the hot drinks where like water and the the toast for all meals felt cold

3 hours late guys. now I usualy love this place and I understand that there are roadworks going on, but if you can't make the deliveries on time don't accept the orders, ordering food is suppose to be stress free especially on fathers day, you have no idea the amount of stress this caused........on the bright side, you guys make a delicious carrot cake 😊

usually I have really good food from zaks and this isn't the first time I've ordered but I'm worried today. I ordered (amongst other things) a chicken salad barm. the chicken was slimy and after eating 4 bites I realised It had a funky smell to it too. the salad was literally lettuce and old cucumber too. Usually get lovely food here but today I'm really disappointed and also slightly worried about my stomach now.

We ordered food it said it got delivered when it hadn’t been, 40 minutes late rang up to be told it’s still under the grill. Been nearly 2 hours and haven’t received our order. Never ordering from here again highly won’t recommend

By mistake we ordered collection but rang up and very accommodating on the phone. They changed it for us and delivered it. Driver very friendly and had remembered us from a previous day and used our names on delivery which we thought was a lovely personal touch. Food piping hot and fresh as always. Definitely would recommend.

Always tasty food but today let it down with how messy it was, on the breakfast sandwich the egg was undercooked and runny so my first bite landed me with yolk running down my arm. My son had to eat the tikka sandwich with a knife and fork because none of the actual filling was inside the barm, it was all over the place

Asked for crispy bacon and wasn’t , everything was soggy due to the tomatoes and was very late

Asked for apple juice instead of tea and they didn't do this for me, also asked for spam instead of bacon as I don't eat bacon and they didn't do this either, missing black pudding, serious let down as they did this for me last time

Very disappointed.. (Sunday roast) no Yorkshire pudding, boiled new potatoes instead of roast, and what I can only assume was some sort of cauliflower cheese or maybe mash very hard to distinguish on top of that waited nearly 2hrs. Shame really as I’ve enjoyed food from here before

I have never tried this place but after a busy night I thought I’d give it a go for a full English, glad I did as they were excellent. Everything as described, delicious food and is the first place I’ve known to have options on how you prefer your food, eg runny eggs or well done bacon. Delivery driver put a big smile on our faces aswell! Lovely guy! Will 100% be ordering again!

Over an hour later than promised. Also the vegetarian breakfast had no vegetarian sausages in it as advertised. Overall extremely poor.

Food was not what was expected. The breakfast didn’t come with any sausages like it was supposed to and toast was all burnt.

Food was awful full of grease everywhere, all toast was black burnt, waited over an hour for it. Definitely wasnt worth wait and worth paying £16.45 for. Also something rock hard inside food looked like a small stone wouldnt recommend or order again

Ordered Chicken tikka one with rice one with chips rice was hard hardly any chicken just chips and a little bit of sauce did NOT COME WITH NAAN BREAD sorry Zak but was awful do NOT RECOMMEND this at all 😔

Waited 2.5 hours for chilli jacket and quiche and chips stone cold no flavour or seasoning and the quiche was smaller than a quater portion you would get from say a supermarket one wont order again

We ordered two Belly Buster’s and they were excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection and the quality was excellent. The tasty sausages and lean thick-cut bacon were particularly good. The delivery and service were great too. 10/10. Will definitely order again.

Belly buster breakfast is amazing the quality of the food is fantastic had a tuna mayo on Vienna with salad this is one of the best I have ever had the Vienna was soft the salad was fresh and tasty and the tuna mayo wasn't cheap tasting definitely recommend
