Perfect place if you're venturing into Oxford! We booked here as we didn't want any parking problems for our event that was at the Playhouse, and it worked an absolute treat. Oxford city centre is an absolute nightmare at the moment so even if you think you have given yourself an hour or two to attend the Playhouse, you'll find it's more like 2/3 hours getting in. Hence the Chequers Inn! We turned up at 12pm, the owners happily put our bags in storage so we could get to the show in time. We attended the show, got back to the Chequers and where greeted by "How was the play?"..... we then had an evening meal that was beyond words! The chef is from my city of Leicester and she so knows how to cook a curry! I had the butter chicken and my wife had the lamb curry, daughter had the vegetarian Dahl. Simply the best we've had in years - the "hand cooked, daily fresh" says it all! We had the family room which was lovely - massive TV if you want to spend the time watching TV, but to be honest, I was happy to go to bed soon after the meal as I was rather content! The morning breakfast was, again, really lovely! Service from start to finish was exceptional. We saw the host greeting regulars with a hug which made our day! Such a lovely couple. The food was beyond that - best Leicester Curry I've had in years - and I wasn't even in Leicester! If you are looking for a place to stay when you are visiting Oxford for a play (like we did - at the playhouse) then this is your go to place! Without a shadow of a doubt. 10 minutes drive to the Playhouse. Only downsides, and this is me being a graphic artist, is that I would improve the menu and signs for them as it's currently on a printout laminate - but I'm happy to do that free of charge for them (if they want me to!)..... just give me a tinkle! The food is SO good that it deserves a menu setting that gives it the credit it deserves. Totally amazing weekend.... thank you so much to you both! We'll be back real soon! Jon and Jenny and Molly! xxxxxxxx

I've never written a restaurant / pub review but this was genuinely the worst meal I have ever eaten. Items on the menu appeared to available only to a select few and not everyone. No salad or vegetables available at all. Over breaded, dried out fried food. Poor food at any price. Such a shame as the pub is in a good location and should have potential.

I only found out by chance this pub served Indian food. My wife and I visited in mid September in the evening. The pub serves Indian and European food. It has a simple menu selection of starters, mains and desserts. The beer and wine selection appears good too. We had an Indian sharing platter starter which was really tasty . The samosa and spring rolls were gorgeous. For mains I had the lamb curry with chapatis and my wife had the lentil call with rice. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The dessert selection looked very appealing but we were too full to eat one. Front of house is a nice chap, whose wife is the chef. They make a good team, and she came out to ask what we thought of the food.

Pleasant meal in an airy conservatory at the back of the pub. Good mix of Indian and pub grub for all tastes with gluten free and vegan options. Parking available but make sure you inform the staff, also plenty of street parking. Didn’t feel immediately welcome, perhaps as we interrupted the cricket viewing, and the only cask ale was off but relations warmed as we enjoyed a meal for 7. The pakoras were excellent, the veggie curry was ok, not exceptional but with pappadams/chutney and either either rice or a tasty chapatti though perhaps I should’ve gone for the house dhal. Plenty of meat in the meat curries. Good portions of fish n chips and puddings. Overall a good space to enjoy a meal, quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime.

Went in for some supper on a Sunday eve having spent many hours drinking in the pub over the weekend. The Guinness, poured by Babu, was thoroughly enjoyed by us all (half of us Irish), and the food was all homemade by Santos and just delicious! I had the vegetarian curry, daal, the softest freshest chapatti, and we shared yummy veg samosas and pakoras to start. Everyone in our party was really impressed with the food, drinks, and the owners were so lovely and welcoming and made us feel really at home. Will definitely go back!!

My husband and I eat here 2-3 times a week, the food is incredible. It is authentic, healthy homestyle cooked Indian food, and it's the best we've had in the UK, despite living near Brick Lane in London for 4 years. The chapati's are so soft and tasty, and the pakoras are to die for. I've gotten to know the owners quite well, and the chef has shown me how she makes everything from scratch. There are no shortcuts taken here, and the proof is in the curry. Go with a very hungry stomach!!!!

