Went to the currency exchange team on 3rd floor. Met by wonderful gents named Luke and Phil. Best advise I had from visiting 4 establishments and told to order online for a higher rate and collect in 48 hours! Perfect 5* service

The customer service from the male waiter was absolutely disgusting. I can’t remember his name specifically but he has blonde hair and was Albanian. He was bad mouthing me and my friends right in front of us to his colleagues. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Feel bad for his future wife.
