Dee Dee"s Cafe in Valley Springs, CA is the BEST!! If you want excellent food and GREAT customer service this cafe is a must! Not exaggerating, everything on the menu is fantastic. The best biscuits and gravy West of the Mississippi LOL 😆. You will not be disappointed. Open for breakfast and lunch.

The restaurant is good, in comparison to other restaurants, the price is very good. The food was very good too. The waitress was nice. The people were good there. It’s an excellent place to enjoy in family.

I'm pretty sure "Dee Dee" stands for "Deesappointing Deesappointing." The best thing about this restaurant is that there're other food options in the shopping center so you can get real food still. And there's a CVS right there, so you can get some Imodium or Pepto if you do get stuck eating at this Dirty Diner. The thing that bugs me most is that I just couldn't place the taste of the water — somewhere between ice cream and hamburger; hope I don't get Dysentery Dysentery.

Senior menu. Appreciate. Everything was superb. Coffee, BLT, more than enough for breakfast and lunch (with the abundant side salad)

Food was good except steak- A bit tough but correct temp. I don't recommend the steak. Country sausage-excellent.

Very nice place but a little pricey

I thought the mushroom omelette was quite good; my husband was so-so on his biscuits and gravy. The coffee was decent. I appreciated the fact that the menu clearly indicated the credit card surcharge - I don't do repeat business with places that spring that on you after you've already eaten but when it's honest and upfront I'm fine with it, good job there.

No hot food and only 1-20 only available food was what was left in the cabinet not a lot cafe looked untidy and the staff were more busy having a sit down and gossip rather than there customers I gave one star as the lady that served me was polite and friendly the range really need to step up and get there ship in order this could be a thriving business.

The staff was friendly but we were waiting over 25 minutes to have our order taken watching tables that came in after us get their order taken by our waitress and the other waitress. Unsure if it’s because we are much younger compared to the other customers and considered not as important but it genuinely made us feel unwelcomed. The food was good in flavor but sadly cold and overall not a great experience here.

Food was overall okay. Google said that they had breakfast all day- turns out they don't. French fries were nice and thick and burgers were good, though I really was hoping for breakfast when it said all day. Service was ok- didn't come by too often for refills.

Be careful how you order. If you tell them you want a Mickey pancake by itself and a side of eggs they will charge you for the whole Mickey pancake meal even though you didn’t get a whole meal. You have to order a pancake in the shape of Mickey she said and then order a side of eggs. I was charged 22$ for two Mickey pancakes, a side of egg and sausage. When normally two mickey pancakes is 9.50 and sides of sausage and eggs run 3$ a piece. So it should’ve only been around 14$. But I ordered it wrong. Also where is my entire meal then if i got charged for it? Also online prices are not the same as in store.

DeeDee's Cafe is clearly one of the local favorites and honestly, I can COMPLETELY see why. It gives off a very comforting vibe and homely feeling. The prices are great and the food is better, great portion sizes and old school, original charm. Customer Service is A1 as well, a most definitely go to if in the Area.

Foods good but price like it was gold

Service was horrible. One waitress just stood at the counter the whole time chatting it up with a gentlemen. As people are all waiting for tables to be cleaned so people coming in have a clean place to sit down. Today was a total fail.

Really good food. Good amount of food per order. Their fries paired with their ranch was super yummy. The staff was nice, our waiter was a sweet heart, she deserves a raise she was running that whole show by herself. We still got good service. We stopped by on our way home from Reno. We were looking for a diner to eat at we did not want fast food. Found this gem. There was 6 of us, we all ordered different dishes and all of our dishes were good. They have seating inside and outside. Booths and tables. If you want good food and are in this are this is def the place to go.

This restaurant became under new ownership four years ago and what a turnaround.Their staff is top notch and everyone treats you like family. I have experienced many cafés over the years and this has been my absolute favorite, just a really good vibe, good food, awesome people,

Called to get a to go order and she practically yelled at me. First she lied saying they don't do to go because they are too busy then she said people don't come and pick them up. Well then now what is it? If you order to go you need to wait there for your order but only on weekends because people on the week days are picking their food up but not on the weekends. This is too confusing. Won't be going here ever again after she was that rude.

These guys no how to cook down home meals! The Philly Cheese Steak & Fries are Excellent! The 2-2-2 French Toast, Eggs & Country Sausage is Absolutely Delicious! Diana & her staff are the Bomb!

