turned up which was very mediocre to say the least. Finally the dessert arrived. We had all ordered the Christmas pudding. Well, we had to search for the custard there was that little of it! You literally had to chase it around the plate to be able to have some with your pudding!! To be honest this was our first and last meal at this club and I would say they’ve lost my business for future due to the high drinks prices and very mediocre meal.

Good Christmas party venue. Intimate. Live music was so loud that it hurt.

Good enough venue for a recent music event. Drinks definitely overpriced, using the cheapest tonic mixer available ( gin and tonic plus a beer = 19 quid somehow) I get drinks cheaper in London...

I don't know what it's like in there but I parked up for 15 minutes to wait for my partner and her friends to come out and got a £100 parking charge. What a rip off.

Just a quick email to you and your colleagues who looked after ourselves and guests at our wake in the green room today. We were so pleased from the first time we contacted you with the prompt and helpful service we received. The room was perfect for our small party of 22 people and was warm and welcoming. The food also was excellent- the afternoon tea was delicious and the chef’s recommendation of adding the mini meat pies worked really well. As you will appreciate the organisation of a wake at a time when there are lots of things to sort out can be stressful but our experience with the Concorde club was one which made not just the preparation but the event on the day stress free and enjoyable for all Many thanks Steve Long PS happy if you would like me to post this somewhere as a review Sent from my iPhone

I was also staying in the hotel part. A bit of a treck from one part to the other. Fine in the summer. A bit of a quogmire between the two parts at the moment. Staff friendly and competent in both parts. Cooked breakfast not quite as good as it used to be. Dinner excellent. There are other hotels in the area that I have stayed at in the past, and I would consider all options if wanting to stay in the area in the future.

Excellent entertainment and the food and staff were great,this club deserves all the success it has

Exactly what you expect from a pub of this stature great food great service and great entertainment a must go enviroment

Drinks way over priced. Short measures on draught, pint drinks, I'm talking about way short, had to give it them back and ask for top up. Bar staff attitude problem, rolled their eyes and tutted when I asked for top up. Nuts meashurment container changed to smaller container and price increased also short meashurment. Asked for dry roasted nuts, they gave me cashu nuts, pointed out they were wrong and again roll of the eye's with black looks from Bar staff. Then Supplied dry roasted what I asked for but just half a measure for £3,50 unbelievable prices for such a short measure. Top dollar prices for second rate red wine and short measures. Disgusting.

The gig we attended was great. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly. But, the chairs were not exactly comfortable for 2hrs and the tables were sticky.

The place is a vibe and the manager was great thank you so much this is now my go to be place 💞

I can't thank Jenny and Karen enough for all there help with sorting everything for my partner's birthday 18th October. The garden room we stayed in (number 9) was lovely massive bed. the staff in the hall where awesome.the food was lovely. I was personally disappointed in band coldplace Coldplay ( ultimate Coldplay are better).the staff in mouldy fig aren't that great and we stood about for a long time waiting due to band warming up maybe they should have got there on time. Will come back again but stay away from fig ......

We made thempst of a girls night out not what we expected but a good night, Barman at the end was a little grumpy 😡

Attended a private function, afternoon tea - the food was lovely and well presented. Staff friendly.

Went for a psychic night with Tony Stockwell and it was good. A little chilly in the venue. Drink of lemonade and a dash of lime was expensive but overall a good experience

Great venue, thoroughly enjoyed the car show. Have been previously for dinner and drinks and had a great time, the venue has a lot to offer.

Sadly didn’t see previous reviews before being scammed for a parking fine of £60 having paid £10 cash to a plausible parking attendant whilst visiting Eastleigh FC for a football match. Concorde is clearly aware of the problem so why not place warning signs. Very shabby. Be warned - do not park here.

Great place fantastic experience very professional

Visited last night to see Santana tribute band. They were excellent. However we were originally put on a table that had been squeezed in between others a round table that was impossible to move two of the chairs and meant that one of the party had their back to the stage. We were moved to a much better table. However I sat down and the chair was broken and I nearly fell. We ordered our meals , all starters were very nice. Mains the beef and veggie option were apparently lovely, sadly my chicken was dry and the potatoes had no taste also dry. The puddings one had the Eaton mess, meringue, berries and cream. No, this one was a massive pile of cream with three small pieces of meringue about the size of a thumb nail and a teeny tiny drizzle of, I think mango puree. What a disappointment. The serving staff are so young and really need more training, taking one maybe two plates away at a time, not their fault, just not trained Have to say smiler behind the bar really does make me laugh. He is so miserable and never cracks a smile. Next visit will definitely be without the meal.

Saw Pete Cox... good amount of parking but back carpark is a little rough on surface so in the evening missed some of the more shake and rattle parts. A pint of lemonade and lime was £4.50 which felt a little expensive for a draught version. Good size events room that was split between pre show dinners and those just to see the show. Only there to see the show. Ended up having to stand/sit at the bar as all seats taken

Great afternoon watching Maxi Priest such a great venue to get up close to the artist,then Sunday lunch in the Mouldy Fig Restaurant all ready for the evening show of Country Music Made In Tennessee,great musicians and vocals😊

If you are using the car park, BEWARE. We have been issued with a £100 fine (reducing to £60) from a visit that my wife made with her frail mother. They had lunch and were around 45 minutes. Whilst there may of been signs there was nothing said on arrival that her car registration needed to be entered.

Is very nice venue very classy .

