Really sad! I have enjoyed going to this coffee shop for a while. Me and my partner were introduced to the Cafe through our work place as they had set up a (loyalty) discount agreement with our manager. I hadn't been there before that. Sadly the atmosphere changed this morning when a lady who worked there was hostile towards us. She said That the Columbian get nothing from us coming in and using the discount card and their manager doesn't want us using it, they are 'thinking' of stopping it. I just thought why doesn't the manager call our company and tell them if they don't like giving us discount. It just felt very unwelcoming and unfriendly. The whole point in a loyalty card is to keep people coming back but if they don't want people coming in that's definitely a good way to put their loyal customers off.

Worse cafe I've ever visited. Orderd a bacon sandwich and a round of toast with jam, 1 coffee and an English tea. We were not asked what type of bread we wanted so I assumed it would be white. Which for bacon sandwiches is perfect. How wrong. The streaky greasy bacon came on brown bread minus the HP sauce I requested. The bacon was so greasy it smelt, so I took it out and just ate the bread. The toast was fine, 4 slices with 1 small butter lol. I'd love to see them butter the toast properly with 1 butter. Put your prices up and give more butter. Mind £4.99 for the streaky bacon was OTT. The front door is apparently broken so didn't close properly so it was nice and snug on a cold wet morning (Not). I would however recommend the café Mocha across the road.

Stopped in for a coffee and pastry here today really liked the chilled vibes and colorful Columbia-esque decor! Friendly staff and comfy seats.

I nipped in for a takeaway Flat White whilst passing through Bristol, lovely place, very friendly staff, and an excellent Flat White and scrummy Almond Croissant! They’re next door to Costa which I found amusing, being a huge coffee drinker I avoid the Costa’s and Starbucks of the world, and always opt for the smaller independents, as I find it’s always a much better all round experience, not only is the coffee better, I love the rustic feel to these coffee shops, and there’s always a far better selection of food and cakes on offer, of a much better quality too I should add! The Columbian Company have certainly nailed it here! Will definitely be popping in again next time I’m in Bristol!

Went to Friska for lunch with a friend. The dining area was getting full as it was clearly prime time, but there wasn’t a queue and service was efficient and smiley. Atmosphere in this Friska is nice,