Food was not fresh. Microwaved gooie biscuits and gravy was just a bit salty. The staff and cook are very pleasant to talk to.

The French fries have much to be designed. Burger is dry and over cooked. Fantastic service.

I’ve never been to this cafe but I was driving and the driver of this cafes work van cut me off very abruptly and very un safe causing me to slam on my breaks. I honked to avoid an accident and they very rudely honked back at me. I hope they run their cafe better than they drive.

French toast was made with brown bread 🤮🤮🤮🤮 EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Waitress didn't get my order correct. Milk was warm. I won't be going back

I came here with my family on our way to Yosemite. I had the Chicken Melt with a side of fries and a lemonade. The food was pretty good, as was the service, bathroom wasn't too dirty. Nothing too special. Might be a nice place to eat at every so often if you lived nearby. They also had free wifi so that was nice (password is on the blackboard).

Went in for a coffee and a sausage roll today. Dis not mind having the sausage roll cold as it was quite busy. But when I bit into it was not cold, it was still frozen inside.

I Wasnt very impressed. We waited over an hour for our subpar food. We waited for someone to seat us. Several servers ignored us so we waited by a table to have a server ask if we were waiting for the table to be cleaned. Then several people around us got their orders before she took ours. The food came and was ok. Then a server was cleaning a table close to us. She was dumping the cups on the ground behind the table. Gross.

We arrived in Valley Springs with time to kill before an appointment. We had lunch at Deedees. Prices were reasonable, food was great, and service very friendly. Our server made a mistake in entering our order which raised our check by six dollars over what we expected. Our server corrected the tab without hesitation and with a smile. If you’re ever in Valley Springs and are hungry, be sure to have a meal at Deedees. You won’t be disappointed.

The food is pretty good but if you under 65 year old, expect subpar service. You can sit there patiently being ignored while some next to you is chatting up with owner, getting their orders taken faster, and clearly being prioritized. People will even go behind the counter and pour their own coffee while taking up the servers attentions for small talk. I eat here regularly and this is just something I consistently see. It makes you not want to eat there on the weekends.

This is the best spot in valley springs to go for breakfast (in my humble opinion 😂😝) to go for breakfast in valley springs. They’re always friendly and prompt, with a colorful local cast of regulars who truly give you the flavor of Valley springs. There breakfast meals always tastes fresh and delicious! I personally always order a side of biscuits and gravy because I’m a Texan boy at heart, but of course they do the side right. The only negative thing I would say is that, the lunch could use some work. The meat in the blu burger I had just wasn’t seasoned enough. But besides that I love em’ for breakfast!

Awesome everything. Visiting through this town of Valley Springs, CA for a job and stopped by Dee Dee's for Breakfast to start the day. I walk in this Hole-in-the-Wall... and we all know these types of places delivery amazing stuff. I was greeted by the Kitchen Cooks where the Bar Counter is located in front while all of the wait staff seemed to be cuay taking orders from other customers. Looking around this place is small, mainly your standard size (not too big and not too small) Starbucks or so. Once I seated at the counter the very kind, friendly, Professional wait staff got me a place setting, a menu and something to drink. I think I counted about 15 -20 tables and the counter seated about 6-8 people. Well, the chef's were hustling doing their thing whipping up very good looking dishes. No on with my Food Review!!!! I had the All Meat Omelet, the wait staff asked the kind of cheese I wanted... thought that was nice to have a choice along with a choice of Hash Browns, Country Potatoes. I selected the Counrty Potatoes (Prepared Fried Scallop Sliced with chopped sautee white Onion). Let me tell you. The egg on the Omelet was perfectly cook and served. My eye got wide as I wasn't expecting to be so massive for the $11 meal. WOW!!!! A nod to the Chef's and was expecting a great work day as I finished the meal and it was a great start for the worksite nearby. I will give this site with these group of Staff a Super Official 5-Stars rating. Turns out not only do they dish up an awesome Breakfast (their Biscuits and Gravy and Pancakes I seen whipping up were looking fantastic), but they also recognize U.S Service Members (Active Duty and Veterans) with a discount. A-1 in my book. A visit again is in order if ever called back out here to work.

The service was excellent and the food was individually prepared to a high standard. It was presented well and tasted deliciously. They have a choice of hot and cold snacks, hot & cold drinks and items from the chiller. The cake is delicious.
