I was served with the worst fish and chips that I have ever eaten. The batter was so thick that I could not cut it. When I eventually hacked my way through the batter there was very little fish inside and it was stuck to the batter. My wife had a Chicken Caesar salad which looked ok but she vomited it back a few hours later, I suspect as a result of the chicken.

To be honest the food was better when it was a Weatherspoons... Microwaved curry.. Microwaved rice.. The curry was supposedly chicken tika but it really didn't taste like a tika.. The prices have gone up ? Maybe to justify the food ? As before it was better as a Weatherspoons, at least you knew you were getting Microwaved food. Unfortunately we won't be eating here again. On a bonus, my partner said her steak was nice.

Ordered 2 fish and chips special offer £20 Looked good on arrival, chips were nasty not the chunky chips the menu promises, cheap steak chips Fish what fish cut it in half and couldn't find the fish. Both myself and friend left it all, when staff arrived to take plates we got 'finished' and plates were taken. Never eat there again. Bar staff were useless and if a mistake is made they can't correct it they have to wait for manager, nice to see trust in your staff. Bring back witherspoon all is forgiven

Very disappointing, booked a table and requested a table by the front window because a bit clostraphobic. It was my partners birthday so we thought we would try it out as its under a new pub chain and not wetherspoons which we never had a problem with. When we arrived we were put at the back by a frosted window so it felt like an enclosed ally. My partners food was just ok she said but I had a victoria pie while although the pie was OK it was just thrown on top of some dried up mash and dried up mushy peas, which for £13 you would have thought they would have made more effort. My partner and I eat out quite often but this was abysmal with nothing right, such a shame as it could do a lot better. We now go to the golden lion, brewers fayre or railway pub which seem to make more of an effort and possibly better value for money.

The new Bears Head post Wetherspoons and now Croeso Inns, is a bit of a disappointment. As primarily a real ale drinker, while not expecting Wetherspoons prices or choice, nevertheless to date, only the 2 same draught ales have been available (sorry I refuse to count the dreadful Doom Bar !). Its sad to see 7 hand pumps just standing unused. Even then and within 6 days of opening, those 2 ales were already unavailable and apparently had been for several days. Not a good start.

Steak pudding was tiny and very dry more like pastry not suet no taste small portion my wife had a burger not good too

Went there for a mixed grill and what we got was a plate of the thinnest gammon, steak(if you could call it that), chicken, pork loin(i think) that i have ever seen. I have been to roadside cafes that produce a far better meal for far less, This is a company that just does not care anymore. I used to go there quite often but had been away for some time, If anyone asks me now i would say stay the hell away from any wetherspoons when it comes to food. The drink that came with it (we had lemonade) tasted like the river taff but fizzy). This is no complaint about the staff it is the exceedingly poor quality of the food.

Great little Spoons, friendly staff and good vibe to the place. My only gripe with the place and reason for writing this is that I wish staff would clear tables quicker, and pick litter off the floor. Last 3 times we’ve been in we’ve had to clear our own table and get cloth to wipe it down. As I say it’s a great place and great staff just needs some attention to what people see when they first walk in.

Popped in for an early morning breakfast (8.30) as I( was passing, good call. I wasn't the only customer at that time. Had the large breakfast which was as I expected. Clean environment, would definitely frequent next time I'm passing.

Upon walking in to the pub I waited for a couple of minutes at the bar. Only one other customer was being served while four staff members were either chatting or putting glasses back on the shelves. I asked if they were still serving and was met with a surly response and then after huffing and puffing I was served. That was the worst service I've ever had in a Wetherspoons. The person who served me was pleasant but I was definitely, deliberately kept waiting. I felt quite humiliated

Had a great time here, having frequented many a spoons. I'd have to say, this one is the top. I chatted the the staff at the bar, I bought something different to the usual and enjoyed it, had a curry - it was Thursday so it would be rude not to. The team were fantastic and made me feel like I was just relaxing in the lounge (minus my sofa). Tip top all around. Thanks to Nick and the team. See you in 3 weeks when I'm back in the area.

For the price you are paying there can not be any complaints, £1.49 for a pint is ridiculously cheap you can take a 5 minute walk and find your self paying quadruple the price somewhere else. There really cannot be any complaints. For the price you are paying everything is amazing value for money. It's also good to know that there staff get paid well especially when you compare to other local restaurants/bars.