We had excellent service when we had dinner and breakfast, they couldn't do enough for us, food was really good and great value for money and plenty of it. The lovely family run hotel they were so friendly, kind, and helpful in every way, we would highly recommend this lovely hotel and if we every go down that way again, we would defently stay there. So disappointed and disgusted with this place. We had booked 2 double rooms for us and our cousin and her husband, who were here from Canada . The owner was very unwelcoming. Had no social skills . The property needs refurbishing. The bedrooms were basic and dirty. The lampshades were just full of dust. The bathrooms were disgusting. Both the bathroom doors wouldn't close. Didn't stay long enough to take photos. No way were we going to sleep in those beds / bedrooms.Or use those bathrooms. Decided to find somewhere else to stay. The guy made no effort to make things better or apologise . He did say we could have a refund. But we are still waiting for that as we booked through Booking.com!!

My wife and I stayed at Chequers when we went to a concert at Blenheim Palace. The rooms and bar area are clean and tidy if a bit careworn. The business is run by a friendly family who were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was well cooked however, the sausages and bacon were very much of the catering variety, the use of products from a local source would have been a great touch. The place would benefit aesthetically by having the flower troughs, at the front of building, planted up with seasonal plants, the wall mounted ashtray emptying and the benches repainting. The establishment faces the main road into the village where first impressions count.

Arrived on the 17th December for a pre-pantomime lunch. The pub was cold inside and the atmosphere was non-existent . We had to ask for the fire to be lit, not unreasonable when it is -3 outside, helps with the atmosphere too. The food was home made but basic, the portions were very small spread over a very large metal tray with one poppadom. Quite tasty but presentation was disappointing/there wasn't any. A stonking great bill for 4 people in a less than average place. a no go from me. Completely delightful people running the pub.

We walked in were to a cold unatmospheric bar. The Owner was watching TV alone and I think we disturbed him. We were shown to our room which was cold and had to put the heating on ourselves. We went down to dinner and had to ask for clean glasses for our wine 3 times. We Also had to ask for the fire to be lit as it was very cold. We opted for the Curry as the other menu was very limited. The curry tasted good but was a bit like hunt the lamb. It was served on stainless steel airline style plate/trays. Back to the room and we found the bed uncomfortable and squeaky. Breakfast poor to no choice. Poor quality sausages. Not very warm. Overall very felt it very over priced. We were extremely disappointed

Stayed here for a little family reunion, the rooms were generally great, good facilities, perfect location, and the food and welcoming was spot on!! Some of the family had issues with dodgy taps, showers and cleanliness and some of the mattresses are definitely past their best - very squeaky, lumpy and uncomfortable, not a good night sleep at all. The children's menu only has 3 options which all involve chips and beans/peas so would be nice to include more options... Would definitely consider staying again as the many positives outweighed the few negatives. Thanks again!

I have to say how very disappointed we were last evening with the meal we had here. Do not be taken in by the photos of the meals on the web site as trust me they are absolutely nothing like the photos. We ordered the mini camembert cheese to start which isn't a mini camembert at all it was a slice in a ramakin dish! We then decided two of us would share the Meze platter to share! This was absolutely terrible. It was a large plate with 2 pieces of Italian ham and a couple slices of salami - a small ramakin dish with a few black olives and tiny pieces of feta (no green olives at all). A tiny dollop of humous and something which was supposed to be Tzatziki! Absolutely appalling and we were also very cold as the place was so chilling on probably the coldest night of the year they hadn't even lit the open fire which they have - this would of at least made it feel so much nicer in there.

We entered sceptical about The Chequers after reading some chequered reviews (mostly about the accommodation and all pre- refurbishment) but we left delighted with the quality of the meal we ate: the menu listing may look like many other pub listings but the presentation was certainly a notch or two up and the quality of my salmon and prawn cocktail starter and ‘surf and turf’ main dish was beyond expectations... beautifully cooked steak accompanied by a novel wedge of iceberg lettuce in a Parmesan dressing. My wife was equally effusive about her breaded Camembert starter and salmon and prawn salad... the portions of which were more than generous. Service was friendly and efficient. Pricing very reasonable. For a Saturday evening the restaurant was really quite empty which can’t be anything to do with the food or service... yes, the setting might not be to everyone’s taste, but once inside it really is worth the visit. Go try it for yourselves.

