Went to the currency exchange team on 3rd floor. Met by wonderful gents named Luke and Phil. Best advise I had from visiting 4 establishments and told to order online for a higher rate and collect in 48 hours! Perfect 5* service

This lounge is the worst I’ve ever been to, I’d rather be at home, the customer service was absolutely awful and ruined the mood immediately before we could even enter in. I will never enter or reccomend this lounge to anyone. The only thing that kept me in the lounge were the female staff who were very friendly.

This is the first time we have ordered from here. We ordered jacket potatoes and a mushroom omelette. Both meals were perfectly made and tasted lovely. pPortions were very generous. Quality was 10/10. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
