Went for lunch to meet work colleagues. Great atmosphere and the staff and service was excellent. Good didn't live up to the great menu but maybe it was just what I ordered.a fish dumped on a plate. The starters were excellent.

Just been there for brunch with 3 friends. It is a nice place. When we arrived the place was almost empty. We all ordered coffees to start and they all arrived with no spoons nor sugar, which we then had to request. The place started to get a bit busier but it then took the staff over 40 mins to take our orders and then another 30 mins for the food to arrive. I ordered the turkey and ham hock pie, which was very tasty. However, when I asked the waitress what the pie came with I was informed it came with mash potato and vegetables. When it arrived it did indeed come with mash potatos but only 1 piece of broccoli. I mean seriously!! I was not going to pay the service charge (as there was basically no service) but my friends are too nice and decided to pay it. First time visiting for me and the last!!!

We booked the private room with the fireplace and had a lovely lunch and drinks with some neighbours and friends. Great service and private room with fire made it cosy on a winter afternoon. Thank you!

I recently had a great experience at The Beech House in Beaconsfield. The atmosphere was really welcoming and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was fantastic, especially the pizza. Fern and the team were amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was such an enjoyable night, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great place for a large family group on Sunday afternoon. There were 6 adults and 4 tots and there was plenty of room for us without impacting other diners. Food was good although I would have liked a couple more healthy choices for vegetarians. All in all though very good and the whole family enjoyed it.

Great venue for families. We were a group of 8 adults, three toddlers and a baby looking for a place serving good quality food, generous proportions at a reasonable price. This place did us proud. Cheerful service, served quickly (vital with toddlers) and the food and drink was fab. And a nice cheery place to be on a dank, cold January Sunday.

My friend and I went to the Beech House on Christmas Eve having booked the bottomless brunch. We had such a fun afternoon. The service was excellent (the bottomless bit might have affected my memory but I think one of our servers was called Hannah and she was brilliant) and the food was delicious. What was nice is the staff appeared to all be happy working there which was nice to see. Makes a real difference when greeted with a few smiles. There was a really happy vibe in there. Will definitely return.

Ok but probably wouldn’t visit again! The chap who served us was very nice. Food was very average and some dishes wer very overpriced- salmon and Caesar Salad for example. When I went use the restroom I was shocked . The bar side was dirty and broken glass, sticky floor etc and young children running around totally unsupervised !! I love seeing children out having a great time but so dangerous for them with no adults watching. Aside from injury they were by the toilets which is closed off from the main bar which leaves them open to not very nice people. the youngest was about 3yrs old if that ! Of course that’s the parent’s responsibility but maybe tightening the rules on children might be helpful and protect these youngsters a bit more from neglectful parenting. Overall a very underwhelming experience for a family meal.

The Beech House is a social hub in Beaconsfield offering a contemporary take on the village hostelry. A strong WiFi signal is enjoyed by all and the presence of WFH free loaders is apparent. The choice of beers and wines is great and supported by a creative pub menu featuring pizzas from a real pizza oven. A fun place to meet friends.

Did a work lunch here with over 40 people, and needed to be in and out within the hour with preordered food. The beech house accommodated our needs perfectly, and ran the meal delivery so smoothly. Very impressive, and food was delicious.

Bianca was very lovely. Looked after our table well. Symplicity (vegan) beef burgers and Egg Funghi very good. Might give the vegan shakeshuka a miss tho.

We held our GP Practice's - The Simpson Centre and Penn Surgery's - away day in the meeting room at The Beech House earlier this year, and were thoroughly impressed! The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing exceptional attention and seamless support with all the audiovisual equipment needed for our presentation. The management and staff were outstanding, and the food was absolutely top-notch. A fantastic experience from start to finish—highly recommended for professional events or gatherings!

I have normally enjoyed brunch at the beach house but today was not good. The food came out on a cold plate. My eggs poached were tiny my friends fried eggs were overcooked. There were lots of dog hairs on the seating area. It took them so long to clear the tables around us. We were not asked if we would like sauces with our breakfast and so we were up and down. The food was tasty but I will not be rushing back.

