Sweet Tooth in Carlisle

Don't listen to the bad reviews, sweet tooth is our go to dessert place in carlisle. They always have great quality deserts, no soggy batter and will always deliver in the time they've given you.

I ordered ice cream and waffles as a treat for myself and boyfriend, and there was crud and a black hair on the side of the little tub, Im not sure if it was dropped in delivery or what but I called them and a man said some things I wont repeat and ended the call, I won't go back there again!

2 orders placed, 2 orders cancelled. Waited 2 hours after various delivery updates, one stating driver on way to pick up, then preparing food, then continously adding 30 mins to delivery time before cancelling at 10pm. Don't waste your time ordering from here

Initially we ordered through their website and it said they don’t deliver in our area but they have history of delivering to our home. So we phoned the actual shop and they told us they do deliver to our area and they instructed us to order through Just Eat instead. In that instance, they should’ve taken our order. 2 HOURS LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR OUR FOOD! Therefore, we phoned the shop and the woman didn’t even apologise for the delay. Worse customer service ever. She instructed us to cancel the order and she said there is nothing she can do on their side. Don’t order here you will never get your order.

Placed an order via Uber Eats and after an hour it still hadn’t arrived, I called the shop and the man started being incredibly rude shouting at me down the phone saying i had to get in contact with Uber eats when it is the shops responsibility to contact Uber and find my order. He continued to be aggressive over the phone to be telling its not his problem and I had to go the shop ( during a global pandemic when we are not allowed to leave our homes). He then told me he could do nothing and put the phone down on me. Horrendous customer service.

For mine and be my partners anniversary we thought we’d finish our day off by getting a little sweet treat. The waffles we got were amazing, full of source and toppings !! They definitely aren’t skimpy with anything here.

Wow what can I say no customer service, no smiles, no conversation and the manager needs a lesson in basic interpersonal skills. This place has no atmosphere or buzz. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered, waited no longer than 5-10 mins, food was very nice. Large range of sweet treats including crepes, milkshakes and smoothies! Chocolate bars galore to make your own customisable sweet treat Service was great- worker was kind and sparked a conversation and a joke here and there. I suspect if it was busier service may have been slower but it was pretty much empty.

Cheesecake was sloppy and not set right. Very gooey, tasted very sweet but not much other flavour. Disappointing. I've made better cheesecakes myself. Yet another takeaway food option in Carlisle that's low quality. Yuck!

Terrible experience. Ordered food to collect, collection was due in ‘20 mins’, got there on time and they hadn’t even started making it. When I questioned this, the staff were rude to me and my partner, aggressive and not accommodating. Initially complaining to the server, multiple people turned up to gang up on me and my partner and it was very intimidating. Also calling my partner a ‘b*tch’. Please do not buy from here.

DO NOT ORDER!! Incompetent, delivered wrong order and when I contacted got abuse from several different people. Half an hour on the phone later still no correct order, no refund and was hung up on. DO NOT ORDER!! #avoid #thieves #rude

After a long boring day at a funeral, it was suggested we should order some waffles and ice cream to perk up the mood. Perfect, just what I needed after struggling to stay awake for the most part of the funeral. No snacks were provided in the church due to the priests strict no eating in mass policy. We ordered using Food Hub After being asked 10 questions and pages and pages of add ons for my waffle, I finally settled on Nutella with Skips and strawberry Ice Cream (yes skips the crisps - must have got the idea from the Old Bank Carlisle. the rest of the family went for the 'BBC' - Bubble waffles with Blueberry sauce and cheese. apart from the menu system and question after question, the puddings were splendid. although the sweet tooth sugar ticklers delivered a pudding that almost brought uncle Tony back to life, the delivery time could have been slightly quicker. However this won't put me off, as my Auntie is on the way out next and I'm desperate to try their new HIV waffle. That's Haribo's, Ice Cream and verrucas. Qute good, quite nice cant really complain about the price!

Me and my friend were craving something sweet so we decided to order a waffle. However we were disappointed because they wouldn’t deliver to our house so my parents were going to drive us to collect it. It was too late. We thought it was shocking that you could get delivery till 22:30 but collection ends at 20:30. Another bad experience was I had to wait 2 hours for a pancake!!! Shocking !!!

Amazing sweet treats from here! Would recommend, accommodated changes to my order and was delivered to my door under the advised delivery time! Beautiful, can't fault!!

I am beginning to become a food reviewer and sadly at sweet tooth i never managed to review the food! 2 orders were cancelled, hopefully I will recieve a refund. However when i rang up and gave my address to see why it was late the man there said it was 'on its way' which he later admitted was not true when I rang up asking why it had been cancelled. The worst part was he just shouted at me the entire call.
