Took my girls to the wacky for the disco was served by Shan she made the kids laugh and was an amazing service will definitely be back!!!

We come to wacky warehouse near enough every week as I had purchased the wacky pass and they are well worth the money, we are always greeted with a smile when we arrive, the wacky team are always chatty Kay and Leo was on today and they were really helpful

Wasn't actually a Papermill, which was quite disappointing really. It's a pub with a kiddies area.

Lovely people, great food and service

Always our regularly and decided to pop in for a spot of lunch with the family. Beth was amazing and recommended one of the new dishes for us to try (the southern comfort Texas toast) when we were unsure of what to pick. She didn’t rush us and helped us with our decision and came over to check everything was okay after our food came. The restaurant was very clean and the other staff on were quick with the clean up and service.

My second visit in the last few months... first time the meal was not upto much but thought I'll give it another chance. Really wish I'd not bothered, ordered the large mixed grill. All the meat, except the steak, were dry and bland. The sausage tasted like it was pre cooked and warmed through. As for the fries they tasted as though we're warmed up and not very palatable. My daughter had a similar experience with her 'sloppy joe' southern fried chicken dish that was very dry macaroni cheese and very overcooked chicken. Good news was my 6 year old grandson enjoyed his 'build your own taco ' Wouldn't recommend

Seen a lot of reviews saying food taste amazing. Must of been a different chef on today as the food was blander than what my 3 year old serves me from her plastic toy kitchen. Brought a child's meal out been sausages and chips, sausages looks like they had been cooked with a hair dryer. Told the server no apology just took them away and brought them back 10 minutes later again no apology. Hair found in friends food. Won't return again rather McDonald's over the road. Call yourselfs chefs I must be a spaceman.

Don't bother. Called up in advanced to see what time they stop serving food and was told 9pm. Arrived about 8pm and they had stopped. Turned up with a group of 4, and also there was another 3 people who turned up before us for food also, but found out they had stopped serving. Having driven a good 30min, everyone left and we food a much better place round the corner serving food. The reason that paper mill staff gave when we asked why they had stopped even when we said on the phone and on the website that they serve until 9pm was, lack of customers so they sent the staff home... Sorry but if you advertise and even verbally say serving till 9pm, serve until 9pm. NEW EDIT: Tried here again to give it a second chance. Found an empty table, sat down ordered and we already had drinks in hand, when a man came to remove us off our table saying it was reserved when it wasn't. We had already ordered and been sat there for almost 20min already! He offered no other table and we were told to find one ourselves, just because they wanted to sit a larger party where we were sat. This place is understaffed, rude, an absolute joke to the industry, very poorly run with no care for their customers. This is the second time we thought we would give this place a chance and they have now blown it. Absolutely disgraceful.

Today was our son’s first birthday and we were surprised by jusy how attentive the staff were the entire time. For how much the total cost was, the amount of food wach child received was an incredible amount. Would definetly go back again. Grace, kay and chloe were the ladies helping with our sons special day

Came for breakfast on Friday morning as a group of 5 , the food was lovely and great value! The staff on shift at the time (Amy and Georgia) were lovely and very welcoming, nothing was too much bother. Thank you both, we will definitely be returning.

The soft play set up is good, we pop up by Friday and there was a disco party for kids! Mini games and musics, good vibes. all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially the staff Jay , nice and friendly, Jay spot and help my daughter to find the lost hair clip even!

Food was great as always, not a long wait and served hot with a friendly smile off the lovely staff. Great atmosphere too

The food was amazing and so we're the staff only thing is that the peppercorn sauce tasted like normal mayo but it was still amazing

Had a great time at Whacky Warehouse with the children. Chloe was great and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast and service was outstanding.

We come to paper mill very regularly for the play area, the monthly pass makes this very affordable for regular visits. The staff are very welcoming and don't forget a face. Always get the warmest of welcomes from Chloe when coming with our 3 kids. Play area is clean and kids love it. Food is very much affordable and tastes great. All round good trip out everytime.

Came out for a belated birthday meal with my mum, she had gammon,🍍 I had a large mixed grill we both found the staff unbelievably helpfully with any enquiries we which weren't many and we will be coming back soon.

My boy loves it here, all the staff and Chloe are so friendly and helpful, my son loves it on Friday evening as they have a disco with a DJ, games and treats for all the kids. Most time we have been Chloe has been on shift and everytime she has been so kind and helpful, she is great with all the kids. The food has been great when we have had it and the kids meal deal is brilliant.

Chloe is always friendly and approachable and always goes the extra mile. Well done!

Come to wacky warehouse every Friday and we love it here! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for the children, especially Chloe. The service here is amazing well done guys keep up the hard work.