We booked the private room at the beech house for our NCT Christmas reunion with 14 adults and 7 babies. The staff were extremely helpful, the room had been set out perfectly for us all with the babies and the food and drinks all served well. Thank you so much for being so accommodating for such a large group!

Excellent steak + bearnaise sauce this evening. Service from Jake was excellent and my young kids were made to feel very welcome.

Kid friendly, great. Food (if it comes) not great. Pizza bread tasted soapy, kids pasta sauce out of a tin. Nice kids fish and chips though. We've been here 3 times. Each time they forget a dish or it's delayed. Tonight they forgot to cook a dish and then it wasn't ready after 25mins, so we took it off the bill and left (just as it came out the kitchen). For the cost of food here you do expect better.

I recently visited The Beech House to celebrate my best friend's birthday, and it was an incredible experience! The ambience was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the celebration. I’ve been multiple times. I love the bolognese pizza. Me and mum went with family after our confirmation. I have had it twice once I realised that it was there and I loved it every time! Robert is really nice. I came in today out of the blue to ask a few questions for my assignment and he went above and beyond! I showed him the assignment and he asked for my email address and took the ball and rolled with it.

I've never had a bad experience at an Oakman inns place. And this was great. Service was great and really great place for a catch up with friends/family. Food choice is excellent as a vegetarian. I've sadly scored the food a bit low only because the sticky toffee pudding was cold. This was without hesitation refine but it was still on the tepid side and I expect a STP should be nice and warm in my opinion and experience.

Modern, relaxing atmosphere, great layout and very roomy. Pleasant and lovely staff, good service and best of all the food is spot on, it's actually very good indeed. 👍

By far the worst meal we have had for a long time. Calamari cold and batter not crispy. No triple cooked chips so fries or mash given as an option. Mash inedible, looked like rubber so changed to fries which were mediocre. No sirloin so 4 of us changed to rump steak. Not sure how this was cooked, nothing like I have seen or tasted before, very weird texture. Toilets were filthy, the mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Very disappointing overall.

We stopped in for morning coffee on 24th October and waited at bar to order. After being completely ignored by the 2 members of staff standing just in front of us, I eventually interrupted them to ask for coffees. My husband joined us 15 minutes later and was also completely ignored despite again being just in front of the staff. Next time we’ll go to one of the other friendlier cafes. It’s a shame because we’ve never had any problems with the restaurant side.

Good food and choice for brunch, service was too slow.

Service was very efficient, the food came out fast and piping hot. Was a lovely roast beef, the Yorkshire puddings were deliciously crunchy and soft.

Worst food I have for as long as I can remember, 3 of 4 dishes were inedible Staff were friendly enough but the food was simply dire, quite difficult to make a pizza inedible but they managed to!

Don’t bother, service is more or less non existent. 25 minutes minimum for a drink. Ordered two pizzas and the equivalent of 4 chillies per pizza too hot for anyone to eat more like a chilli challenge. Response from server or sometimes the chef likes to do that! Laughable

Went for brunch on bank holiday. Serving staff Jack was very polite and so helpful. Food was delicious i had turkish eggs and my partner had ham and cheese panini and my step son has pasta we all enjoyed our food.

I had an amazing experience enjoying a delicious Sunday roast! The food was perfectly cooked, with tender meat, flavorful vegetables, and all the right trimmings. We popped in last night, my wife and I, as we live 2 minutes away. Might I say this was our first time there and we didn't know how the food tastes. We ordered pasta and pizza: BIANCO PROSCIUTTO E FUNGHI FUSILLI POLLO E PANNA First taste, we were transported to Italy. The pasta was amazing and delicious. 2nd place was the pizza. As an extra, you must ask for the tomato sauce. Service was great as well. Waiter was polite and friendly. Atmosphere beautiful and romantic inside. We'll make sure to come back.

Disappointed . Breakfast portions were expensive and very small . I’ve never seen such a small muffin under eggs Benedict ! £4 for a child’s tablespoon of beans and 1 slice of toast Service was added and we had to find the waitress to pay even though the restaurant had very few people in it

Morning coffee, barista, very welcoming and helpful. Always a cheery greeting from them, they know what we have and how we like it. 👍 👍👍

The food is good but the service is incredibly slow, even when there are not many people in the restaurant. Expect wait for 20 minutes for a coffee. That has happened to me twice here. It ruins the experience and it’s confusing that it takes this long when there is hardly anyone in the place.