Waited 30 minutes twice asked had we ordered food. When the food came it was hot (that was good) the sausages were solid eggs the same beans serving was very small (were they running out?) it seems the meal had been kept hot or reheated...

Came hear with my wife and had a good meal and a couple of drinks. It was on a Saturday so it was very crowded but the meal was good and it had a good atmosphere. Good value

My wife and I popped in for a few drinks New Year’s Day, there were 6 people waiting at the bar when the single barman asked for help, to be told that she was running food, fair enough! But to our amazement after running the food, she then set about faffing around with a coffee machine that nobody was in any need for, after asking her myself that could she help to serve us, I was confronted with a huff and a puff, a very rude individual that clearly needs a personality transplant, she said that after pointing out that it’s clearly better for the company to serve waiting customers rather than top up the coffee machine, to be told she found it offensive, pardon me for pointing out the obvious!!!!!!

Weatherspoon's have become well known for cornering the market of offering great value for money and for good standard food. This is the same in the bears head,the restaurant is clean and well lit, the staff are helpful and the food arrived in good time (could have been a bit warmer though). The craft beers and choice of drinks are wide and for value for money its great if you want to have a quick meal and drinks.

We both ordered basic cottage pie from the menu. Service is normally quick,but this took over 1/2 an hour.Food was reasonable and good value

Another Wetherspoon's pub Bright and cheerful with a large space and seats out side and upstairs. As usual with these places quite busy. I always find using their APP works well, as with this one. Good selection of beers and drinks, food standard as with all Wetherspoon establishments. Nice place to have a quiet drink.

Stopped here after a hockey game with my partner. Both ordered our meals with a lovely lady at the bar asked for some personalised customizations, food came as standard. When checked I ordered the xmas chicken stuffing and bacon burger with pigs in blankets which were missed and bacon.. and my partner had the chicken stuffing and he swapped the bacon for brie. There was obviously some misunderstanding in the kitchen as they brought out a brie and cranberry panini instead. My partner went and spoke to the manager ( who was amazing ) said to keep his meal and he will bring him another whole meal out. Such a kind young lad who amended our meals we did wait an additional 10-15 minutes but when they brought out I had 4 nicely cooked slices of bacon and 2 pigs in blankets, my partner had another whole panini including more chips! The manager couldn't apologise enough and even offered us a free drink for our issue... This has been the best service we have received at a weatherspoons pub! Sorry we didn't catch your name, but we definitely will be back again in the bear future!

Came here with my wife and granddaughter and it is a typical Wetherspoons pub quite lively and good value for money. The staff are very efficient and it is nicely decorated. We enjoyed the visit

Haven’t been into a Wetherspoons for a while, but can’t be beaten for value & service. Fair play, had the x 2 meals for £8.49 ( I think ) chilli & teryaki noodles. Served quickly, food hot & tasty & friendly staff. If you want a budget meal that is tasty then Wethers can’t be beaten. Will be back soon!

Very busy,with people eating or just having a drink.Ordered two coffees,and was handed two empty mugs and sent to a coffee machine.....no problem.Coffee was a bit bitter,but a small amount of sugar cured that.£1.30 for a coffee,pretty good,bonus is you can refill your mug as many times as you desire.Meals very reasonably priced.The breakfasts I saw being served looked extremely good with plenty on the plate.Will certainly try the food on my next visit.Be aware,the toilets are upstairs......20 steps,but disabled facilities are available on the ground floor.Staff very pleasant and obliging.

Lively Wetherspoon's Pub on Penarth's main street. Usual excellent selection of food and drink, however, due to kitchen issues food arrived an hour after ordering. Otherwise ok. Be prepared to walk if driving as parking is not great.