I found the lady behind the bar very abrupt and unhelpful and there was a couple of men, I imagine most heard shouting from the kitchen area?! The food, due to the quality was very overpriced. Unfortunalty, for me, my daughter cooks a far better home made lasagne, (not dry and tastless) and my wife's fish was so overdone it was like biting a brick. We had requested an earlier arrival which was agreed....however no one there when we arrived. I tried the telephone number given on the door , which rang but then went to divert and then cut out each time I tried. We hung around for 1.5 hours and then arrived at 4.30pm and checked in...staff member polite and offered to carry bags. Our room on 2nd floor ( rather a strong smell of sewage outside on the landing and stairs up to room 7) and fortunately the smell did not penetrate into our room. Fan provided which was great as it was a warm room. Breakfast the next day .....we are still waiting for the lady or young girl serving to say good morning! Quite off hand and obviously harassed. My wife and I had intended to eat on Sunday evening, 26th June. The barman when we arrived was friendly and helpful enough, but when I wanted to refill my glass the bar was deserted. Eventually a most unfriendly lady appeared and seemed to resent being disturbed from whatever she had been doing. Her attitude was such that we left without eating. We were the only customers while we were there which is hardly surprising if what we got was this lady's usual attitude.I am repeating this review as the previous one, after appearing correctly against The Chequers, Cassington, later became attached to The Chequers, Weston on the Green, which I have never visited and certainly didn't select when entering the review.

The meats - beef, pork and turkey joints - were excellent, the beef being just a little rare and plenty of help yourself vegetables and various kinds. Certainly worth another visit.

We came to the Pub on a Saturday afternoon and were in a group of 10 with small children. The staff were very friendly and we had a fantastic meal. Gammon and Egg and the Steak Pie were real treats sat next to the open log fire. Would recommend to groups. We look forward to coming back and trying out the weeknight specials!

From the outside, all looks fine. Most of the staff were friendly. However, some needed customer services training. The room was small but acceptable, but noise from the rest of the hotel was prevalent and the rooms were very hot. Mid December and the window was wide open all night. Food? Here's where the real issue is. At the evening meal, we ordered belly pork in a cidered gravy. Not only was it completely microwaved, but the belly pork was unable to be cut with a knife and the gravy resembled Bisto with cider added into it. I sent it back and replaced it with the special - chicken korma - 5 minutes later. Clearly the chef hasn't discovered spices. The breakfast... Diabolical. We ordered a full English. Dry bacon, over cooked sausage, and a generally bad smell from the plate. We asked the lady when we checked out if the chef liked using microwaves. She said, "oh yes". When we explained what happened she was very defensive and unapologetic. There was no acceptance of fault - it was everyone else's but hers. We prefer to stay in small independently run hotels but this has nothing more that even comes to a standard of a chain hotel.

Trip was a mixture of business and pleasure. The Chequers is conveniently close to Oxford City Centre and yet situated in a village with all the sights and sounds of a West Oxfordshire Cotswold Village. Our arrival was greeted by a warm, friendly and helpful manageress, which was followed by lunch. The menu is wide-ranging and suits all tastes and appetites. Lunch on Sunday was the best I've had in years. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated - a welcome contrast to some of the more expensive corporate chains.A one night stay turned into two nights and high speed Wi-Fi was a bonus. A second weekend here has already been booked.

The Chequers has the look of a classy Cotswolds pub on the outside (despite not being in the Cotswolds - or Oxford as its website name implies) but inside it is a little tired and dingy. Even the driveway to the car park at the back is like a safari track with massive craters that would test a Range Rover. Going inside past the kitchen extractor fans and the smoking staff reveals that the Chequers needs some tlc. Well, lots of it. The tables and chairs are the wrong side of uncomfortable, the one leather sofa next to the fire was split and its stuffing hanging out. It just did not have the warm inviting cosiness its exterior promises. Yes it has a fire but that's about it. The flagstone floor is normal in places like this - even if it is fake antique rather than worn by decades of footfall. But it is the furniture that lets it all down - very perfunctory and functional, not in the least bit inviting. If I had not arranged to see a colleague for lunch I would have walked out.The food itself is nothing special but then again it doesn't pretend to be so that is not a disappointment. We both had the butchers sausage baguette and it did represent good value for money if not the leading edge in pub cuisine. The pint of Hooky ale (as that was the only non mass produced beer on offer - on all three pumps!) was OK.So if you're expecting a gastro pub experience at the Chequers and a cosy relaxing environment to kick back in - well, you'd be better off driving further along the A40 to the Maytime at Asthall. If you just need refuelling - then it's fine. The staff are very friendly and the service was reasonable if you're not in a hurry.

