Best burger I’ve had in a long time! Quick service and delicious food. Lovely views and sunshine sitting outside on the harbour arm. Had the Nat love burger with onion rings, crispy onions and bbq sauce with Cajun fries :)

The BEEF burger tasted of FISH, and cost a tenner! When I returned the burger I was told it doesn't taste of fish and pretty much told I was a liar. They did offer to cook me a new one but after being told i was a liar i chose not to accept, Staff very rude and the burger was very basic, McDonald's is better I would say! Save your money and go to The Big Greek Bus!

Brioche bun, cheeseburger with grilled onions. The burgers seem small because of the small bun but I think it’s 1/4lb. Meat was good quality, cooked/seasoned well and the crinkle chips are better than any fries close by. Overpriced and 50p for some ketchup but everything in this area is overpriced.

Stopped-by That Burger today and tried the ‘Reaper’ burger… absolutely loved it. Asked about the sauce and it is apparently a secret blend of their own making… the heat seemed to linger a little stronger after I’d finished too, which is a bonus in my eyes. Servers were all happy and enthusiastic, and they were all having fun in the sun too. Great to have a place run and operated by local people who enjoy what they do and do it well! 👍🏼🍔

I thought the burger was OK, it tasted good and was decent quality ingredients, but it really wasn't very big for about £11 (as a meal with chips). I also took exception to being charged 50p for a portion of sauce, which is taking the proverbial, given the prices they are charging. Overall, it was OK but not brilliant and poor value for me.

Kudos to the young lady serving and cooking all by her self today. She did a sterling job with the customers. Being one of the few places open mid week meant she was rushed off her feet but met each customer with a smile. Lovely burgers and crispy crinkle chips. Can recommend the jerk seasoning on them. Our daughters both fancied a burger at Folkestone Harbour and we came across That Burger where they ordered a Cheeseburger and a MacDaddy Absolutely delicious and the fries were the best crispy tasty fries we have had in ages! Great view of the White Cliffs to top it off too

Visited the Folkestone Arm today. I’m not a burger fan but my husband fancied one, so we ordered one each. They were reasonably priced and freshly cooked. We didn’t have to wait very long. The guy who served us was very polite and efficient. The burger was amazing, best one I’ve ever tasted , we will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Honestly the best burger my daughter and I had ever had. Freshly cooked, great ingredients and soooo tasty. We had burgers with crinkle chips and they were very satisfying. They were well priced for the quality received and we haven't stopped talking about them since. Good service, friendly staff and great food whilst enjoying the Christmas Market was fantastic

The only thing that let it down was the generic bun and slightly dry beef patty, but pretty much what you can expect coming out of a mobile burger van. Good chips and good portion.

The B.w.a spicy burger is so bomb!! It hit all the spice ( from a south east Asian perspective) and flavour points. The beef patty was juicy , all the condiments complimented and brought the whole burger together. Made the mistake of splitting burger in half DONT! Do it, have one for yourself, won't regret it hence we order a second 😌. Prices are reasonable too. Although fries are on the side menu.

There is another, more famous burger joint in Folkestone, but locals know that "That burger" serves *the* best burgers in the UK. Hands down. Trust me on this. These are the best burgers I have ever eaten.

Almost walked past this place as didn't just fancy a burger with all the choice but as so much was sold out I went back to this place. Wow was I glad this isn't just any burger it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Amazing brioche bun, juicy not over cooked meat and so so tasty. Very impressed

Poor hygiene of beef patty cooker. Saw him picking his nose, when we confronted him they became defensive. Avoid if care about health. We could not write to your reply so re-editing our message. It seems you have upset other people too. We were the couple with 2 kids on Sunday. My wife told you both to wear masks and stop picking your nose. You were aggressive and shame on you talking poorly to my wife in-front of our kids. The world should know the truth about you.

The burgers here are next level, better than 5 guys easily! Nathan is a down to earth guy aswell and only provides the best. Good selection of drinks especially the Red Stripe beer! One of the best burgers I've had. Friendly service, great food. Good prices. Much appreciated!

