First time visiting The Brook and cannot fault it. We were a party of 9 (plus a baby) and they arranged our table so there was plenty of room for the pushchair. All the staff were super friendly and very efficient. They took the order quickly and the drinks and food arrived in good time. Visited on a Sunday and had the roast, which was lovely. Great roast potatoes and extra gravy when asked for. Staff were attentive and checked on us / asked if we needed anything regularly. Thank you!

I visited on Mother's Day and was very disappointed with the limited menu, a lot of which was not available. Food was average and I complained. The owner could not have been nicer and refunded the cost of my meal and brought me a bunch of flowers. Credit where credit is due. However I would not not go back at busy times, the food at lunch time is great, not so much when really stretched.

Do you know when you get that incredible match on tinder and she looks amazing on the photos but when you meet it turns out to be a catfish that’s exactly how I felt when I went to this restaurant.

We were seated quickly and our server was courteous and incredibly efficient. Orders taken promptly, with drinks, starters and mains also delivered very timely. We were very happy with the food and the bill was settled without the usual waiting around.

Thanks to everyone there! Large, complicated, kids and adults, mixed table there for a birthday celebration. Could have been a nightmare but was all handled brilliantly, staff were excellent, professional and always with a smile. Good choice of food and all served promptly, hot and was excellent. We booked a table on Old Years eve but ended up being late due to train delays out of London. Called ahead and they were very accommodating - service was excellent despite being very busy in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Cajun chicken burger. lamb burger and chicken satay (starter) all enjoyed. Food arrived promptly, hot and freshly prepared. Also no issues accommodating wheelchair ♿️. Great experience !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to The Brook as a family gathering of 35. We had our own area and whilst we had a number of individual tables we were able to move and the space felt like ours. The food was excellent and given the number of us there was always the chance someone may not have liked theirs. That wasn't the case and everyone said how nice it was. Staff were excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even when they found my sister-in-laws boot! May well go back at sometime.

As always The Brook never fails to deliver , I love our weekend drink and food here , friendly staff , always helpful , the food is top notch and a great selection of drinks , not to mention the warm feeling of the interior and spacious beer garden , we are always coming back , Thank you for everything.

I had visited at 18:00 on Wednesday(31/08/2022) with my friend(5 people). We ordered of squid and prawn before main meals, but I found a long hair(maybe 20 cm) inside a squid. A hair is not ourside of squid and it was penetrated in a squid. It was really horrible moment. A waitress gave me a new squid, but I lost my appetite. They gave us the free dessert. When you eat the food, you should be careful.

We often go to The Brook for a drink and sometimes have food.The staff are always really friendly, welcoming, polite and give a great service, always a nice atmosphere too.My wife is a vegetarian so we've both had the vegan burger which is delicious.I would definitely recommend The Brook for food and drink.Also there is loads of outside space which is lovely in the nice weather.

Visited the brook and sat in the garden. It was a busy Tuesday dinner. The service and food was brilliant. I visited here a year or so ago and the garden has had some hard work done to it and is an enjoyable atmosphere. There are good infection control measures in place for the current climate.

The Brook is a good local pub but our dinner experience was a bit average. Food was ok, choice of beers modest (run out of a couple...) while the service was efficient. Probably it didn't help that we went in covid time.

Eaten here a couple of times since lockdown has been lifted. Friendly staff whom keep to social distancing regulations. Plenty of space to feel comfortable in these worrying times. Food is fab, between us we have tried all the menu with no complaints and prices are reasonable. Large beer garden for after dinner drinks is a bonus

I eat there on Thursday 5 th I had the special which was a delicious salmon fillet on a bed of new potatoes and asparagus in a lemon , garlic , prawn butter sauce. It was £ 14.95 and so tasty, the sweet I chose was a banoffe sundae again it was so tasty at £6.00. The staff are very friendly and efficient the pub is beautifully decorated clean and lovely and warm. I wish I could give The Brook more than 5 stars because it is such a wonderful place, I live in Truro Cornwall I only wish we had a pub like The Brook in our city unfortunately we have nothing that comes up to their standard.

What another fabulous evening spent at The Brook. It is a lovely pub serving exceptional food and great cocktails. They do not have a lot of fun based cocktails, mostly vodka however a gin based cosmopolitan was no trouble at all, and tasted great.Same menu is served in the bar as in the restaurant, each has a different ambience so sit where the mood takes you.

The Brook offers pub grub, but better than most. Weve had the Fish and Chips, and the Burger previously all done really wellI can recommend the Seafood pie. Really niceMy kids like it as there is a little playground there tooParking can be tricky.

