Absolutely adore Koja to sit for a while and study or read in the most relaxing, beautiful but simple environment. The coffee is always divine. Always has some lovely vegan food option and oat milk. Love it here.

Desperate for a coffee I found Koja coffee shop by accident. Thank goodness I did! Down Jeffries passage there it was, clean and uncomplicated. I had a really nice latte. It was no trouble to have one of the almond croissants warmed in the microwave for me to have with my coffee. A pleasure to genuinely recommend Koja in Guildford GU1 4AP to all.

I spent a very pleasant hour or so in this lovely coffee shop with a friend - there is a little seating at the moment but they are currently doing work on the upstairs area so there will be more. The coffee was smooth and strong and the cinnamon bun and salted caramel brownie simply divine. Can’t wait for the next visit!!

Hidden gem in Jeffries Passage. Best Coffee and pastries in town. Locally sourced coffees and produce at a reasonable price. Definitely will be back.

What a pleasure it was to find this cafe. We don’t often come to Guildford but on exploring found this little independent coffee house. The flat white alongside the chocolate whirl was heavenly..Had a lovely chat with Victor/Barista/Manager who really knew his coffee. Bought a bag of the coffee too. Surrey Hills blend. Shall really look forward to coming back. Thank you. :)

The best steak I have come across for a long time. No sauce needed just the one they use to cook it.

Food and service were excellent. However, being surrounded by bags of potatoes and boxes of peanut oil made it feel as though you were eating in a Warehouse.

Sunny lunch time in the garden and the food here was amazing. So many options I fancied on the menu but in the end I chose the Mediterranean quiche, which was delicious. Large group of friendly walkers on the table next to us, so we had a good view of some of the other options and also could hear their complimentary comments. We will definitely have to go back and try the other options! Pretty secluded peaceful country garden. We ate from the bar food menu opposed to the restaurant menu but that looked great too. Service was fantastic by all the staff. We didn’t feel our bill was overpriced for the quality of food and service we received. Didn’t see the inside of the pub, so can’t comment.