My twin and brother in law ate here whilst I bought food from another outlet on the harbour arm. Both loved their burgers, a standard burger for my sister and a spicy version for my brother in law. The only downside was the price, a burger, chips and coke was £11, and the portion of chips was fairly small for this price too.

My husband and I ate at H5 Bar Folkestone and had food cooked by That Burger, I had the tree hugger with cheese and bacon fries and he had a double burger with cajun fries. The food was freshly cooked and the quality was excellent. I can definitely say it was one of the best burgers we have ever had. We would definitely recommend you give That Burger a try, they are also on the Harbour Arm and do local delivery.

Had them deliver two burgers and chips on a Saturday night. The food arrived super quick, was still hot and tasted fantastic!. Would highly recommend That Burger delivery to anyone.

So, if I'm eating on the harbour arm, this is the place I aim for. I've only eaten here probably 5 times now, but the quality of the burger is almost unsurpassed anywhere in the world I've had burgers. Just amazing. I'm salivating as I write this review. Go there, you'll not regret it (unless you don't like burgers - but even then, it might convert you!)

Priced and advertised as a premium burger but just tasted like a standard burger-van burger. Not enough cheese or sauce and the meat was overcooked.

OMG this was the best burger I think I have ever tasted! Could happily have had another it was so tasty. Juicy burger full of flavour with oozy melted cheese and softest roll ever. Will 100% be back for another!

This place was closed when i arrived but waited whilst they set up, so glad I did, had the BWA burger and Cajun fries the Burger was spicy and tasty and the fries were fantastic, The staff were so polite and served with a smile. Excellent experience

Myself and my husband had a little walk down to the harbour arm and decided to stop here for a burger, so glad we did! Was honestly one of the best burgers both of us has ever had! Every bit Cooked perfectly and so tasty. We will be definitely be coming back :)

I went here with my other half and little boy on a Sunday night. We were drawn to That Burger by glowing reviews. All I can say is we were duped. The girl behind the counter was miserable. Being the only customers I thought she would muster a smile for my son..alas no. We both ordered an uncle Sam. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. The burgers were small, luke warm, unseasoned and overcooked and the Cajun chips..ha.. she took out the chips (same quality as Aldi which I imagine they were) only to smother them with a Cajun seasoning...no salt..just Cajun seasoning. If That Burger was ever good, I can only imagine they have changed hands because I really did not see any of the high standard that has been raved about.. I would have been more than happy with a burger king and at 10 pounds for just burger and chips a lot better off.

Passing by today with the dogs and spied this on the way to the end of the harbour wall. Came back and decided to stop for a burger.. they were deeply enjoyable, and the Cajun fries were also incredibly tasty. Thanks!

We decided to try the burgers here as the previous one last season was excellent. This time not so good , presentation was poor , quite a wait and I was left with a fatty after taste which was not pleasant.

We have a few decent burger joints in Folkestone, but this place is hands down the best. Juicy beefy goodness at a reasonable price.

These guys do a great burger with interesting toppings. About £6.50 and so tasty. Every time I go past the stand I just have to buy one. Bring on the summer!

I came here because of the good reviews, I was served very quickly (I ordered the cheesy pig) and although my burger was cooked fresh it came out promptly and looked so much better than my abismal photo shows, I was, to be fair, far more interested in eating it! Others have said this is the best burger in Folkestone, or that it's the best burger they have ever eaten. I think that claim can be made too often..... And then I tried it! I had high hopes and they were exceeded with ease, everything was perfect, not good, not great, but perfect. As I write this a few hours after visiting my mouth is watering at the memory! I will be back and will order their other offerings. I would heartily recommend 'that burger' to all. Such a shame they are not open all day everyday!!!!!!

