Order arrived phoned cause missing nann (my fault) reported poppadoms were stale, they denied. Then went on to have the worse ever so called curry! Everything tasted of burnt, which if there was any spice about it wouldn't have been as bad. Onion salad was just that one slice of chopped up onion for 2 quid! I would avoid like the plague. Unfortunately they won't be brave enough to allow this on through site!!

I placed an order which was confirmed by the restaurant with a pending payment and a pick up time. We arrived to be told that no order was sent through and nothing they could do. Very aggressive in nature when this was their error. Avoid

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH WEBSITE! We ordered for a family of 10 via the website and payment was accepted and left my account. We went to pick up the order and were told that they had no record of our order and were not going to refund us. I now have to go through my bank to get this money back. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS TAKEAWAY.

First time getting a takeaway with friends, one of the very best curries I've had and I am a fusspot with food. Each part of the meal was excellent, glorious flavours throughout, thoroughly recommended.

We ordered a Chicken tikka massala instead they sent us a Tandoori mixed grill with the CTM written on the lid also my prawns still had the shell on the other curry also the Tandoori mixed grill I did order never had the plain naan bread with it so a total failure on there part, tried to phone them to complain and there number is not recognised so will never order from them again

Excellent takeaway. Their chicken is always tender and succulent, great portions. Excellent value for money too, with friendly staff

I have never had such a poor Indian takeaway. The portion was a few pieces of chicken and plenty of onion to pack it out. I won't be going back in a hurry.

Regularly used for delivery, never anything to fault, the quality is consistently very good and the pricing spot on.

I'm not one to write bad reviews, however, I felt so strongly about this that I decided I had to. We had a bad experience from this curry house in Lockdown 1 so decided to leave it for a while. Since then we have had a few good ones so went to a friends house and recommended we order from here. Food turned up and was all incorrect and cold. Phoned up to complain and was met with a disgruntled young lady who insisted on going through our order and trying to blame us for the problem. In the end she said she would speak to her manager when he returned from delivering currys. It was now 7pm and would of meant another 90 minutes before we ate, so we binned the curry and went to the local chip shop instead. POOR, POOR, POOR service. DO NOT USE, ATTITUDE STINKS.

Just got a take away from this Indian. On time, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend as we were very impressed! 😀.

I placed a pre order for delivery but it never arrived, I tried calling them numerous times from when it was 30 mins late but line engaged, order eventually cancelled when 1 hour 30 mins late, very poor service and will not use again!

Food was bland, lamb was awful, very poor quality. Chicken was dry. Chicken chatt was tasteless. Overall worse curry we have had!!!!!!

At 5:30pm I ordered a meal to be delivered ASAP (approx a 5 min drive away). At 17:31 I received an email confirming receipt of my order with delivery estimated at 18:16. At 18:45 I called to chase my order only to be told no record could be found so they retook my order over the phone. 50 minutes later I called again to chase and was told by the manager Adam, that they had not even started cooking it, were confused as they couldn’t see I’d paid and when I asked for a refund told me they were very busy so it would take a few days to sort this. I definitely advise all to avoid this place.

The most tasty and best value Indian Takeaway in the Country I’ve come across by far. The team of talented cooks always produce a lovely meal and their customer Service and friendliness is second to none when dealing direct.My advice is to deal with them and avoid ordering online as those companies that take a huge percentage for ordering online! Pickup is never delayed and if there is a problem it’s always rectified with free or extra dishes next time. In my experience my loyalty is always rewarded.

The food is good, tasty & good value, the food can be seen cooking in the open style kitchen. staff always helpful

We’ve ordered from Taroka several times before and always been happy with the food, although deliveries can be a little late. Our last order was so spectacularly late that we phoned 4 times to chase it up and were told it was out to deliver each time, which was clearly a lie. Our order turned up over 2 1/2 hours later than it was supposed to be at 10:30 at night! Then to top matters off the order was missing one dish and one dish was wrong. When we phoned to complain we were told our next order from them would be free if we placed the same order, however in trying to do so today we were rudely told no and that they don’t give any free food. We certainly won’t be ordering from Taroka ever again.