I went here for my works Christmas meal, i never expect much with mass produced food at this time of year, but this really was the exception!! The food was first class and the service second to none!! I would thoroughly recommend. I had the beef main and was amazing and the set menu was excellent value! Will be back again.

We decided to embark apon this classy public house after toying between Osaka and The Brook. We both decided with, The Brook, and boy did we get it right. My partner had a deliciously tender duck breast (melt in the mouth) and I dined on the rich, delicate herb encrusted Lamb steak. I think it’s inevitable that we will be returning to, The Brook. This pub has really improved both itself and its reputation locally. It now a large beer garden that is pleasant to sit in and good for all ages.

The food is great, not your typical pub grub, a well thought out menu. We ate in the garden, which is spacious and well shaded. The staff are attentive and we were served nicely. A good selection of drinks too

Went to Brook with friends & family. We were only going to have a drink but ended up staying for dinner. The food was fantastic. Very nice pub also, has a lovely garden which is quite big. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived around 9pm was a little tentative as never been here before. I was amazed by the decor, really nicely done. Ordering even though we were late wasn’t a problem. Had Brie and steak starters both amazing and so tasty. Felt so fresh. For mains we had the lamb steak and pork chop, pictures below. Both dishes were plentiful and tasted out of this world. Was the best food I have eaten in a long time. Proper home cooked. Beer and cocktails were also very good. Only grumble we were told kitchen was closed for desert and that no coffee was available. Other than that a 5 star dinner!!!

Used to love this pub throughout the years visiting but recently seems to be an attraction for parents with very young children or toddlers that have very minimal drinks (what I have seen) and treat the pub as a creche!

Lovely Sunday evening. Great atmosphere, great bar, varied menu. We both ordered the English fish and chips served with mushy peas. All was good.

Very quick sand polite service, nice decor and garden, traditional Sunday lunch was great but not a great vegetarian choice, ran out of both fish options.

We have been here numerous times over the years and decided to spend a relaxing Friday night there. It was buzzing in the bar and restaurant. Our waitress as ever was Egzona and as ever she was superb. We had a sumptuous Gin & T each great variety... So Thanks Egzona you are a star. The food was so delicious we had the Lamb Steak & Pork Chop... well worth it. Having eaten in many places recently this was simply superb.... & then we shared the Panna Cotta... The Brook is fantastic, gorgeous freshly prepared food whether dining in the restaurant or in the main bar, lovely range of wines, beers and artisan gins. The decor is elegant and classy and the staff are so welcoming. The garden is huge and there is plenty of seating for busy times, plus a play area for the kids. Just a lovely pub all-round and so lovely to have on the doorstep of Worcester Park.

Returned to this pub for Sunday lunch as it has been refurbished post-Xmas. The Sunday lunch is the best in the area and reasonably priced. The new decor is a great improvement - bright and comfortable and the staff are efficient, warm and friendly as always. A great local!

Not our first time here, but the first time we have gone as an extended three generation family for Sunday lunch. At first glance the menu always looks a bit limited to me, but the quality of the food has been good enough on previous visits to keep me.coming back. And this is what you get with the Brook - a menu that at first glance does not excite, but when served up never disappoints. The food was once again excellent, everybody enjoyed their meal without any complaints. We were glad we had booked, as the place filled up very quickly, but mainly with other families out to avoid the cooking and washing up on a Sunday like us...

I meet with two friends (all in our 70's) regularly for lunchtime food and drinks. We visit different venues in South London. The Brook is one we keep coming back too. Being lunchtime we always find a table in the bar area. The Brook has recently had a refurb. New tables, chairs and toilets all done to a high standard.

I normally come here for drinks with my friend who lives in the area , has a nice atmosphere and nice garden outback.

The 2 rating is generous; Rude and unhelpful staff, hostile doormen, unhygenic facilities, crap and overpriced beer. The only good thing about my last visit was the music.

Quiet dining area separated from the drinks area which is nice if you want to have a conversation with your friends that you can hear each other. Very nice food and drinks.

What a lovely day at the Brook today. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was good and the food delicious. I had the red pepper soup for starter, fillet of salmon with pumpkin for main course and creme bruleè for dessert. All very flavourful and well presented. Will be visiting again soon.

A good local pub with the best wine list in Worcester Park. There is a huge garden, which is great for the summer. The food is tasty and the service is friendly. One of the more expensive pubs in the area

Pint and a meal mid week, I went for the steak. Food arrived in a timely manner, steak cooked as requested and was a decent cut. Pepper corn sauce tho was disappointing was more like gravy. Overall a happy experience and would eat it again.

Excellent freshly prepared food, helpful waiter, a really good meal. 2 of us went Monday lunchtime and the only thing that marred the experience was that it was freezing cold. Big room and I suspect no heating. We both left chilled to the bone. Pity.