There was a problem with the gas at the Stella pump, so Stella was not available. The gas issue seemed to affect the other lagers at the bar and there was not one member of staff with the knowledge or no how to be able to rectify the issue. I tried Carlsberg and the San Miguel and neither were pleasant to drink. My husband and I ordered a meal. He had the Welsh faggots, I ordered the 12oz rump steak. My meal was cold...… The mushroom on the plate was not cooked, the peas had clearly been hanging around for a long while (at least half of them were grey in colour) The chips were pale, cold and soggy and the steak wasn't cooked well at all. I complained about my meal, the server took it away and assured me that everything would be cooked freshly. The replacement meal was clearly the one that I had complained about, minus half of the peas, the tomato was missing, the mushroom was still not cooked and the chips were the same sorry state. And the meal was STILL cold.With my steak meal I had a glass of the house red wine...…. I LEFT the whole glass because the wine glass was FITHY By this stage in the day I couldn't be bothered to complain about the state of the glass as we had to leave to catch our last bus home (18.40)My husband and I are great fans of the Wetherspoon pub chain, and make a point of popping into Wetherspoons wherever we are in this country, but I have to say that The Bears Head in Penarth (my hometown) is NOT a pub that I will visit again in a hurry!!!!Clearly it seemed to be understaffed at the time of our visit, the attitude of the staff (apart from one older staff member who seemed to be doing the bulk of the work) was "couldn't care less" The tables were not cleared, or cleaned down, the ladies toilets were a disgusting mess and the whole experience was not at all pleasant.

Popped into the bears head for breakfast this morning. Ordered 3 full English breakfast. Food arrived about 10 minutes after order was taken. I thought this was an excellent service. Its just a shame I can’t say that about the quality of the food served. The whole plate was swimming in fat/oil. The sausages and bacon was cremated,the harsh brown were soggy.On a positive note,coffee from the machine is lovely

Very quiet here on our visit tonight but with only 2 people waiting to be served at the bar still had to wait 10 minutes to be served. Within 15 minutes of arriving we observed 3 meals from 3 different orders going back. As par for the course at a 'Spoons' dirty glasses and plates everywhere. Mmmmm.... perhaps it would be better paying slightly more and going to a different establishment!

Visited twice recently - for a few drinks in the evening and again for lunch but had an unclean glass each time. I'm generally a fan of the chain but something is being missed recently as normally they're pretty good.

We visited yesterday and ordered 2 breakfasts and 1 deli meal from main menu. I have to say food could only be described as lukewarm at best. Panini itself was hot but chips again were lukewarm. As we waited for longer than I would have thought I expected meals to be hot. I should have sent them back but family were hungry and ate it anyway. Also coffee from machine again was not hot either. Very disappointed here and although we visit fairly often I will definite be sending any further meals back.They are definately NOT tested for temperature before they are sent out. Unhappy customer.

Have been here on numerous occasions and for a pub it does a great breakfast at a very reasonable price. This place is not fancy, just your run of the mill pub, but it is worth coming here if you fancy a large full english for £5!

You know what to expect with a Wetherspoons. Cheap prices, no frills. However, wanted to leave a positive review as we went for drinks and started and found the service and quality of food excellent.We got a booth which was nice, although could have done with a clean as there was rubbish on the seats and floor.We had cheesy garlic bread and halloumi fries. Food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. Generous quantity and cooked to perfection.I think the main thing letting down Wetherspoons establishment's is the lack of cleanliness. If more staff could be employed to keep on top of cleaning, it would greatly improve the experience.

After coming to the Bears Head every week for months I was very disappointed to be treated by the manager sue in such an unhelpful manner I wanted to order only cheese on toast for an elderly member of my family which I have ordered every week up until today I was told that NO they wouldn’t be able to fulfil my order due to the back log in the kitchen I was also told that my order would be up to an hour wait which was not true as my order only took half hour . A bother member of my party requested the cheese on toast with another member of staff who went to the kitchen and ordered the meal and was fulfilled So I’m very disappointed which the service and attitude of a manager

On behalf of my partner Mark: Came for breakfast with a workmate Friday mid morning. Both ordered large breakfasts separately. A standard breakfast arrived and I was told by the waitress this was what I ordered.. but i knew I hadn’t and had paid for a large... I Tried explaining this but she insisted i had not. Minutes later another waitress turned up with two large breakfasts confused as to how I was already eating. With this I approached the bar and explained to the waitress that had made the mistake (she rolled her eyes at me) ...that it was now clear the smaller meal wasn’t mine, but she still insisted it was and the manager would check the till. In the meantime a gentleman sat opposite approached the bar asking for a refund as his standard breakfast didn’t turn up! Now it doesn’t take a genius to work out what had actually happened here. But no they still wasn’t accepting their mistake, but the manager offered me £1.50 refund AS A GOODWILL GESTURE!! As he insisted the tills were correct! Both the manager and the waitress were extremely rude. It was the principle of them not accepting their mistake, bad attitudes and complete lack of customer service... wasn’t about my £1.50 which infact I told them where to stick it!