A show that we'd booked was cancelled so we asked for a refund. We've been waiting since 6th August and despite many communications we still have not received it. They keep making excuses regarding how long it takes to transfer funds yet we can all do a bacs transfer immediately! Go elsewhere folks!

Watching Rob Lamberti (George Michael) and all the tribute acts at this years Phoney fest. We were only there for Thursday night but the weekend looks like it'll be brilliant. Wish I could have seen more.

Absolutely awful venue, no consideration for those living nearby. Dismissive of the horrendously loud music. Would be 1* but occasionally they play a decent song!!

I live locally and when I rang to voice my concerns over the volume of a music event (I could hear every lyric over the TV with my windows closed) the person I spoke to was completely indifferent. She merely informed me it's a 4 day event

This was a band and dinner. The band were £25 and the dinner £35. The band were excellent. The service was very slow and clunky because they did not have enough serving staff. The girls and boys who were serving were very good. Management note employ more waiters and waitresses. The food was a grave disappointment. The warm starter was cold. The main course was , as my companion described , average at best. My chicken was very dry and the stuffing a congealed tastless horrorshow. The cheesecake dessert was about as good as a tesco packaged affair. I would return for the music but I will never eat there again.

Fantastic service and location. Food was reasonably priced and quick to serve. Fantastic setting for comedy and music!

Had a good three course dinner here before watching Electrik Live Orchestra perform to a full house. We were really close to the stage. The staff were very quick and pleasant. Thanks

Always great to watch a show but would recommend eating for more space as seating can be a bit crowded.

Amazing breakfast Great choice of buffet Followed by a full English breakfast there was something for everyone and all the tea and coffee you want this was one of the best I've had.

We had a three course meal as part of a package, including accommodation to see Curtis Stigers. The venue was small and intimate. We had our own table for two situated very close to the stage so great views of Curtis, it was amazing to be up close and personal. The staff were excellent friendly and worked so hard waiting on all the tables between 7pm & 9pm when the show started. It was extremely well organised staff were very accommodating and served us with a smile despite being very busy. Very happy staff and the food was outstanding, so credit to the chef given the numbers catered for and a full choice of menu. Freshly cooked and served lovely and hot. You could tell this was freshly cooked produce and not Brake Brothers style food. A big thank you to them all for making it a fantastic evening!

Came to a tribute night. Tickets were reasonably priced, the show was amazing! Lots of parking. Drink prices were ok

The kitchens are filthy there's rats running about ,,two of my friends were ill the following day the roof is on the brink of collapse,and the food is all pre made etc ,,hotel rooms are like something out of the 90s dirty carpets ,, and the restaurant/clubs carpets are filthy with rat urine etc,,eat here at your own risk

Spoilt evening £250 for a hotel room and a meal to see Curtis Steiger and sat on a table right at the back. Could have bought a ticket to only see the show and sit at the front. Wonder why I supported this venue for years.

Went and saw G4, with meal the food was very good and the staff were very good. Was a very good evening

I was disappointed tonight with the security. They didn’t do the right thing tonight for the behaviour of a couple of people that were in there. There behaviour was very inappropriate

Went to see cold place ,great tribute band

Weird venue, noticed there was a dress code on the website which was not especially clear (for attending a gig there) called up and the lady who answered just kept repeating what the website said, even when pressed for a bit more info When we got there, nobody was follwing the dress code anyway so Reception were doubly unhelpful in the end Part restaurant, part working men's club, part old people's home, strange venue...

Fun place that gets very busy. Car park often crowded.

We went to watch Dem Boyz live. I was really impressed by the whole venue and how nice all the staff were. The roast dinner was very good too. I would definitely return.

This is the 4th time my wife and I have experienced a live band at this venue after enjoying a 3 course meal and then staying over at the adjoining hotel. The place is great value for money, the dinner and breakfast are good quality, the staff are friendly. Odyssey, Shalamar and Imagination are some of the live bands we've had the pleasure of hearing their music. Great value for money on the venues meal and hotel packages, with the live performances included. Will 100% stay here again.

A really special small venue, that offers great food and a wonderful atmosphere for a night out.

The place is amazing. Bands and artists performing here are brilliant. Staff is also lovely and ready to help with one exception only - a blonde tiny lady who works in the bar, not the one with spectacles, she's is rude. The way she's looking at you... makes you run. She never smiles. She's always grumpy, and the looks she gives you, they're absolutely unprofessional.

Really nice venue. Friendly staff, intimate. The food was amazing and the entertainment was brilliant. Really good night and we will definitely be going back

The food was gorgeous, the staff were bright and friendly, lovely music, great ambience!

Tom Ball was amazing, the food was lovely however the service was very poor and when we asked how long we would have to wait we were told "Ul get it"

Attended the 80's Tribute Night.. fantastic show great dance too! quite cosy in that room offers dining area which I think I'll try next time I visit, yes I'll be back again! then danced the night away until early hours.. ticket price for non-members was reasonable and great they offer tickets to non-members, just the prices of the drinks was a surprise or I just haven't been out for so long! £24 for 2 rum and cokes. great night though, will return to one of the many events/shows that's on through out the year! so many to choose from, the dairy at the Concorde Club seems to be full!

Once again thank you to Jamie and all his team for a excellent afternoon & night out, food, service and entertainment was excellent, RSB Soldiers & Bongo Bingo brilliant. The Hotel Deal is excellent value and well worth booking. Cheers Ian
