Friendly and welcoming staff from the outset. There were 7 of us in total and we all chose our own toppings for our handmade bars. There were also lots of chocolatey nibbles to eat as we crafted. We learnt how to make filled chocolates with decorative transfers and rolled truffles too! Everything was explained and demonstrated clearly and we enjoyed delicious hot drinks too. I would highly recommend this experience.

Visited the Chocolate Kitchen in March for a chocolate workshop while on a hen party. We had a fantastic time and were blown away by how helpful, generous, and fun the staff were. The workshop was really well presented, the staff had been incredibly accommodating organizing the event and went beyond our expectations on the day. The chocolate products we made, and took home, were delicious (and numerous!), as were the complementary hot chocolates and baked treats. Thank you so much for a fantastic event. I think we’ll all be visiting again!

Love this place. Its off the beaten track and so can be missed but they have the best range of chocolates and cakes. Everything is handmade and the chocolates look and taste fabulous. Their drinks are also lovely but the chocolates are definitely the star of the show. The chocolates make great gifts and the brownie boxes are amazing too.

Popped in here for late coffee and cake. I like strong coffee and was very disappointed with the one I got but the cakes made up. This is one of those places you enter and would purchase something chocolatey.

We happened on the Chocolate Kitchen by accident and we didn't sample the chocolates, although they looked pretty good. We did, however have the Coffee and Walnut Cake: probably the best (and biggest!) I've ever tasted. Thank you so much, my cholesterol is still recovering but it was worth it.

This is our second visit since it opened last year and it did not disappoint, the cakes and chocolates are second to none plus one of the best cups of coffee I've had in quite a while. The Lady serving even recognised us from our precious visit over a year ago. The Carrot cake is to die for.

What a find!! Tucked away from the main centre of town but well worth a short walk to this quaint tea room. Lovely food and more... Go and find it and see for yourself 😁