A return visit since a lovely meal on Mothering Sunday. On entering the charming pub we recieved a greeting from staff. A cosy fire burning and we chose a table in the corner near the main dining area as we had our small dog with us. Swift service at the table to order drinks whilst we waited for friends. Time givento loom at the menu and choose.Starters of duck spring rolls, whitebait and prawn cocktail were all served in with a nice portion of side salad.3 opted for pie of the day, which was chicken, bacon and mushroom with chips and salad. A large generous pie which was well flavoured. Only downside was we all would have liked a creamy sauce rather than the watery sauce, but thats just our preference. 1 meal was chicken and bacon salad. This was a very large serving with plenty of chicken and bacon and new potatoes. The last meal was gammon and chips. This was cooked well. Just a pity no steak knife was offered to cut it better rather than pull at it with the table knife. No visit was complete without the serving of cheesecakes. Todays was smartie and as always amazing. The hightlight of the visit. 2 others shared it with me who both agreed it was the best they have tried.will definatly return even if just for cheescake :-).

We came based on slightly short sighted reading if good reviews and were quite disappointed. The pub is large with a dedicated restaurant area at the back and a large bar area with more tables at the front. The lack of division of space left the place feeling soulless on a quiet (bank holiday) Saturday night. The menu was largely about pubby basics - nothing claims any local provenance, there are plenty of fried options and you will have seen the same scampi or mozzarella sticks in many other places. Main dish fajitas could only be served with chicken, the steak option not available any more, despite several steaks being elsewhere on the menu. The fajitas were certainly generous, came with chips just to make sure and the chicken was fine, though guacamole perfectly smooth out of a tube was grim. Finally, service was also not a win. With only 4 occupied tables, dumping an unopened bottle of wine and glasses on the table was unnecessarily off-hand; we even had to send the glasses back as they were so dirty. Lots of better options nearby.

I booked the Chequers for a meal for 20 people, as it was close to where some of us were staying for a weekend away at nearby Worton Park. Nice pub, nice atmosphere, and the room at the back that we used is bright and modern whilst keeping its country pub charm. The menu was well balanced; something for everyone and the set menu was great value. Good portions and the service was good too. I was impressed with the kitchen because they also had another large table in at the same time. I organised our booking by phone and e-mail with Ross who was very friendly and helpful, I would certainly go back. In fact, 5 of us did... the following day for lunch where we sat out at the front in the sunshine, it was the duck spring rolls we went back for, delicious! Oh the lemon tart is recommended too!

Booked to take my parents out for Mothering Sunday lunch elsewhere but due to circumstances out of our control ended up here.Never been before and on entering very impressed with cthe decor and layout.Greeted hy a few staff who found our booking and offered us drinks before taking us to our table.A good selection on the set menu. We asked for two soupmof the days tomato and red pepper and one tomato and basil (this was the childrens' choi e but the only soup one adult would eat). This was jo trouble for the waitress who replied "certainly" to our request. Drinks arrived swiftly and starters soon after.Main courses were delicious. One was chicken with white wine sauce, mushrooms, ba on and onions, one was pasta and mushrooms and 1 carvery. The only downside was the carvery que was very long and slow moving. My Dad is currently on 2 walking sticks so one of us had tomque to carry the plate. This ment my meal was served ans getting colder as it sat on the table as I was in the carvery line. I appreciate the limited spqce for the carvery but the setver was very slow and I would have prefered he used a different carving set for each meat rather than the same one. However we all very much enjoyed the food and certainly had a good portion.A different lady came to take our dessert order and having had the cheesecake elsewhere opted for that again. I asked if I could have some cream with it, to which I got a snappy "no it comes with what it says and its a set menu so ca t do anything else with it" she also didnt , like it when we asked if we could just have ice cream for a desset. I had heard another adult on the next table order it and was told yes, so when I mentioned this she went off in a bit of a huff. The third dessert was the lemon tart. All were delicious and no fault could be found. On asking for the bill we were given the wrong bill. She did spot it and came back with the corre t one but no real apology. Unfortunately her attitude was so different to the first person to take our order. Nothing was too much trouble and didnt questions our slight requests for an adult portion of the childrens menu.Because the food was amazing, we left knowing we had had a very good lunch for Mothering Sunday. Just a shame some of the service was a bit dissapointing.

