TGI Friday's in Milton Keynes

Love TGIs, food great and our server Anna was lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Great place great atmosphere. We're be back.

I went in on a Saturday. It was pretty empty and on arriving I was asked if I had a booking. There were at least3 20 free tables. They said they only had two staff on. It struck me that the person who spoke to me really could not be bothered.

My husband, son and I went for pre cinema meal at MK1 Stadium restaurant last night. We had booked ourselves a table 1.5 hours pre show. We told our waitress we were going to cinema and the time. Service was so slow we received our main courses 5 mins before film started. Seated near the food pass we could see several Deliveroo/Just Eat orders being completed while we waited. Serving staff were rushed off their feet so staffing on a busy Saturday had clearly been underestimated. When my husband complained, and ge was quite polite, the member of staff looked bored and disinterested. We did not, as a consequence, enjoy the meal which had to be eaten in a hurry so we could rush into the cinema late. Despite being long standing customers we won't be back.

Decided to stop off for a spot of lunch after shopping We had the BBQ wings to start and then the Cobb salad with grilled chicken.. Salad was awful, only three bits of chicken and the grated carrot in the salad tasted off, why can’t chefs grate their on carrot ?? With a Diet Coke and a sparkling water £59

Absolutely fabulous evening dinning at TGIF. Louis was the best. Attentive and cheery, making us feel welcome and special.

It was great food and had great customer service Simon was always happy and smiling and always laughed with us a bit when he'd come to are table he'd also check to see if my dad needed a refill on his drink multiple times and just checked up on us regularly to see if everything was alright it was a great experience and it was fun.

My mate and I had a fantastic dinner at TGI Fridays! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were super friendly. The food was delicious burgers. Everything was served hot and fresh. We left full and happy. Highly recommended!

Arrived as per our booking but were told our table wasn’t ready and were asked to take a seat at the bar and we’d be collected asap. At least ten minutes later our drinks order was taken at the bar during which time we noticed a high number of customers arrived, in families and couples, all taken immediately to tables. I went to back to the check-in desk and explained our dissatisfaction at the situation; we were immediately shown to a table, with profuse apologies, and the offer of a round of drinks on the house. We found the food overall disappointing and highly overpriced for the quality. The nachos were soggy and unappetising and the mozzarella dippers tasty but expensive at £9.50 per serving. The steak was ok but not worth £28.80 (accompanied by A tiny mushroom) and the messy burger way overpriced at £18.60. You can buy much tastier for less at better establishments. Total bill for 4 - £158 including tip and 6 drinks. In our opinion our visit was not value for money as we did not particularly enjoy the food and would not rush back.

Louis s was our server, absolutely brilliant, made the whole experience alot better, he built a relationship with us as customers and was very quick and efficient in serving

Kirsty was amazing she took her time and made it an excellent dinner, she went above and beyond, absolutely credit to the restaurant!

A waitress was really helpful. Her name was Anna, and it was our first time using the reward system, and she was really helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic and it had a great atmosphere.

Had an amazing experience here today, our waiter Louis s was super friendly and attentive to us! Refill drinks were kept topped up and food was 100% on point! The team engaged with the children when they were getting fed up and made this a fun time for them too!

Went for lunch, several key items out of stock, bit pricy for what you get, that being said, the staff really make tgi's place decent, our waitress kirsty J was incredibly attentive and welcoming she really tried to make the experience enjoyable, hire more kirsty's !! Bring back a better menu thats reasonably priced. Kirsty deserves 5/5 !!

I would not take steak there but for fried food was good. Mocktails wore really good, and guy who served us was so nice and friendly.
