Very Friendly and great Afternoon Tea a treat from the better half, excellent value. Plenty of sandwiches, by time we worked our way through the sandwiches and the scones jam and cream we were to full to eat the cake, so we ended up with a cakeaway. Would recommend

We booked an afternoon tea through groupon and we were very impressed. the food was all fresh and it included sandwiches, scones, cake and tea. We will definitely be returning and the service was great as well.

We purchased an afternoon tea, through Groupon, The Avenue is easy to find, on the main road into Worksop. We were fabulously looked after by a lovely gentleman, attentive as well as friendly. The sandwiches were ‘proper’, with delicious fillings especially the egg mayonnaise. Served with a salad garnish, crisps and sausage roll. The scone with jam and clotted cream as well as a choice of cake, ended the experience superbly. Hope to return for a breakfast, next time we’re that way😊 Definitely recommend🥳

Visited here for a family breakfast a few weeks back. These guys couldn't do enough for us. They were so attentive with us all and particularly my young nieces. They brought them colouring sheets and showed them where the magazines were. We had a mixture of full breakfasts, breakfast cobs and a toastie and bun for the kids. All were excellent and great value for money. Coffees were also good! We will be back. Very soon! Thank you!

My friend took me there and I was not disappointed. The service is good. The coffee is excellent. Good variety of sandwiches and cakes. The sausage roll was very good , would like it to have been bigger. Will definitely go there again

We fancied a cheeky breakfast takeaway cob, both were very tasty, but we both felt there could have been a extra rashes of bacon on each cob for the £3 price tag. We also purchased a piece of cake 🍰 each to have later in the day, they were yummy ( a little bigger piece would have gone a long way ) The service was excellent, great banter with the customers & the cafe was clean & modern, we are lucky to have this establishment close to home.

We booked using Groupon voucher for Sat 13.4.19 at 2pm. We sat in a lovely light room in the back, by the window. The ladies were all very pleasant and did not rush us at all, even though they closed at 3pm. The food was delicious, especially the egg and tuna sandwiches. Also, the little lemon cakes. The crockery was all matching and we had 2 pots of tea too. It was a perfect way to spend time with my partner. Thank you so much. I love Groupon 💗

The Avenue is just down the road for me so I’m glad now I’ve finally had chance to call in a few times. My son loves the hot chocolate and my favourite is the rainbow cake! There is plenty of seating and clean toilets. I’m gutted they close before I finish work as I would nip in on the way home. I have noticed lots of different events and offers advertised on Facebook which all look great. I am looking. forward to afternoon tea and seeing what else the future brings for The Avenue.

We enjoyed a lovely, homely afternoon tea in a light, clean and relaxed environment with helpful friendly staff. We booked through Groupon and I received a personal email confirming my booking and asking if we had any special requirements beforehand. I shall definitely return to this lovely local coffee shop.

A very friendly & welcoming place catering for all ages. The staff treat customers as friends not just the paying public coming through the door. The food is lovely at very reasonable prices, probably too cheap for the quality you get. The cakes are amazing & the size of a slice could feed two. They really do taste as good as they look! Will be returning with my little one again soon as we can't keep away 😁

My son and daughter booked us in for afternoon tea .The cafe is a lovely little eating place,the staff had even put me a Happy Birthday banner up and we're very polite.The value for money is excellent the only downside was we didn't get to choose what sandwiches we wanted so that was a bit disappointing,but overall for what we paid and the amount you got I would definitely recommend it .

Booked an afternoon tea from group on and very good value at £15.95 for two people Lovely sandwiches crisps salad and scone and cakes and coffee or tea. Would definately recommend nice and cosy inside too
