Had a great visit it was very relaxed the staff were great whenever we spoke to them. The food came quite quickly everyone enjoyed their meals. I spoke to a member of staff a few times called kev he was very polite very smiley and a really nice lad a credit to the resteraunt. Great experience

Had a great experience, food was lovely especially the steak and ale pie. Kids enjoyed the food and the wacky warehouse. We was served by a delightful man called kev, who was very friendly and polite. Top marks for the paper mill, in Pilsworth, definitely recommend as a place to visit with the children.

Michael was very attentive and supportive from our arrival. He made sure we had a suitable chair for my partner to transfer into from his wheelchair. Michael where that we had enjoyed our food and that we didn’t require anything else - 5 stars! The food was as expected - typical pub grub which is reflected by the cost.

Stayed in the Travel Lodge next to the papermill and have been here for breakfast and dinner. Lovely warm welcome on both occasions by all staff. Highly recommend the Flat bread kofta and the waffle and berries breakfast. Generous portions.

Came in with family for some food, was very nice loved the Easter decorations, Amy L behind the bar was amazing with us gave my little girl a Easter bunny made her day, it’s the little things that count, Amy who waited on our table was very polite and was great with my daughter, would recommend

Michael at papermill pilsworth was a lovely waiter, asking if we needed drinks and checking everything was okay with the food.

Kev was so lovely and welcoming, I told him I had a prawn allergy and he went out of his way to ensure the kitchen were aware and also the servers. Wonderful experience.

Chloe was very helpful, advised me about monthly passes which I didn’t know about as I come about 5 twice a month. Signed up now and have 2 children passes for the month

A soft play that serves beer!?!? Amazing!!! A variety of food available to buy. Only slight criticism is that the girl working the soft play - who was very friendly and efficient - was often away (clearly busy, and understaffed), but that left to several people coming in looking round for a few minutes, some left. Large amount of free parking at the front.

The whole experience was 10/10. The service from all the staff from the bar staff to the waitresses was amazing. A staff member specifically stood out to me, her name was Brooke, she delivered excellent customer service throughout the whole visit and looked after us so well. She made sure to ask so many questions about allergies and answered questions we had. She was very inventive and made sure we was okay the whole time. Would definitely recommend coming here and will be back again!

The whole experience was amazing!! All the staff that we were served by was brilliant. The waitress that stood out to myself was Kay. She was absolutely brill, had amazing customer service and was so lovely. She was very intentive to all our needs and questions. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the near future.

We have visited this pub numerous times as a family and always have a pleasant experience. There are loads of different types of food for you to eat with a wacky warehouse and an outdoor play area. This is definitely one of the best places to eat and drink in bury and will be back many times soon.

Went for something to eat food was average but Got a £100 parking fine a week later beause I didnt enter my reg as i didn't know you had to ,there are signs but didn't notice them , so won't be going back, totally unacceptable I was there for 48 minutes ,like me most families go there because they are on a budget and just want to take there kids for something to eat ,it's a joke and I'm not the first person to complain about this so be warned folks the parking cost twice the price of the meal
