Great night watching live band, great atmosphere and service - didn't have food so can't comment

Excellent drink and food. Great Atmosphere

We was warmly welcomed by the landlord who got our drinks, we were there for a darts night and we had a great time, the food was great(chilli con carne with the best potato wedges ever) prices for drinks were reasonable. Great pub to visit.

DO NOT GO HERE - if you’re not a regular you get stared at. Owner barged innon my friend having a wee and was accused of doing drugs!!! no atmosphere and miserable owners think they are something else

Saw a brilliant band here 'Brothers from another cover' on a Friday evening. The venue is very nicely decorated with a great vibe. It felt very homely and everyone engaged with the band. Being on the edge of town, it tends to appeal more for people wanting to have fun without necessarily looking to get blind drunk before moving on to the club.

They are illegally playing live outside music after 11pm. I'm going to call the police as its excessive noise and classed as anti social behaviour.

First time visit , will go again. Prices good for England, food offer well priced and what was presented looked value for money. Only had a drink , will try food next time .

Better atmosphere upstairs for dining. The food is always enjoyed . Cooked well and OK prices.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch last Sunday afternoon. Limited ‘mains’ menu of beef or chicken, but nicely cooked with a good range of vegetables. Children’s portions available. Sorry to have missed the band that was setting up as we left.

Google maps told me it was 3miles to get here from my current address. I find this difficult to believe as it only Kames me approx 7 minutes to walk

Recently had a works Xmas meal there, paid for by my company. Food was great, and plenty of it, and staff were fantastic, especially when dealing with 20+ rowdy fellas... Nice touch with the mini race track out the back...👍

Had a lovely Sunday lunch today. Good value for money £10.50 and a massive plate of very good food. We will be going again.

Absolutely outstanding Sunday roast, excellent service and friendly staff all in a traditional pub setting, we will definitely be back A+++++++

One of the best pubs I've ever been in and I've been in a few,landlord knows how to run a proper pub,food,darts,pool,and different events,everyone was made to feel welcome,local or not,pay a visit you wont be disappointed.

I’ve visited this pub once a week since October, having never been here before i am throughly happy with the atmosphere and service. Great prices for drinks and snacks, good pool table and dart board and they always have something on from slot car racing to a biker night and live music.

Haven't tried the food yet but the landlord and lady are very welcoming and personable. Really nice, friendly atmosphere, no cliques, clean toilets and clean throughout pub. Good beer and cider choices. Lovely outdoor seating area. 2 gorgeous resident british bull dogs that are very friendly. Fully recommended recommended you visit and see for yourself!

Rude. Tried calling the pub but all I got was a member of staff picking up the phone and putting it straight down without even speaking to me. Tried calling 2 times after but all I got was 'argh' down the line and hung up again. I didn't even get a chance to speak on them. Very rude haven't even been to the pub but definitely won't be going if they can't even answer the phone in a polite Manor!

Steve the Landlord always makes us feel welcome and you're made to feel like this pub is your local. Absolute quality place.

I have visited this lovely pub several times and the staff are not only professional they give great fast, attentive service; nothing is too much trouble. I felt safe regarding Covid as the rules were clear for all. I will definitely be going back.

Great venue for meeting up with people, staff very helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them, would highly recommend a visit.

Unfortunately after using this pub a few times as local residents and recommending it to lots of people we received rude/bad service by land lady on our recent visit. Such a shame.

I stopped in for a very quick lunch before a meeting. The service was personable, friendly and fast. I ordered a sandwich from the lunch menu which was very good value for money.

Enjoyed our first visit to the Coach House today. It felt very safe (with all Covid procedures in place). We were given a warm welcome and as it's dog friendly, we took our dog along. The service was very good, staff friendly and polite. We decided to have starters. Hubby had mussels and I had the prawn cocktail and these didn't disappoint. The Sunday roast was tasty with lots of meat and veggies. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend.

Happy, homely and clean pub, amazing Sunday roast. We would have taken pictures but we had both cleaned our plates before we even had the chance to think about it. Welcoming and friendly staff, all condiments provided as we sat to eat. Couldn’t have asked for more for a Sunday date. If you’re looking for a place that feels just like home without the cooking and cleaning, The Coachhouse is HIGHLY recommended!

Kate and Steve have recently taken over the Coach house the pub is a really nice local pub for residents in the town and local buisness the pub is very friendly and clean looking forward to food soon you must visit the pub give it a go like I did and I keep coming back keep up the good work .

Food was amazing and a lot of it. Chocolate fudge cake very moist and staff are lovely and very friendly the owner Claire clearly knows what she’s doing. Such a lovely place to be if you ask me a home away from home !!! Xx

I've had a lot of steak in my time but this was the best. The food was lovely, the service was amazing - couldn't wish for more.

Stopped off at The Coach House on Monday for lunch and had the chicken New Yorker, my friend had a Brie and bacon panini, it was amazing, glad we gave this pub a try, guy behind the bar was great, great service and funny, we will be back.

Great pub went last Thursday for steak night with friends, great value would highly recommend. The bar staff are lovely. Although they give a lot of head, on their pints

I've frequented the pub for a number of years for the karaoke evening on Fridays and have always had a good time without exception. Since getting to know the current owner and working my way through the menu I can highly recommend anyone trying this place out both for food and entertainment.

Go down there for karaoke and have a great time always a good laugh and the staff are lovely and helpful. Deffinately recommend.

I Visited on a few occasions with friends. it’s empty most of the time, the pub itself is nice but the owner is rude to everyone, I’ve witness her swearing aggressively at customers more than once. On the one occasion my friend brought his children...

I had the veggie burger, it’s was cooked to perfection!!! What is also perfect is the hosting, perlite, warm and always makes you feel welcome.
