Came within plenty of time and read the note I put. However, the veggy breakfast tasted horrible, wouldn't recommend. My son liked the meat breakfast though.

Go nearly every Saturday morning with my 2 boys never had a bad brekky yet the ladies who work there are amazing and always take time to have a chat to my sons. The food is always spot on

3 hours late guys. now I usualy love this place and I understand that there are roadworks going on, but if you can't make the deliveries on time don't accept the orders, ordering food is suppose to be stress free especially on fathers day, you have no idea the amount of stress this caused........on the bright side, you guys make a delicious carrot cake 😊

usually I have really good food from zaks and this isn't the first time I've ordered but I'm worried today. I ordered (amongst other things) a chicken salad barm. the chicken was slimy and after eating 4 bites I realised It had a funky smell to it too. the salad was literally lettuce and old cucumber too. Usually get lovely food here but today I'm really disappointed and also slightly worried about my stomach now.

By mistake we ordered collection but rang up and very accommodating on the phone. They changed it for us and delivered it. Driver very friendly and had remembered us from a previous day and used our names on delivery which we thought was a lovely personal touch. Food piping hot and fresh as always. Definitely would recommend.

We ordered food it said it got delivered when it hadn’t been, 40 minutes late rang up to be told it’s still under the grill. Been nearly 2 hours and haven’t received our order. Never ordering from here again highly won’t recommend

Always tasty food but today let it down with how messy it was, on the breakfast sandwich the egg was undercooked and runny so my first bite landed me with yolk running down my arm. My son had to eat the tikka sandwich with a knife and fork because none of the actual filling was inside the barm, it was all over the place

Asked for crispy bacon and wasn’t , everything was soggy due to the tomatoes and was very late

Asked for apple juice instead of tea and they didn't do this for me, also asked for spam instead of bacon as I don't eat bacon and they didn't do this either, missing black pudding, serious let down as they did this for me last time

Very disappointed.. (Sunday roast) no Yorkshire pudding, boiled new potatoes instead of roast, and what I can only assume was some sort of cauliflower cheese or maybe mash very hard to distinguish on top of that waited nearly 2hrs. Shame really as I’ve enjoyed food from here before

I have never tried this place but after a busy night I thought I’d give it a go for a full English, glad I did as they were excellent. Everything as described, delicious food and is the first place I’ve known to have options on how you prefer your food, eg runny eggs or well done bacon. Delivery driver put a big smile on our faces aswell! Lovely guy! Will 100% be ordering again!

Blames lateness on chef, your shop is 7 mins drive, didn't realise I was waiting for the chicken to lay eggs, nearly 2 hrs what a joke
