Shethu in Bury

Ordered the Donner box. It was very bland. Had the Naga box the last time, and it was very nice. Just a bit too spicy.

Food was warm and taste excellent

Food was not v good at all, Meat in samosa was dry and burnt and the filling did not taste good at all. The curry- was awful big clumps of onions that tasted really strange The lamb chops were not tender they were v hard and chewy

I always love the food from shethu! It’s a go to for the whole family when we don’t want to cook, it’s always piping hot on delivery and ready to eat, you can tell it’s freshly cooked each time and always as delicious as the last time!

If you are waiting in side, sit down gently the seat is quite hard. There, that’s the bad bit. Wow. I am very difficult to make a curry for. I love them hot, very hot but not painfully hot. This absolutely nailed it. I had the ‘blow me away pot’ and it certainly did. Superb does not come close. I almost always have the same meal and despite this not being called a Jalfrezi, it probably was. Curry house is clean, guys are friendly and food is well balanced and just perfect. Very good Nan and lovely moist mushroom rice. Very keen price. No napkins but hey, everything else was spot on, thanks guys. Don’t go on Tuesday, they are shut. Not to worry, well worth the wait.

Was by far and away the best Indian food in North Manchester, and better than most in South Manchester where I used to live, They've changed owners recently I think and now menu too, best Lamb Saag I've ever had, gone, best ever onion bhajis gone. Devastated. I need a new curry home...

Good quality although the kebab box at £15 should really come with a naan/pitta bread. Chips could of done with another minute in the fryer. Good in general though

Had a takeaway from this place for the first time last night , couldn't fault one thing that we bought from them . We have found an absolutely fantastic Indian takeaway , food was amazing definitely our No 1 from now on , we have tried a few places in the Whitefield area but nothing compares to the food Abdul and his staff make absolutely delicious. Recommend this place. Reasonable prices, fast delivery, food is always really hot. The one pot meals are really good if you need something filling when you can't be bothered to cook!

The ‘in the box’ options are okay however hot kebab meat, which was good, and chips and salad all under one roof makes the chips soggy and the salad warm…. so not a great idea. First time ordering from here and would order again but something different. Samosa’s are way too small also and the salad is in a plastic bag 🤷🏻‍♂️ go biodegradable guys

The box meals with a chapati are absolutley pukka highly reccomend. Everything ive had from here is always 10/10 for taste, quality and delivery time, the food is ALWAYS piping hot on arrival. Honestly its real food cooked properly by outstanding people who care and take pride in what they do. I cant praise Shetu enough

Been searching hard to find a decent Indian. It’s found, lamb chops are literally perfect so tender, onion barg good size, super crispy without being oily. One pots are a good idea really tasty curries, meat cooked to perfection. King prawns cooked really well and the sauce they come in was the best sauce better than the curry’s, unreal food.

Had a lot of lamb chops in my time and these was up there with the best.. gorgeous! Chicken tikka biryani tasty and hot.. madras sauce tasty! All food was delivered early and piping hot.. friendly driver will use again