Went for a birthday dinner with a group of 7 in total on a Thursday evening and it was lovely. Atmosphere is very quiet as it's a small place but stone and wood everywhere which is very cosy.We ordered and after 25 minutes the waitress came back to the table and told us that thy had run out of two of the dishes ordered (different dishes) so we had to choose again. No problem, it happens, but why after 25 minutes was this discovered!? Next thing, 2 people in the group ordered lamb dish and when it came out all of us commented that it didn't look like lamb. After tasting it was confirmed to be pork! We mentioned this to the waitress who said it was lamb. We asked of the chef could come and look as we were certain it wasn't! Obviously the chef didn't want to come out and he confirmed to the waitress that it was in fact pork. No apology. The words she said 'obviously the dishes look so similar so the chef got the wrong one out'. Brilliant! She then said that obviously she will charge us for the pork dish rather than the lamb (which was a £5 difference) which we didn't feel was good enough after waiting 45 minutes for main courses even though there was only 1 other table of 4 in the whole place! Anyway, we were given the pork dish at the pork price and two free desserts. It's a lovely place, staff an either be very friendly or very stuck up but food is always delicious, even when you don't get what's ordered!!

My wife and I met friends last night for dinner at the Chequers Inn, Cassington. We were welcomed to a table by the fireside from where to choose our meal from the extensive and well laid out menu. We were then led into the cosy and beautiful dining room to enjoy our meal. We had Moroccan Lamb Tagine (a bit economical with the lamb), Thai Green Curry and the "Meal of the Day" - Ham and Chicken pie with chips and peas. All beautifully cooked and presented by our lovely waitress. The beer is beautifully kept (Hookie) and there is an extensive and well balanced wine list. Parking is a bit iffy, but it is a village location after all. Thoroughly recommended.

Stopped here unplanned whilst making a cut through the countryside by car. Opted for two baguettes both salmon with prawns and Marie Rose dressing in separate pot. Platters arrived with a generous portion of salmon and prawns plus a mixed salad and a nice portions of hand cut chips. The latter items were not expected as we had not read the small print as to what came with the baguettes so we were well impressed as to the overall size of the meals at just £6.95 each.

I am travelling back from Cornwall after seeing friends. I stayed at another local B&B to break up my journey but decided to pop out for dinner. I happened upon The Chequers by chance and how lucky was I!! It was a Monday night and whilst not packed the pub had a certain buzz about it. I was greeted by a really friendly Australian girl who quickly found me a menu and a much needed cold glass of wine. I ordered the Fajitas with Chicken & Chorizo. What can I say? AMAZING! Huge portion with every filling you could want. I actually had to laugh when the waitress said that if I required more wraps then it would be no problem. I noticed that they also did rooms which when I enquired, the manager kindly showed me one of the rooms before the last guest checked in as they were fully booked that evening. In summary, my bill was just less than £20.00 which for the service and food represented great value for money in this area. This place is definately on my list of places to return.

We happened upon Cassington by mistake and saw a sign for the Chequers. We were not disappointed! What a lovely village Inn! The airy, bright and charming bar with friendly staff that served us very quickly. We ordered a starter , a main, a coca cola and a cider for £20. The menu has variety and a vast range of deserts. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. It was just that litte attention to detail that made it a cut above your usual pub fayre. Very impressed! We would like to go back and experience it in the winter with its open firepace.

Chose this great pub as a halfway meet for lunch with an old friend. Searched it out off the internet. What a choice. Beautifully served, fantastic food. My wife had a bacon & brie baguette, our friend & I opted for the home made special burgers. All the meals were served with gorgeous, chunky, freshly fried chips, coleslaw and salad. The great tasting food & lovely friendly service from the staff made this a lunchtime to remember. We had driven up from Winchester and our friend drove from Blakesley, We all decided that it was well worth making the journey and will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Would greatly recommend this pub & hope soon to be back.

