Khan Special Curry was expensive and very oily. Meat fish and egg cooked well but flavour wasn’t there. Naan didn’t feel fresh or was over cooked as it was dry.

My go to place for an Indian, great tasting meal

Honestly food is poor quality, just eat don’t offer refund because “every restaurant has their own ingredients and ways to cook, this was not good cooking it was disappointing. I hate to have to write bad reviews but don’t be like me and waste £20 on food you won’t be able to eat :(

disappointed, prawn balti had a thick layer of grease and the naan was not fresh! held it up and was like a soggy wet dish cloth :(

Best curry in the bay. Massive naan bread, loads of chicken in my curry, and the delivery was on time. I would highly recommend

1st time getting kids a curry. Korma and tikka masala both flavourless chicken was dry. And 2 naan breads burnt and could snap them. We was very disappointed wife and kids didn't eat it at all.

First time here and had a good deal with plenty of food. Not my favourite but adequat as lacked flavour compared to others I use, amazing garlic naan and poppadom.

Garlic and chilli chicken was full of flavour with a good chilli kick to it. The Dansak was delicious but I missed out on pineapple! Food was hot and the delivery guy was polite and friendly. Thank you 🙏

I was visiting the area on business and decided to get a curry. The restaurant did not look very inviting but I was hungry after a 5 hour drive so decided to order and not make a pre judgement on the food. After a long wait for a relatively small order it finally arrived with a complimentary crushed poppadom. The food was absolutely awful, a poorly made naan bread which was not rolled out properly, some bits was thick and tasted like raw dough and other parts was burnt. The curry was bland with little to no flavour, just a red sauce and the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. The onion bhajis came in a bag all broken up and it tasted of mint. overall I would say this is the worst take away I have ever eaten.

This is my 4th takeaway from this place, I had a jalfrazei, rice included £10, It was one of the best jalfrazeis I’ve had , flavoursome, with a lovely bite, and delicious. I can’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I order and pick my order up from the restaurant, the owners are friendly and sociable, and polite, The food is excellent and very cheap compared to others in Torbay. I will be taking some friends Here soon when they visit Torbay, for and Indian meal. Parking opposite, Great Indian restaurant/takeaway I’d say.

I didn’t receive my rice with the order and the meat was chewy. The Naan was burnt too!

Tasteless nights should be closed down! They’re literally ripping people off, by supplying watered down versions of curries, absolutely tasteless, I have been eating masala for around 40 years, I have NEVER EVER tasted crap like this! £36 Wasted, they should be done for fraud! Disgusting food, please don’t waste your money. I’m so angry I couldn’t get a refund from Just Eat, it was meant to be a treat, we had No dinner and no money left. (Cost of living crisis) There’s only one place for this food and it was down the food disposal! Don’t believe the good reviews, they’re completely made up.

This food was unfortunately inedible, it was completely tasteless, I don’t know what the meal was but it certainly wasn’t Chicken tikka & vegetable (containing old black potatoes) masala! The so called chicken Korma was also tasteless and inedible. Sorry, I won’t be ordering again or recommending to my guests.

Ordered a takeaway from here so can’t comment on the premises or the service. Our food arrived quickly and was still very hot which unfortunately were the only positives. Vegetable tikka masala was bland tasteless and potato in the curry was black! Chicken Tikka again had no flavour! Nothing! Same with the chicken korma. Never had a takeaway so bland in our lives. I think the chefs need to be tasting their food before sending it out to paying customers. So disappointing will not be returning and will definitely not recommend.

I’m sorry but the curry was tasteless. I’ve never had to put salt and pepper on a curry. The delivery was fast and the driver was lovely. But I would never order from here again.

I ordered from here a week ago and it was really nice, chips the curry I ordered the poppadoms and the rice was all nice, this time round I really couldn’t eat any of it, tried the madras I ordered it seemed plain no taste just being spicy, then the chips was like over cooked the bread I ordered wasn’t nice just very greasy, the poppadoms was almost like stale the aloo Bombay potatoes was way too hot, more spicy then the madras! With like no flavour what so ever and potatoes was basically mushy. Not happy at all, ate a few chips and had a poppadom with the mint sauce the rest of the order was chucked in the bin, I guess this place is a hit and miss depending on if you get lucky or not, last time was 5* this time is below a 1* waste of money, food arrived on time so that’s the only good thing I can say, sorry for negative review but it’s £24 down the drain.

Starter was good but main of chicken balti was poor. Quite tasteless, very little spices not like a balti at all!

Honestly can’t flaw the food, prices were cheaper then most places, and staff were friendly. Also the Surroundings were sophisticated and clean.

Very fast, good quantity and quality of food. However the chicken jalfrezi was so spicy i couldn’t eat and of the sauce. I usually order jalfrezi from elsewhere and enjoy it but had to wipe sauce of the chicken to be able to eat any of it.

The food was really bland which is disappointing as we’ve ordered from this restaurant before and it was good.

Food piping hot, rice was fine. Garlic nan had a strange taste, garlic paste maybe? Not pleasant. Lamb Dopiaza sauce very thick, sweet and red. Chicken Jalfrezi, sauce also very sweet, thick and red, both curries similar in taste. Didn’t enjoy the curries sadly.

When I entered the place I enjoyed the feel of it instantly. All of the dishes were a little more than I wanted to spend but I trusted my gut and it paid off. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. It's hard to find a place that makes very spicy round ere. Thanx!

Very sophisticated food and a good portions . Our family of three enjoyed our dinner . Very authentic sauces , I personally enjoyed their lamb korma ( I’m not very adventurous in my choice though!). I would definitely recommend Tandoori Night’s as one of the best Indian take always in Paignton!

Small hicup with order but rectified within 15 mins . Food is very good and the madras is a real madras . Overall will be ordering again set meal is well worth the cost , food is very good

1/5 is too generous. Took my family of 8 for a curry on the final night of our holiday and it was horrendous. The glasses for drinks for were dirty, the trays for the poppadoms were dirty and the bottle openers made me feel sick. When I say dirty, they were disgusting, have they even heard of washing up??? The plates had dried food on the them and we had to clean our cutlery ourselves with wipes because it was that bad. The food was surprisingly nice but we was all majorly put off by the lack of basic hygiene. The curry’s had lots of oil sitting on the top of them and who puts cheese in a butter chicken? It was the worst butter chicken I have ever had. The prawns were also watery and did not trust them enough to eat more than one of them. Wasn’t surprised when we got home and had belly ache. There is no way this establishment is a 4/5 for food hygiene. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