We arranged an 80th birthday celebration lunch for my wife and were impressed by the preparedness of the manager to adapt the selection of items for a menu choice which we could circulate to our guests in advance. Each course was served in a very short time scale and many commented on the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere. A particular example of comments was "I have seldom had such a superb meal when eating out. It was a wonderful choice."

This place is a gem! My family and I went for lunch and it was perfect! Could not fault the food, had the seafood pie and several desserts and enjoyed it so much!!! The restaurant itself was such a lovely setting to eat in and really liked the interior. The service was brilliant, everyone was very friendly, helpful and just made our meal even better! 100% recommend.

This place has so moved on from The Midas Touch days. Had a late lunch here and it was delicious. Good price. Good service.

A modern pub and restaurant in Worcester Park with quite a large garden and good carpark. Have visited many times for dinner during the week. Have found the restaurant to be consistently excellent featuring a range of starters, mains and a short list of desserts. The food is prepared carefully and presented well, the ingredients are always fresh resulting in a very high standard of cuisine. We chose the battered cod, peas and handcut chips, lamb cutlets and a fillet of salmon_ impeccably cooked, tasty and tender with thoughtful accompanying vegetables and potatoes and sauces. All very good. Priced competively especially considering the standard. A little disappointed that calves liver ( my personal favourite and really excellent) has been dropped from the menu! I got over it_ the fillet of salmon was great. The dessert menu was enticing_ try the chocolate fudge brownie sundae! Service friendly and attentive. All highly recommended.

With the heat outside it was very welcoming x the staff were very polite and friendly x my husband enjoyed his food which was the lamb x I hade the veg Wellington which wasn’t very nice x it doesn’t say it comes with veg which it did and I can’t stand peas x I love my veg but I felt they were a little under cooked x the wine was very nice x

I came here a couple of weeks ago for lunch. I had the chicken and bacon ciabatta and my friend had a salad. Both were nicely presented and came out promptly. The menu was varied and it was difficult to make a decision! We were not disappointed with our choices, the salad was fresh and tasty and the ciabatta was scrumptious. We didn't have room for pudding.We sat outside, we thought the outside space could be made prettier and a fence to block out the road would be better. There is ample parking. I would recommend this place.

Arrived in time was seated straight away and given menus and drinks ordered the menu had changed to a spring menu to our disappointment so 3 our group were looking forward to a avocado and prawn starter which wasn’t available so had the chilli prawns instead but what they wanted asparagus with everything which I dislike immensely house wine white and red good service good pity about the menu change though also they automatically add 10% tip if you want to tip give cash so it doesn’t go through the till to be taxed before the scaffold get little back more husband demanded they give it him back and we left a cash tip with waitress

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a party at the Brook. We had about 75 people and used the whole restaurant area. The food was fantastic- we had the canapés menu as we wanted an informal feel to the evening, and the staff led by Vicky were all wonderful. We had music through a playlist and the space was great for dancing. We thoroughly recommend The Brook as both a pub, restaurant and a place for a great party!

Called in on passing as we had not been here for some time. It was good before (which was why we went back) and were not disappointed. Chicken Supreme special @ £13 was excellent, bottle of rose at £16 was perfectly cold. Wish it was closer!

It's nice to have the outside option in this heatwave, and the good size garden is a plus. The food range is quite good and fair quality. The burgers where the best main option as the fish pie was average and the salad was a disappointment, even with the addition of the halloumi cheese. Starters where quite good, and a fair portion. There is a descent drinks range. On balance it is a bit above 'average', but not 'very good'

I come here with friends, family and my partner! Food is amazing, I can’t believe it’s pub food at times. On a sunny day the garden is just the place and the staff are overall friendly. Just wish they’d start selling pink gin!

Worcester Park has a very limited number of places worth eating at but the Brook provides a good variety of well prepared food at a reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere too

Ate here Saturday night when the bar was heaving and the restaurant was full. There seemed to be only two lovely waitresses for the whole restaurant but they kept our drinks and food flowing all night. I’ve been here many times and think it is great. The bacon, chicken and avocado salad is a favourite of mine as is the pate. My partner had the beef pie a few weeks ago and said it didn’t have much flavour so this is something they can improve on.

We all went yesterday for a roast Sunday lunch. The meat was tender but the vegetables very undercooked, the broccoli and greens were very hard. Also the choice was very limited. Surely runner beans and cabbage could have been on offer this time of year. Why do all these restaurants give you broccoli and carrots is this because they are cheap. Other seasonal veg at the moment are runner beans, peas, French beans, corn on the cob etc etc, the choice is endless.