We had nice pub food here. The meals were tasty. Fish & chips, pizza, burgers, chicken and salad. All did the job. Pricey.

Staff friendly, service is slow. Kitchen staff were loud, could hear them saying ‘they couldn’t be bothered’. It showed, the food was below average. I can cook a steak from Tesco better than their £35 steak which was tough. If you want a full English and some beer, then the place is great, if you want to go out for a meal, stay clear of the place.

There is very limited parking in the area. We went on a Monday and they seemed to be out of alot of dishes. They also had alot of staff but no one seemed to be doing much. We were checked on once during dinner and had to go and find our server for more drinks

The Beech House in Beacondfield is a really good venue for any occasion. We went for a family meal and it was superb to say the least. There is a great selection of food and drinks to be had too. We were all very happy with our choices and will be most definitely returning in the near future. One person in particular I have to mention is, the waiter "JACK". Although the other waiters were good Jack went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy with our chosen meals/drinks etc. He kept coming over asking if we were OK or did we need anything else. All in all, we all had a great time made even more special by JACK'S courteous attention.

It was very disappointing on our last visit. Service was poor, and both wait & food unacceptable. Food arrived at different times & one meal not as hot as it should have been! Sadly, it was not as good as earlier visits despite the amount spent.

Unfortunately our experience here did not live up to expectations. The food was disappointing - underdone pizza and questionable vegan burger that my mum couldn’t finish. Drinks were ok but nothing special and atmosphere completely dead on a Saturday night. Waiter was friendly and service was quick but we wouldn’t return for food as there are plenty better establishments nearby that you could better spend your money. Would probably return for a drink but I would recommend the Treehouse or one of the many pubs nearby for a superior cocktail.

Had a really nice brunch here, everything was tasty with good portions. Staff were very helpful and relaxed. The salmon in the eggs royale was a wee bit over salty, but otherwise a great choice for an impromptu weekend meal.

The food was nice, just my salad a bit too dry. It took long to order on the counter, even it was not crowded. Was standing and nobody asked what I want, what I am waiting for. Just after a while, when I started search for waitress, one girl came to me and took my order. The food was prepaired quick, we sat outside. Was nice sunny day. The table was clean. A bit pricy place.

Stop here the other day after a long week and the server made my day. She was so kind and nothing was too much for her. Thank you Karolina you made my morning much enjoyable.

Lots of food to choose from! Only issue is one of the specials was marked vegetarian when it had prosciutto ham in it, and it was hard to get service at times! (And quite pricey!)

Eggs came over cooked, replaced them but it was raw. No salt on the food, bread was barely grilled, bacon needed more frying. Service was bland. A solid waste of £40.

Pretty awful, food was cold, burnt and the cocktail (passiontini) was mediocre. Will not be coming back. Sunday roast was completely burnt and taste of char; the best things being the Yorkshire pudding. The price did not reflect the quality in the slightest. A few years back this used to be a thriving local hotspot but it has seen significant decline in the past few years which can be seen through the massive decrease in quality of food but also service. Overall displeased.

Modern buzzy place to eat with great service from a well managed staff. Although a little noisy at time but this does not detract from having a splendid meal. Pizza are especially good and the open kitchen adds to the enjoyment.

Overpriced with poor service . Very small portions , we had a ‘small plate’ item which included feta cheese and the feta was such a small slice, we were genuinely shocked . Food was just ‘ok’. When the manager asked for feedback (which we gave!), he seemed annoyed and didn’t apologise …we asked for the service charge to be removed. It’s just not great. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Possibly the worst Nourish Bowl I’ve ever eaten…. Cold, slimy squash is never going to be good. A real lack of both variety and thought in the salad department. No excuse for such a lack of choice. The only things that saved this from being 1 star were the lovely service and the garlic bread starter.

This is a regular spot for meeting with friends. Plenty of seating. Nice atmosphere and decor. Pleasant and attentive team behind the bar. I haven't used the restaurant but did try the mushroom pizza while in the bar area and if was very nice.