Came here and used the app for the first time tonight. Waited fifteen minutes for two drinks. When I went to the bar to find out where the drinks were there were only two customers waiting so not busy. The manager said it wouldn't be long as there was only one order before ours!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE 15 plus minutes on a quiet night!

Ok, so, not to be the person that writes a bad review of a Wetherspoons when everyone already knows what to expect. I’m reviewing this place simply because if I had known the standards were low for even a Wetherspoons, I wouldn’t have come here in the first place.Generally, the service is weak and the staff aren’t well trained. The people who served my partner and I were polite and helpful enough, so not really an issue with manners, more the lack of ability to serve customers well is what makes me unlikely to want to return. We ordered drinks at the bar, the manager seemed more preoccupied with talking to her member of staff than letting him serve us, which is always just pretty rude. We ordered food and it was brought to the table in about 15 minutes, not bad. We were told the curry sauce my partner ordered (and paid for) would be over in a minute. I asked for a spare plate as the way the food was piled on my plate made it impossible to eat without getting it everywhere. The waitress said she’d be right back. Anyway, my partner had to start eating his chips as they were already cold, but he wasn’t about to make a scene. He had almost finished his meal by the time a staff member came to inform us they didn’t have any curry sauce. He said it could be refunded, which is fine. He then came back and interrupted our meal again asking if my partner could come to the bar to get a refund as he paid with card. Would have been fine if we weren’t still eating. It just felt like poor judgement and made the situation awkward- we weren’t that bothered about £0.95 to be honest, in fact we ended up leaving without going for a refund. My side plate arrived once I’d already sacrificed my napkin for the sake of not getting naan bread all over the table, but that’s besides the point.I’d never name and shame anyone, I’ve done bartending and waitressing myself, they can be hard jobs. However I wouldn’t call what the employees do here “waiting”. It’s basically bringing food to a table- there’s no greeting, entertaining guests, taking orders from the table, checkbacks or anything similar. They have the easiest part of the job and somehow still manage to deliver poor service? If it had been a busy Saturday dinner time I could understand, but seeing as it was 2:30pm on a Wednesday something seems wrong. Wetherspoons definitely needs to train/compensate their staff so that they are able and willing to do the job properly, as I’m sure no experienced waiter/waitress would offer to waste their skills here.That’s all really, I was just disappointed with the service. The food wasn’t great and wasn’t even that cheap either, the place is worn looking and not very clean. I probably won’t come back if I can help it.

Visited here the first time in over 3/4 years, made it in time for the Breakfast menu on a Sunday. Managed to grab a booth, and had great service by the male and female staff that served us. The food was served prompt and hot, and well cooked,(eggs/mushroom benedict) it also came with free coffee/tea and free refills all for less than £8.00. Really impressed with the value and taste.

My wife and I, often with friends, regularly frequent The Bears Head, Penarth. Why? Because the quality, price and service is difficult to fault. I accept it is starting to look a little 'tired' and could do with a make-over. I also accept that the food is not Michelin star standard, but it appeals very satisfactorily to an appreciative audience, as can be seen any day of the week at almost any time. As far as value for money, I defy anyone to highlight anywhere else in the vicinity offers such a variety of food and drink for the price. Well done and keep it going. PS - One minor moan, can you find a way of keeping the food hotter between kitchen and table, please?

What a pathetic effort. No Stella, no Fosters, no Punk IPA, only slimline tonic and a mouthful of chat when I queried it. 1/10.

Called into the bears head in penarth for Wednesday night chicken club night staff very friendly food was nice and hot jacket potato with beans and side of cheese I had chicken breast bites with hot sauce and chips very tasty as wertherspoons pubs go this weekend s a very nice one good atmosphere and friendly staff with food freedom prepared and tasty

Not enough staff, terrible service, very slow even when quiet. Appalling food and not even hot. If you want cheap and nasty and to be treated badly then this is the place for you.Good luck!There are plenty of other nice cafes and pubs nearby.