The chequers came highly recommended by local friends and family so we decided to try it for the first time on the 19th May. Lovely greeting on arrival and we were immediately shown to our table and offered drinks. 2 opted for the 2 course carvery, one for the 3 course carvery and one for a starter and main. The starters came out quickly and were both hot and tasty. I had the Stilton mushrooms and my gran had the soup. Both dishes excellent. The carvery was very good with a good range of hot veg. My gran had the home cooked fish cakes which were excellent apparently! There was a good range of deserts which hit the spot. Total bill was £80 incl a £5 tip. Would definitely return.

Three phone conversations with the hotel management eventually confirmed that a Sunday roast could be obtained in the Terrace resturant. A table for 7 was booked and confirmed. On arrival the Terrace resturant was set up for a wedding ceremony. No other dining tables were apparent. On querying this with bar staff we were abruptly told "not our problem".Eventually found a deputy manager who set about laying up a dining table amongst the wedding guests ! Meanwhile we tried other local venues but couldn't get in within our timescale. We eventually sat for our anticipated Sunday lunch in a crowded golf club bar surrounded by a multitude of wedding guests. The food was obviously recently pulled out of the freezer, looked and tasted same ! HOPELESS !!We recommend training for front of house management in the art of coordination and courtesy for members of the bar staff.

When a business contact of mine from London told me he would be visiting Witney, of course I wanted to meet up with him. But also I wanted to impress him and show him the best that Witney ha to offer. When I booked dinner at The Three Horseshoes I was confident that my contact would have a great evening, and it was absolutely the right choice. As soon as he arrived he commented on how amazing the pub was, and how he loved the atmosphere and the log burner too. Our dinner was fantastic and even though the place was busy, the speed or service and the attentiveness of the team was brilliant. They were there when we needed them, and left us to get on with our business conversation the rest of the time. For impressing a really important contact from London - The Three Horseshoes was exactly the right choice and what is SO brilliant is that it is also the perfect choice for a quiet pint or to meet up with friends too.

It isn’t that often I visit The Windmill, but I know the place well enough to know something is very different. There was a different aura in the air today. I didn’t recognise any of the staff members, and whilst they seemed like a large family, they were all unique and discombobulated in their own ways. I must start with some high praise - we were greeted very kindly by a lovely tall Irish lady with a beaming smile. Whilst very busy, she was also very accompanying and allowed us to buy a few of their home-made pint glasses (which she said she wasn’t supposed to do). Hats off to her for the hospitality. Sadly things took a slight turn for the worse whilst we were seated. It was only myself and my partner ordering some pub grub, however, after a brief conversation with the waiter it was quickly apparent that some kind of knowledge barrier prevented us from ordering exactly what we wanted. I have a suspicion this older gentleman was a distinguished chef from years gone by, because there wasn’t a single word I understood in his recommendations. Embarrassingly, we decided to opt for a few beers at the bar before ordering food instead. I must admit, that was a saving grace, for their homemade beer ‘Hawkstone’ was divine. The bartender was full of dry wit which added to a great atmosphere amongst the other guests. He has that familiar family friendly humour, like you wouldn’t be surprised to see him on TV! Not only was the beer exceptional in quality, the slight intoxication seemed to clear up some of the brain fog I was experiencing earlier, since the waiter suddenly seemed to made a lot more sense! So, we finally ordered our meal and enjoyed some local produce - again, simply divine. Despite the great tastes and atmosphere, I couldn’t help but feel the service was jeopardised by the initial language barrier. As such, I did ask the waiter if we could remove our service charge. I should add, this was a new waiter at the time, a dreary English chap who wasn’t impressed with our request. Whilst his thorough and detailed lecture around why a service charge holds such an important role in the overarching finance of the food industry, I tried to hold my ground and get this removed from the bill. It was only after we realised my partner had been asleep for 8 minutes that we sped things up, paid the bill with a 50/50 compromise on the service charge, and got ourselves out of there. All in all, I’d recommend the establishment because, despite some teething problems and unorthodox scenarios, the people are genuine and the food/drink is exceptional. Just keep an eye out for those tractors (given the rural area) - a young man with curly blonde hair had completely blocked my car in so we had to wait half an hour to leave!

Good lunch selection. Very nice salads and a good choice of panini. It’s not very clear when you go in what to do if you want to sit inside to eat as all the boards are headed up as takeaway menus. The seating area is really just there to eat the takeaway - so order what you’d like and then take it through to eat. It might be good to make this clearer for customers especially when it’s busy. Overall though the food and coffee were delicious so well worth a lunch stop.
