we had a brilliant experience here, we tried some of the food and it was amazing... especially the vegetarian options, we had vegetarian lasagna and avocados sandwich. we really enjoyed the food here and services would definitely recommend and come back. a credit to heather and lauren at the golf club as the services was top knotch. well done.

As a group of golfers we always had food after our game. We stopped doing so when the choice was poor, price was high and quality below average. Having heard of changes we thought we would give it another chance. The daily specials were right up our street, not too heavy, a good price and most importantly tasted great! A big improvement and we will start calling in more often now. Well done to all.

We live on the park and haven’t visited for a while so when we went on Sunday we just went for a few drinks as the weather was so good we sat outside where they have now put a soundbar which made it a lot better and the atmosphere was great So looked on the website and found that they do pizza through till Thursday so we went again in the Monday and were told“We don’t have any pizzas! So we were disappointed but asked what other food they do and was told none! And that the hotel are doing good. The last couple of times we have been to the hotel there has been no one there at all and when eventually asked we were told to go upstairs where we waited for 10 mins and no one was there at all Not impressed at all so we left! Something really needs to be done as it’sa lovely venue and could be a lot better all round with more organisation

Great homemade food overlooking the golf course. Well worth a visit. Didn’t realise it was open to the public.

Poor menu, poor surroundings and lack of bar produce. Menu choices of 7 dishes and bar stock consists of lager or draught Coke Zero.

Very nice restaurant in the golf clubhouse. The food and drink were excellent and service top class. Can recommend.

Really nice place. Good atmosphere. Shame about the long wait for food. Ordered a pizza and it took nearly 1 hr. no apology which would have meant a lot.

Popped in for dinner as the hotel next door where we were staying was fully booked in the restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food and service were great. There were plenty of comfortable seats and a lovely place to sit and chat.

Clearly this is very much used as the 19th hole but is also available to guests staying at Wychwood Park Hotel & Golf Club. Really nice place to relax and unwind, would be lovely in the summer looking out over the golf course.

Nice surroundings and choice of beers. The bar staff are very friendly. The view across the golf course on a sunny beer in hand is well worth it.

Went in for food and drinks but there was a large queue waiting to be served and no staff in sight so we left. We have eaten here before and the food was good and great service so very disappointing.

The staff don't care about service or food. But why do I say this. The review. After loosing my booking from booking into the hotel and being offered a table in the restaurant, it was lost sending the message to the restaurant. So not a good start. Ordered a drink but ended up with just a coffee as after asking for three different all out of stock or not stocked including cranberry juice. Asked about the list of specials on the menu and the waiter had no idea. Had to ask for bread but was then just offered the end bit as it was all there had left. So book early as there is limited bread. Then the main was just a joke. Had the rump of lamb which was dry and taste less cracked freekeh, apricots, pistachios was more like dry straw and not edible. Rather a massive let down. I could not tell the staff as there failed to even ask if I was ok perhaps there don't ask because there already know the answer. If you travel to thus area of Crewe please don't bother to stop here I know I will not return.

Pedimos pescado y patatas fritas y hamburguesas y patatas fritas, que eran los únicos para comer, bastante tranquilo, además pedimos una botella de vino, se sentó 7. Comida 00 no llego, 7. 20:00 todavía estamos esperando, así que me decidí a abordar el personal del bar. Supo enseguida y se disculpó por el retraso (no estoy seguro de por qué aún) me dio la impresión que era el personal del bar de cocina la comida? Comida bien menos decían, teníamos hambre y pensé que habíamos esperado mucho, mucho tiempo. Lo siento, no volveré, botella de vino más de 25 libras. 00 la comida no era buena. Debería haber ido a la White Lion. . No lo recomendaría.

Very cold the same as the hotle you need your coat on you cannot relax because you are cold hotle is also very cold

Clubhouse at the golf course overlooking the 9th and 18th hole.. Good beer and wine range .. reasonable prices..... love the really comfy armchairs after a hard day on the course.

Que frecuentan el claret jarra sobre una base regular, normalmente por las mañanas para el desayuno. Steph Pepper siempre nos saluda con una sonrisa y no sólo nos dan una sonrisa y una cálida bienvenida pero ella recuerda lo que son nuestras preferencias. Ella recuerda que mi marido tiene café descafeinado y prefiero huevos escalfados en pan integral. En general, el mejor comienzo para un día... Ciertamente excel cuando se trata de desayuno. Staff were lazy and slow to serve you even when you stood in front of them at the bar. 3 sandwiches and a couple of drinks came to 45 pounds Overpriced for what it was

Un buen lugar para visitar, la familia ha sido más los viernes desde hace años y siempre tiene un ambiente agradable. La comida es buena y el personal es agradable y simpático, encantados de charlar en el bar, etc.

