Amazing cocktails and food We had amazing food and fast service, we can't fault our service from sharayh, great food and amazing drunk service

If I could give this place zero I would. My friend and I visited before going to a concert. The tables for two are very cramped. Our waiter Dylan was very friendly and polite. We both ordered a chicken burger one was glazed the other hot. When our meals came the fries were lukewarm and the burgers looked liked they’d been cooked days ago and reheated. The cheese looked very old. When we told Dylan the fries were cold he just said oh and walked off. We hadn’t looked at the burgers then. When we told him about the burgers he did fetch the manager. The manager agreed it wasn’t acceptable and offered us another but we didn’t have time to wait so he didn’t charge us for one of the burgers. A place I will never visit again. Looks very tired and in need of freshening up as well

Great night it’s was busy but we weren’t rushed food and drinks good. Waitress very attentive even though she was busy even managed to sing happy birthday to my husband and give him a slice of cake which was lovely.

Shocking evening. Restaurant was freezing, service slow, incorrect food brought with delay in some meals. Others walked out whilst there due to waiting over 20 minutes for drinks to be delivered. Not busy and plenty of staff, they were just sarcastic and rude - maybe they thought they worked at Karen's? Had to ask for bill twice after considerable wait at uncleared table. Really poor value in every aspect from food to service. Reached out directly to their customer service rather than public shaming who got back fairly swiftly and apologised then arranged a time to call and discuss. That day and time was over a week ago and no call. Obviously not that apologetic then. We certainly won't be visiting another TGI again and would happily urge others not to either.

The staff member, James was so efficient, well mannered and funny. I had a great experience. The food came quicker than I have experienced at any other branch too. Definitely recommend this branch of TGI!

First and last time I'd ever go here the food was terrible microwaved and ridiculously expensive only had starters and with two beers it came to £60 I'd rate Wetherspoons better and I don't really eat there only before a night match staff were great but avoid at you're peril..awful food

We booked for bottomless brunch, the restaurant was very busy when we arrived and we ended up waiting almost half an hour for our first cocktail. Our waitress Lydia was great though went above and beyond and negotiated an extra half an hour of bottomless cocktails for us. Food was excellent and cocktails came thick and fast after the initial delay. All in all a very enjoyable night
