Lovely hot cooked breakfast. Was able to swop items and staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely come again.

Fab brunch - nice unfussy place, efficient service. The food was very good - great sausages (the mark of a good breakfast!).

My partner and I come here every weekend now, as the food is just superb. We are both vegetarian and struggle to find somewhere which accommodates for vegetarians, but the brunch house has so many different options. We are spoilt for choice here, and Ben the owner will always go above and beyond. Highly recommend the best place in Bognor for breakfast/brunch.

This was a brilliant lunch I had a lovely chicken and avocado salad and my husband enjoyed tucking into a full English breakfast. The service was good and the food was hot where it needed to be. A good find if you want to have an enjoyable experience. I think next time I might try the burgers they looked delicious.

Amazing food, dog friendly and super affordable! Delicious food cooked by Ben and lovely coffees too! Would definitely recommend the French toast and breakfast burrito. Will be returning!

been here a few times now and although a little expensive , you do pay for the quality of the food , the sausages are lovely , the burgers aint bad either , well worth a visit - great service and great food