Not a bad place for a drink or some food. But the external doors constantly 'stick' open and its usually left to a customer closest to close them. Not great when your eating food and the place freezes.Sometimes I think the temperature is set for the staff not the paying customers.

me and a few friends wanted to have breakfast so we went in and started ordering when they said you had to be 18 to order breakfast, please correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure if your not uying alcohol then you dont have to be ID'd. Visited here on a Friday night for a friend's birthday. Eventhough the bar was busy we were served straightaway by the lovely Sue. Food was amazing and we will definitely return.

Had a lovely meal at the bears head, food was prompt and all the staff were really friendly even though it was really busy when we first arrived. Great atmosphere and good value for money, loved the variety of real ales!

A typical wetherspoons looking pub , you may not like the feel of the place , but the real ales are good , and the food is what you would expect from this type of pub , but what really let's this particular wetherspoons pub down is the staff. They just show lack of interest , never seem to want to be there and on times come across as rude .

We were keen to try the Bears Head when we found out it was a Wetherspoons, as we have enjoyed their quality and value in various locations before. The place is very clean ans smart, and not rowdy like the Barry one. Only problem was that it was very busy [at ~ 7 pm] that it took 20 minutes to find a decent seat downstairs. Once seated and orders placed the service was very fast with good hot food delivered within 10 - 15 minutes. The wife had the fresh salad with chicken and bacon while I had the Friday special of cod fish'n'chips which were both excellent, and included a free pint, So the total bill was only £14. Can't beat that!

I attended this pub for a meal with family on Father’s Day and was absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed. I was due to order our food when I heard the duty manger talking to another member of staff in a horrific and rude manner then spoke to me in the same way. I chose to stay for food as we were all settled. Once the food came out it was all cold and dry, normally a sign on being microwaved. Once we had eaten, we wanted puddings and more drinks, but the drinks were wrong and took ages to be served on the bar. I asked to speak to someone higher up to complain about the food and the duty manager came back out and basically dismissed me, not caring for what I had to stay. I will not being attending this pub again, and I advise anyone else to do the same

Went here for a meal just before Father’s Day and the way the management talked to there staff and customers was horrific. What I witnessed was ridiculous, the duty manager spoke to her staff and customers like the were poo on the bottom of her shoe. The food came out completely wrong, got sent back and the right food was cold, stale and clearly microwaved. The drinks took forever and were unbelievably underfilled. For heaven forbid, sort your management out... I advise all members of the public to never eat here....

Came in with my friends and we were told by the duty manager that we were not allowed to sit upstairs because some people from my school made a mess up there a few weeks ago. We were treated like criminals despite being regular customers here and having never caused any problems.

Had an early evening dinner with my daughter in the upstairs family area this week.Every single table up there had dirty plates on , some looked they had been there hours.Mess everywhere and we had to clear a table.Ordered food at bar and told the server about it....nothing was done.Food arrived and mentioned it again to a different staff member (the Manager) who just walked off.Have been using this pub for about a decade but never again.The whole place needs a massive deep clean and the decor in very tired.....in short its a mess and the staff clearly couldn't care less either.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast but on walking into the pub it’s not very inviting. There must be a distinct lack of staff as there are lots of dirty tables and the kitchen area which you can see downstairs was a complete mess with plates piled high (this could have put you off ordering food!!) It was a busy Sunday morning but I think improvements need to be made to improve the experience.

When we went upstairs to the family area, there were dirty dishes everywhere and we had to clear our own table. When my husband used the app and the drinks showed up, the staff member just put them down on the table and left, not asking who had what drink, no smile and no interaction. My husband's drink was of a poor quality because the staff didn't check the beer barrel before serving a customer so he had to go and get the drink changed and he also pointed out about the dirty dishes were still upstairs. When no one arrived to clear the plates, I then went downstairs and advised the staff member who was walking the floor and it was then that the dishes were finally cleared. When our friends arrived and we ordered food, the same person who serviced us our drinks, brought us our food and his attitude and customer service was still very bad. The food looked like it had been thrown on the plate and just the whole experience was awful. I go to Wetherspoon pubs regularly and have never had such bad service, quality or presentation of food. This pub needs to give customer service training to this staff and also improve the food quality. The person that brought our drinks and food could have easily taken away the dirty dishes on his way back downstairs.

