Authentic and flavourfull Indian food definitely order again

First time we placed an order here we were very unhappy with the food and left a bad review. The management took immediate action and refunded us the money, additionally they also offered a free order and was very happy with the food we got! The first time order was a butter paneer and lamb tikka which was very poor. But the dhupiaza and chicken biriyani was really flavourful and tasty. Thanks to the team!

12 September 2023 First time we used the spice factory and wasn't disappointed. We usually get takeaway from chilli inn but I was closed. Ordered 10 different curries and every person really enjoyed their curry I personally had chicken balti it was delicious, just say we will be using The Spice Factory in the future, chili inn loss spice factory gain

Takeaway Indian is hard to be excellent as the food has to travel but this is by far the best Indian I have tasted, full of flavour and cooked to perfection A definite must try from a curry enthusiast You are very unlikely to be disapointed, 10 out of 10, also helps as very nice people with high standards

5/5 unreal Indian. Really enjoyed the food especially the Dhansak and the peshwari naan. Thanks for the free papadums and yoghurt we loved it!

Excellent tasty curries. The flavours, spices are always excellent and not too oily which is great. Definitely my top choice when wanting an Indian takeaway. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Bristol Spice Factory👍

First time ordering , was meant to arrive at 11pm but didn’t arrive till 12 started calling restaurant at 11:15 to see where the order was but no answer won’t be ordering again

Hands down the nicest curry I have had in a long time! Beautifully presented, full of flavour, travelled really well and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely coming back soon! Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Lovely food. So nice to have a dedicated vegan section. Would be lovely if you could add a couple of vegan starters/side dishes too. Will definitely be back.

Can't really fault the standard of the food, apart from the soft papadums . Missed orders & charging £1.50 for delivery for a £38+ order (for two), that was less than a mile away, AND for the bags is something I have certainly never heard of before and find unacceptable.

A little expensive but that was a DARN GOOD curry! Definitely recommend.

We had a Indian meal from here and it was soooo good. Lots of fresh chicken, lovely flavours. Just the right heat definitely have another.

1st time order, won’t be the last !! Dishes were full of flavour, meat was moist and even the nan was super tasty ! I finished the left over today for my lunch and the meat (lamb & chicken ) was still perfect despite a reheat in microwave ! A little bit more pricy than others but we got collection discount so makes it even. Highly recommended! We’ll be back 😊
