First visit here Lovely friendy atmosphere and lovely building The Two stars are for the lovely staff and the coffee. However the salad and bruschetta were awful 😣 The Salad stated it had avocado and celery which it didn’t, but had radish in it which it shouldn’t have . We sat across from the kitchen and could see inside unfortunately. The lady had no gloves on and tore up the up the ham and I know there is no legal requirement to wear gloves although common sense would seemingly be appropriate especially when she drizzled the salad with a dressing and dug her hands to the bottom of the dish and proceeded to mix it in ! Now anyone knows that rings harbour both dirt and germs so that was an appalling thing to do ! The bruschetta looked delicious but tasted soapy for some reason?? We did try it but had to leave the whole meal . We will definitely be back for the coffee and the staff there are lovely but next time it will be a drink and traybake !

We went to the Square Chapel to see a show. The staff and venue were lovely. It's also a nice place to just pop in for a drink. They have a large selection of craft beers.

I have eaten here a few times and the food never fails to impress. Constantly changing menu with interesting dishes. Something for everyone. Grab a menu and order at the bar, your food will be brought out to you. Nice friendly staff. Recommend

Visited whilst hubby-mc-hubs-face was working in the auditorium (it’s a great little theatre venue too) for a coffee. The atmosphere is good, it’s well kept and the staff are lovely. To top it all off the coffee is great, and on the day I visited there was gluten free “almond cake” (and a chocolate brownie I didn’t try) which went down very well.

My wife and I shared a huge cheese platter with 4 types of cheese, homemade pickled onions, homemade beetroot plus salad and bread. Great quality and a vast portion and excellent value at £8 each. The coffee was very good too.

Popped into the Square Chapel just for a quick look around, what a beautiful place, had a drink on the outside terrace as there had been a beer festival at the weekend, so added bonus of great selection of cask & keg beers.

The Surroundings are beautiful, really impressive, light and airy. The majority of the staff, who must be at the end of their tether with the extremely poor management of the cafe, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Mathew on the other hand was rude and should remove himself from any customer services job for the sanity of all human beings which come across his path. The menu is limited, which is fine, but over half the dishes they had run out of. My suggestion is change the management, sack Mathew and improve quickly.

One of the best quick service Italian restaurants around. The food is at a far higher level of quality than anyone could imagine or even expect for a chain. Was not always thus but the menu changes made a couple of years or so ago have been outstanding. The recent additions to the wine list are excellent also while still remaining great value.

Zizzi at O2 is a standard chain restaurant with no frills barred aura about it. A great place for a casual get-together with a good service and even better price value. You cant go wrong with their usual salad, pizza and pasta for good hearty comfort eating. Their passion fruit punch is a good option to the otherwise usual sweet soft drinks offered.

The restaurant had not even prepared for our reservation and I was told I hadn't booked even though I had. 3 small tables were pushed together which was awkward for the party size. When people arrived at different times they were not asked if they would like a drink. I couldn't get hold of a waitress and had to wait half an hour before I finally got someone's attention. Everyone's food was nice however I had the chicken ceaser salad which had dry chicken and it was a really small portion size. The place did not have a nice ambience and overall the service was terrible. A disappointment from Zizzi as they are normally really good.

Decent Italian food with good pizza although a bit pricey for what you get. Service was frustrating and appeared to be short staffed even if not that busy.

Went to Zizzi with 2 friends, food was alright, but nothing to write home about, the place is big, but despite it being Bank holiday, was half empty. One thing I have to say, instead of paying £6 for 4hr parking at O2 Centre, I paid extortionate £20! Because no one told us to validate it :(

Service sometimes took a while - given it wasn't very busy it was slightly disappointing. Food was OK, but it seems they have changed the calamari as it just came in a flat plate with a bit of salad, it used to be a great starter, it seems they have cut back.

Not my first choice, but conveniently located near Odeon Swiss Cottage and as it came up through a TopTable search, it was selected. The menu is neither bad nor great, mostly focused on pizzas and rather pricey for what it is. It is family friendly which makes it rather too noisy at times... Will I visit again? 50/50

Zizzi, Swiss Cottage: a quick bite before a meeting - one pizza (Rustica Piccante), one calzone (Carne Piccante) - we both like it hot! Food was fine, and 25% off with their code. Unfortunately, paying the bill took longer than expected, and we ended up chasing our waitress on the way out.

This branch of Zizzis is nicely located within the O2 centre by Finchley Road. I would say the food was average but not as good as some brnches i've been to. The batter on the calamari was too soggy but the squid itself was cooked very well and the ravioli pasta was completely overdone and the filling wasn't very generous. Service was good but not exceptional. Overall, quite average.

We were sent a voucher that offered two courses for £10.95 but when we came to pay the bill the total rebate was less than £4 for 4 of us because the courses we selected did not qualify. This was very misleading and made us feel we had been duped. Not a good idea and poor marketting to offer something and not have it of any value.

Zizzi at Paddington is in a nice quiet location with good views over the canal area. The pizzas were good, apart from the meat Calzone which was very sparse in its fillings. Quite expensive for pizzas but with the 25% off food deal it is better value. Service was very attentive

Zizzi, Finchley Road: had just enough time to grab a quick bite before an appointment, and, lunchtime rush just over, Zizzi fitted the bill. One Chicken Caesar salad, one Antipesto Siciliano and two glasses of wine clocked up just over £20 for two, and were OK. Our waitress, aware of our time constraints, ensured we were in and out in just under 45 minutes, but this haste didn't affect our enjoyment.

Zizzi, Finchley Road - we had the 2 meals and a bottle of wine for 20. great deal. pizzas and pasta were great. Choc melt dessert AMAZING. Service could be better. Wait a long time to be seated because no one noticed I was standing there. Our server had no idea what deal we were on, and we had to keep asking for our orders to be taken - but on the plus side she was very cheerful.

I had this restaurant booked but 4 days before they e mailed saying they were not opening on a Tuesday. As I had paid a deposit I asked them to return this as I don’t live nearby so would not be able to change the date. They assured me the deposit would be returned in 10 days! 3 weeks later and numerous ignored emails I still have not received my deposit back. Can someone sort this out and return it.

First time to this refurbished eatery and what a pleasant surprise the visit was. Large car park and a very warm welcome from various members of staff on entry. A nice bar area and snug for dining (will try next time) and a separate dining area. All nicely decorated with good view over the valley. An extensive menu and certainly the meals we ordered were freshly cooked and generously proportioned. Prices very reasonable indeed. Definitely worth a visit.
