I absolutely love this family run cafe . Kerry and Rich are so lovely and welcoming. I’m a coffee snob and the coffee here is spot on . I should have put a photo of my breakfast on but I’ve eaten it , lol . The food is beautifully seasoned and very good value for money . There are tables outside but it’s pet friendly anyway . They also do outside catering . Please support this local business.

Rich and Kerry did a fantastic job catering afternoon tea for my sister’s baby shower at the end of November 21. As a party of 16 with multiple dietary requirements (including coeliac, dairy free, egg free, vegan, cheese free and of course no dietary requirements), the afternoon tea prepared at The Bromley was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed their afternoon teas, which were ample, very filling, and well presented. Special mention on the scotch eggs which went down very well! We had the venue to ourselves and Rich and Kerry were very flexible with allowing us to set up and decorate as required. The venue was the perfect size for our party and enabled everyone to be able to talk and mingle. Throughout the baby shower they were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for looking after us so well. The Bromley is a fantastic venue with a great team behind it. I would highly recommend and we will be returning!

I was a bit reluctant to give The Bromley a try, though I couldn't really say why, but we wanted to support a local business and have a crack and it was totally worth it. The food is very tasty and fresh, the guys inside are really friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. Someone recommended the sausage rolls and I just tried one and it was incredible! I'm not a huge fan of the brick effect decor inherited from the previous owner but the food and the service are the main thing and they're both brilliant. If you are local definitely give it a go!

Under new management and as always a great place to eat. Went in for lunch at around 1:30pm, my husband asked if they still sold all day breakfast, which they do but only until 11:30 and because they had time they said would cook it for him, so lovely of them as we were 2 hours later than their normal cut off time and much appreciated. I had cheese and ham panini which was absolutely lovely. We had coffee and tea (asked if we wanted cup or mug for tea which is great because I prefer a mug!). We will definitely be visiting again.

Visited for lunch. Chicken Cesar salad . Coffee, salad with plenty of chicken, mixed sides. Service is excellent. Clean and friendly. Toilets spotless, baby changing supplies. A place for two or more. Or you can come as a single or couple, and sit in lovely sofas and read the papers, watch folk and drink very nice coffee. You could waste a good couple of lovely hours here. Thank you, we will be back. Oh yes, watch out for the cakes !!!

I think it is great to have this Cafe here now - I was about to attend the service of a family friend, not of an age you would normally expect to hear someone has died, and had known him all my life so very sad and nervous about attending the service, especially as I was on my own. The bright welcome made me feel so much better and I was able to sit and munch and look out of the window and psych myself up before finding the relevant chapel, which the ladies serving were also able to help with and point me in the right direction. It helped to wind down after the service (which was lovely - the funeral celebrant had really familiarised himself with the background) with a glass of wine afterwards whilst I waited for my taxi. Nice selection of food and speciality teas as well