Tenemos con regularidad aquí para el almuerzo o la cena y Matt izquierda ya que el lugar no ha sido el mismo. La comida no es tan buena. Ya no ofrecen ofertas especiales en fines de semana para ir a los residentes o los golfistas....

A really nice golf clubhouse with fantastic views. Security on the approach road. Decorated brilliantly for Christmas. Only let down by the girls behind the bar who could not remember a simple drinks order and took forever to serve you.

Best English or should I say Cheshire breakfast! Wish evening menu was as equally as good... Would like to see a really good home made Burger and a brilliant Steak. Go take a look at Hand n Trumpet ... If you served food similar to this you would be mobbed!!! Staff are always very obliging particularly Steph who always remembers our coffee order even the decaf !

Brought a business colleague and his wife for an early lunch. Not happy to be told with service sorry that no salad could be served because it had run out. Strange because there was no one else in the restaurant!

Not been here for a while - the entrance & eating areas are long over due a revamp. Pleasant welcoming staff (Stephanie) food order quickly taken, hubby's fish & chips were pipping hot & very substantial my meal of gammon & eggs could have done with a few vegetables to balance the meal up.

Called in for breakfast the otherday. Well cooked with good coice. We were put of by the poor decoration as the place needed a complete overhaul. From the bashed door at the entrance to the "tired" seating. As golf clubs go it was quite passable with pleasant staff and a fair selection of food. We live on Wychwood but advise anyone going to the club house to go in your gardening clothes.

Called into the Club House for breakfast today, pleasant welcoming staff - food arrived hot & well presented. Great views over the golf course. The Club House/furnishings in need of some TLC.

We had a meal after our game of golf, before travelling home. The meals hubby and I ordered were hot and fresh. Yes there was a little wait, though this was because they were cooked to order and not sat around waiting to be heated up. Both meals were tasty and of a generous size. We wouldn't hesitate to have lunch again after a good round of golf.We have been before and the standard was just as good and the staff were just as polite and friendly.

Ate here with a friend decided to come to wychwood for a change very glad I did! The presentation of the dishes was great the food was delicious and the views also gorgeous we had the pleasure of a sunset across the golf course! will be back!

I must be a glutton for punishment as I decided to go back here after a previous poor experience. I had recommended to my boss and colleagues who stayed in the hotel. We went for an evening meal based on the menu. At no point, did the staff tell us that they had sold out of many of the dishes. I decided to visit again with a friend for lunch. We ordered the turkey and cranberry panning which was just ok as drowned in cranberry sauce. My issue was that after we sat down they asked for my credit card which I gave willingly. After several minutes it had not been returned so I went to ask for it. The girl behind the bar told me that they kept it. I said I wanted it back. She said it was in the till and normal practice to keep them there and tried to reassure me. I have never ever been to any restaurant or pub that keeps your card. The banks always tell you not you not to let it out of you sight. They told me that I would then have to pay for my meal before we received it. For goodness sake, the place was practically empty and I don't normally pay upfront unless in a fast food chain. If that is what this dreadful place aspires to, then they need to retrain the staff as they are infinitely better in McDonald's. I won't be back nor will I recommend it to others.

Golf clubhouse with a lovely terrace overlooking the course. Drinks reasonably priced. Food was also reasonably priced but we had a mixed experience with it. Mine - a Claret Jug Stack was fine but hers, a lamb hotpot had a small amount of very tough meat. The pleasant waiter took our complaint away and came back to offer us apologies and a free drink each. Honour satisfied!

Hubby and I had 2 really lovely and excellent value meals following 2 of our 3 rounds of golf. Drinks are pricey, but then you are at a de vere resort, so only to be expected. Meals however are very good value, plentiful and fresh as well as tasty. Neither meal disappointed, and hubby very pleased with his as well. Clean surroundings with excellent views, and to top it the staff are polite and very friendly.

Astronomical prices. Good views. Sheltered seating outside for smokers. Friendly staff.

just ok .. burger and chips for 7 pound , five minutes walk from hotel , as bar does not open till 5 in the hotel

Overall appearance was dirty, tables dirty both inside and on the terrace. Staff seemed poorly trained, lacked polish (dirty, ill fitting uniforms - waiter smelled of BO) Food was poor qaulity and very fast food orientated. Not welcomming in any respect, then again it does cater mainly for the golf fraternity. Not recommending for a relaxing, quiet meal with your significient other half.

Had lunch here recently and was treated to very attentive service. The place is very pleasantly furnished and has great views over the golf course.