I've always thought this was a decent place to have a drink, meet a friend, have some food.

Cold coffee, luke warm brunch - piece of toast, 2 x over cooked poached eggs, dollop of salmon & avocado. £15 excluding the coffee. I wouldn't bother.

Good place for a Sunday lunch. We arrived here on spec and we were pleased to get a table. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The food was good just what we wanted.

Service was very slow. Took a long time to take our food order after bringing us drinks. And then took a long time to order more drinks after that. Food was average. I ordered the POLLO E PANNA FUSILLI and had 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it. To the point I thought they’d just bought me the plain mushroom one instead. Food is ok priced but drinks are very over priced. Not likely to return.

The vegan options at The Beech House are getting really good! We had the vegan lamb moussaka today and it was amazing!! It was on their specials menu but hopefully it'll make it to the main menu 😋

Accommodated a fairly large group of us (8 people) at very short notice for bank holiday dinner. Food and service were excellent.

Stopped here for breakfast. Lovely place. Very spacious, decor is great. Food is fairly pricey and portion size is small but it really is delicious so that makes up for it. The staff are attentive and the whole place is run smoothly. Service was very quick. No parking outside but there are several car parks around all in a couple of minutes walk.

Wow wow wow! Absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere was great, with 2 sections, one more cocktail bar and the other more a traditional restaurant. It has plenty of customer parking at the back. We were served by Leigh who was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The chefs smashed it out the park. The food was beautiful cooked, perfectly seasoned and clearly fresh ingredients. The kitchen is set in the restaurant so you can see how hard they work and the effort they put in to each plate. We will be back again next week.

I have been a regular at the beech house for many many years. Back when they were a single unit before the expansion. I’ve always loved it, loved the food & atmosphere. However I will no longer be returning. I booked a meal for our anniversary, all good & confirmed. In the notes I mentioned il be bringing our young cockapoo who’s a good boy to the meal, we were aware and completely fine with being in the bar area. Upon arrival we were told to sit in the restaurant despite me asking if they’re sure that’s ok as I know it’s normally dogs in bar only. We sat down, within 5 mins another member of staff came over to move us. We were in the bar area, it was a Sunday evening so mainly dead. There was a family with screaming kids and a couple of ladies who were absolutely steaming, disturbing everyone. Everyone who was sitting eating food ended up moving to the other end of the bar including us. The kids were flinging chairs across the floor, yelling. Running in & out of tables of people who were eating and you could clearly see everyone was getting annoyed. Manager behind the bar couldn’t care less. I Kept telling the kids & the women to stop coming up to our table when we’re trying to have a meal and to leave the dog alone. Then they were calling him from across the room. The looks on all the customers faces were fed up & quite surprised the staff just couldn’t care less despite people complaining about it. We ordered our starters which came and were great (squid & prawns) the halloumi however came lathered in the thickest layer of the cheapest tasting tomato sauce going. Ordered the mains, was told no chicken available, no Caesar salad and no rice (!) which wiped out half the menu. Ended up getting Lebanese lamb and opted for cous cous instead which wasn’t too bad. Lamb very fatty. My wife ordered a Sunday roast which was stone cold. Absolutely stone cold. We complained and they took it back saying a fresh one was being made, when all they did was nuke it in a microwave. It arrived back with the same veg (cut open potato & 1 carrot on plate as wife had them) and tried to play it off as a new meal until we challenged it. Potato’s were just mush. Beef was overdone and chewy. So half of it went to the dog so at least one of us had a great night. No one came over to ask how it was or to check on us. The beech house used to be a quality place, great food great drinks and great people with a buzzing atmosphere, but the people coming in the door hoods up, trackies on and the low quality food is giving a weatherspoon vibe yet they’ll pull your pants down on the pricing. It’s gone downhill over the last year for sure and I definitely won’t be recommending it or coming back. Instead il Head into the old town instead it’s got beautiful friendly family run restaurants all over.

Food was good, staff was lovely especially James! Our steak came a bit late and a bit too overcooked for our liking and he compensated that for us with free dessert. What a lovely guy!