I suppose I have fairly modest expectations, but a good quality tasty burger with great chips and a pint of Abbott Ale for £8 seemed like good value to me; £7 with a soft drink. The atmosphere on a Sunday evening was friendly.

A group of five related retirement pensioners chose diverse things from menu - all good, reasonably priced meals. Rapid, cheerful service even though pub was reasonably busy. Great value for money.

What a difference! I've not visited the Bear's Head for the past six months . . . mainly because it was not good for me . . . I visit a pub for three reasons - good service / good beer/food / and nice people around me. Unfortunately, the BHead had failed miserably on all three. Don't know if there's been a change of management over the past few months, but, WOW - what a difference!!! My visit (also the small group with me) could not fault the customer service - particularly from JACK, JIMMY and CHLOE C (Chloe was/is particularly amazing). Nothing was too much trouble for these members of staff . . . in fact, the impression they give is that they want you to enjoy your Wetherspoons experience. We didn't eat, but the food did look very good . . . but, for me, the way it was presented . . . with a smile, and a 'Hope you enjoy your meal' says everything . . . these young guys and Chloe really meant it !!! An added bonus, was their checking of customer's satisfaction, a few minutes after it was delivered. ~This didn't appear as part of your job description . . . THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE YOUR MEAL WAS GOOD ! ! James, Chloe, Jack . . . Fantastic service! Thank you so much !

It was very busy on our visit but we managed to secure the last free table upstairs. Unfortunately we had to clear away the mass of dirty dishes and glasses which had not been cleared. We put them on another table which had been vacated whilst we were clearing ours! Amongst our choice from the menu two of our party chose jacket potatoes. They were awful. Small potatoes overcooked with hardly any filling. You could almost count the number of beans in the filling. The "salad" was tasteless. Only saving grace was the service. Staff friendly. Won't rush back. Not an enjoyable experience.

A great place for lunch or dinner. Food was good and so was the beer. Service was pretty fast. I had a burger and fries and the wife had a pride Beef cottage.

Ordered our steak and wine using the app. Our wine arrived 1min later, amazing. Soon followed our perfectly cooked steaks. Lovely meal. Thankyou

Stopped by for an afternoon thirst quencher. As always with a Wetherspoons there's loads of beer choices. Nice enough.

We go there quite often to meet friends for a leisurely sunday breakfast, usually sit upstairs which is family friendly. The food is good, service is quick and the prices very reasonable. Well done Wetherspoons!

We attended this restaurant for a meal on a family members birthday. My mother in law had ordered toast and was presented with a packet of butter that was open and had melted to the point of being a syrup. It went all over her brand new top. After asking to speak with a manager a gentleman arrived who was extremely rude. His attitude towards my mother in law was "what do you want me to do about it?". I work in the restaurant business myself and I find this attitude disgusting. The manager never even apologised or asked if she was ok. The butter was very hot it could have burned her. We weren't asking for any compensation but what was offered was a 5 pound voucher for our next trip. Really? We live in west yorkshire. We won't be coming back. It is a real shame as the food was very nice. However the level of service is what I would expect of a McDonalds drive through.

We went their for our breakfast which is very nice indeed. I am not sure what The Bears Head used to be before a wetherspoon so the staff wasn't sure about it. They are very friendly and helpful giving us good services

called in after working close by in cardiff on friday around 5.00pm ordered the fish with chips peas took while to arrive fish was ok chips luke warm not impressed wont bother with food here again no one came asked was food ok either one worse spoons been in TBH

Ordered 2 steaks - one well done, one medium.The well done was medium and the medium rare - both oozing with blood so returned immediately.the steaks were recooked to the point they were hard to chew, and reserved along with the original chips, peas and mushrooms which were then cold as they had not been under a heater while steaks cooked.Asked waiter to inform manager who didn't even bother to come and speak to us.