Having been several times and tried the majority of the burgers, yesterday I tried the new "silence of the lambs" burger. Absolutely delicious - the feta and salsa were a great addition. Love this little place

What a great place to eat, nestled on Folkestone harbour arm the smell was amazing. The burgers well prepared and looked amazing! The taste superb with seasoned fries, would def eat again and recommend to friends and family. Quick service at a great price

Had a great walk along the harbour arm and couldn't wait to finally get a 'That Burger' burger. The only downside being that I will now have to return to try all the other varieties! Top food, top location.. if you haven't been you are missing out :)

We needed sustenance while enjoying the joys of the Harbour arm and this place That Burger did the job. We went for the plain version of the burgers and both agreed they were well cooked and delicious. In fact our friend declared his chilli version was the best burger he had ever had. High praise indeed!The burgers were cooked to order and we were given a bleeper to let us know they were ready for collection.We will definitely return and have another to make sure we enjoyed it first time round!

Came down the weekend just past, although the arm was fairly quiet compared to normal, the atmosphere was still excellent and "That Burger" did not fail to deliver great customer service and a great burger. Me and my wife orders 2 old timers which tasted amazing and came within less than 5 minutes of ordering. We also tried the new cider they had which was lovely and had an amazing taste. Would highly recommend "That Burger" if you are along the arm, will 100% be coming back!

We visited Folkestone with friends and took a lovely walk along the harbour wall, great atmosphere with lots of different eateries. We chose to eat from " That Burger" the burgers were to die for and one of the best we've ever had.

Having viewed all the food options on offer from the various vendors we opted for an "Old Timer" each and were both mightily impressed. Beautiful burgers, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Can't wait to return

The burgers are amazing and a great weekend treat sitting in the sun. I love the cheesy pig and my partner loves the old timer. Both gorgeous burgers which are cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. Not our first visit and definitely won't be our last! Love the fried with cajun spice too.

Came down today for lunch with my wife on the harbour and it was lovely! The food and service were excellent and the location of the hut tops it off! Definitely will be returning. Best burger around without a doubt.

I don't usually eat burgers but find these irresistible. My favourite Cheesy Pig and my husband's new favourite, Blue Meanie. A good lunch with a portion of chips with cajun dressing.

A super special treat for locals and visitors to the area, anyone wanting 'A REALLY GOOOOOOD BURGER' must pay a visit. No fast food, no chain, you definately get what you pay for!

One of highest highlights of Folkestone's Harbour Arm. That Burger makes great… erm burgers! And not much else - which is good. There are chips, as well and a portion is generous with added spices. There's a selection of beer and soft drinks (including cream soda). The burger menu is simple, plain, cheese, hot and a few other options in between all are great. Street food at it's best. What are you waiting for?

Firstly please do not moan about the price of these burgers, which I have heard before, we are not talking a boot fair burger made of pigeon meat, theses burgers are handcrafted master pieces that are worth exactly what you pay for. The patties are top grade quality meat, and the brioche buns compliment them perfectly. Having eaten burgers all over the world, these are up there with the best I have tasted. The menu isn't large which means they concentrate on making a simplistic smaller menu in order to deliver high standard burgers of perfection every time. There is clearly a great deal of thought that has gone into each of these delicious concoctions which are tweaked each year. I am visiting from London year after year for these bad boys, it certainly helps the owner has a passion for burgers himself and takes registered interest, this reflects in what is served at that burger. The menu suits all needs with some classic original burgers and some off the wall burgers giving you a slightly different culinary experiences to choose from, take your pick.

I've never been a big fan of these 'big burgers', until I ate at That Burger on Folkestone's recently redeveloped Harbour Arm. I'm now a full convert and have been eating from there for a few years. I love the taste, the freshness, the wait time and just as importantly, the staff! Not only are the burgers amazing, but the location is spot on with its views over the English channel, live music and an all around great ambiance.

If you love a great tasting burger definatly worth a try I cannot fault them freshly made burgers with cooked with passion recommend a hundred times over 🍔

Been eating burgers from here for a couple of years. Great service and the food is top notch! The cheesy pig is perfect and goes well with a cold pint on a summers day in a unique location surrounded by cool people and great music.