Aquellos que estaban trabajando en el bar parecía favorecer a personas eran partidarios de tontear con en el bar en lugar de aquellos que estaban allí en primer lugar! Se permitió pedir comida que no estaba disponible y tuvimos que esperar más de 35 minutos para un postre llevaron a la mesa. . Servicio pobre y rendimiento. En todos los aspectos. Al principio que mi pinta de Pepsi había más hielo que el Atlántico norte. . .

Vine aquí para una comida rápida, y para ser justos, los principales salió bastante rápido. Sin embargo, esperó mucho tiempo para un postre que presumiblemente lleva mucho más rápido de preparar. Fuimos al bar a petición, la chica en el bar me vio allí (sola) como ella ponía otra bebida. . . Pero a pesar de mí. Estando allí ella decidió servir a sus "amigo" (que llegó después de mí y sabía esto). . Intercambio. Un poco de coqueteo antes de servir así, muy decepcionados ya que no es lo que se espera de ellos. !Las bebidas llegaron con una ridícula cantidad de hielo. . Así que una pinta de coca se convirtió en la mitad cuando el hielo fue eliminado!No es un lugar que recomiendo por desgracia.

Personal miserable y no de servicio al cliente.No pedimos hielo en mi Pepsi nos pinta un vaso lleno de hielo.Gerente celebró una bandeja al otro lado de la habitación, claramente no feliz en su trabajo.

Visitamos en 10 - 08. Mi pareja y yo me encontré con queso y bacon hamburguesas de queso americano.Las patatas fritas eran ligeramente cocidas, pero eso es lo que me gusta, así que no fue un problema para mí.El lugar tenía un buen ambiente y estaba muy limpia, no tuvimos ningún problema para encontrar una mesa para sentarse.Las comidas rápido y me parecía fantástico. La mayoría era genial, el único problema que tuvimos fue que claramente la parrilla no está siendo limpiado lo suficiente a menudo. Hamburguesas estaban cubiertas de comida carbonizados . Y ME pueden probar que horas más tarde.Aparte de la parrilla que necesiten sacar todo estaba bien, y en general un viaje bien.

Visitamos festivo Lunes estaba muy lleno, pero me las arreglé para ir arriba. Estábamos justo a tiempo para pedir el desayuno antes del mediodía. Como una comida weatherpoons era muy barato y justo lo que queríamos para los niños. Mesas de haber ido de arriba estaba un poco olvidado hasta allí pero abajo estaba lleno. Mientras yo orden en el bar parecía gente llegar allí pinta diariamente la mitad eran la prioridad, pero la camarera era amable. La comida fue rápida y tan ordenados. El camarero, concedido era joven, pero una formación poco ayudaría. Lo que preguntaba "esperando? "No es el mejor servicio al cliente y luego volver con un plato que casi casi mi mano me scolds dejar el plato, y él se fue. Tuve que correr a mano bajo el grifo en los baños! Los clientes dicen los platos de ebullición si! ! ! Suerte que podría haber sido tan malo, si era de mis hijos los platos. . . Me atrevo a pensar, que era rojo caliente en un lado. Comida de pobres, dieron la hamburguesa mezcladas. Pedimos un original carne hamburguesa gourmet dieron una llanura carne hamburguesa. Preguntamos dónde estaba la salsa Stilton (bacon y una azul y cebolla stropshire) no hay carne de hamburguesa normal en el menú, así que no podía pedir eso. Tomó años volver y comida fría tres iba distintos miembros de personal tratar con yo y otro cliente sentado enfrente que se olvidaron su queso en su hamburguesa. Entonces nos preguntamos por £1. 20 extra por la Salsa como el cajero mi mejilla hasta la orden equivocada. 1 calle y, la última vez que vuelve aquí

Vist this pub yesturday with my friend we both ordered fish and chips, it was the beat fish ever, great service friendly staff. will definatly be going back :), highly recommend to everyone.

Los viernes por la noche es noche Bear's Head! Me encuentro a un grupo de amigos en el desnudas Zed cada viernes. Genial! Interesante clientela, alcohol, barato barato (buena) comida en alguna ocasión. Un modelo de negocio genial. Probar un desayuno (más de lo que puedo comer por £5. 99) y ver el ocasional ancianos toper bajando tres pintas de Guinness en media hora. Increíble!
