Creams, Guildford in Guildford

I went here today for my bd party and we all loved it so much. The food came 5 mins after we ordered and it was amazing. But a little while after I started feeling a bit sick but it was only bc I ate too much. Overall, a lovely experience!

Me and my 2 year old daughter have just taken a bus to go to creams (it took us an hour to get here) and it is closed. The website says it’s open. Could they not have let people know?!

It's closed due to leakage. I travelled 10 miles and then get to know its closed even on Google It's saying open. They should update it here.

don’t order the person we ordered from last night stole our food and then we tried again today and our food was all over the boxes and milkshake was all split in the bag absoultely ridiculous

with the fruit kebabs, the ice cream didn’t turn up

The food was amazing Stuffed my tummy and my mates tum tum and left us with no complaints

We have been coming to Creams in Guildford for many years. The service is always second to none and the ice-cream is delicious. A fantastic range and make your own desert choices and tasty coffee. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice food - I have also ordered online from here and it came quickly, was tasty, and reheated great the next day. Atmosphere is kind of awkward, some damage on the benches.

The delivery driver who tried to deliver my order obviously did not check the order or thought he would keep one of them. I have already spoke to the restaurant I ordered from to confirm my order was put through correctly. And before I even told the gentleman on the phone my order he had already found it and told me what was there. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. And as a company you should be ashamed that your delivery drivers are like this. Absolutely appalled.

Awesome ice cream parlour. Lots of variety, this is going to be controversial but my go to flavour is bubblegum blue that flavour is absolute class. But no this place has great happy and helpfull staff and a really nice styled interior

Lovely food, excellent service. This was a treat for my son's birthday and the staff made it really special for him.

I won a voucher in an Instagram competition and redeemed it in the Guildford restaurant. The store manager was friendly and welcoming, and made the transaction with the voucher very easy and straightforward. We had ice cream, a crepe and a waffle, which was all delicious. I forgot to mention that I wanted white chocolate sauce on my waffle, so it came with milk chocolate sauce. They very kindly remade it for me with white chocolate instead. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back again!

I been couple of times, I ate wafols and ice creams it's a best desert shop.

I've been plenty of times with my wife and kids it's the best dessert shop in the town centre.No comparison with any other shop value to money.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, showed us to our table straight away. Place was very clean and modern and the bathroom was really cool too! Menu offered an amazing range of things!! We opted for the crepes and they were so good and very good value for money! Will 100% be back here soon!

Ordered a cookie dough with some milkshakes and waffles The cookie dough and waffles were awesome, was very impressed with the recipe and also the decor was very nice, comfortable seating. We were serviced by Manager today who was really nice and friendly, very approachable manner and excellent customer service skills. Me and my friend had a waffle. He ordered the chocolate cake waffle and I ordered the white bueno waffle. The waffle itself was exactly as it should be, no hard bits around the sides and the perfect waffle texture that melts as you chew on it. When we ordered little extra bits on it, we actually got them. In other words you definitely get what you pay for here! I really hope you guys stay open for a very very very long time as I will now be coming here as a regular.

The waffles from Creams Guildford are next level! I’ve had some pretty good waffles in other places , but this place completely towers above the rest. We travel here regularly from woking just for this reason only :D if you love waffles, make sure you pay Creams Guildford a visit! The staff are very friendly and helpful too

Cookie dough was nice but the waffle still had raw batter. I have waffles all the time and was surprised by the lack of regard by manager for food safety when I questioned it.

Sometimes good, never been in the actual Resturant but order through Deliveroo occasionally. It’s extremely hit or miss, you’ll either get a cooked waffle or an extremely undercooked waffle that is inedible

Really good warm and tasty. Ice cream was still frozen.

Initial delivery time was 20.40-20.48 which was approx 20 minutes after ordering. Seemed reasonable. Time kept increasing to eventually 21.50 which was pretty much when the order arrived. Food was cold, had to reheat it and the quality of it was not great anymore as a result. Ended up testing quite stale

What a joke! Went into the shop just before 10.45pm and they only have ice creams available

I went on Pancake Day and I wouldn’t expect the standard of service to be this low! When you walk in, unless you know you’re meant to get a table, you’re hesitant to get yourself a table in case someone is meant to show you there and when I pointed this out to the server, he didn’t understand and asked what table I was at and didn’t speak in a very respectful tone. Secondly, there were marks on my table that I thought wouldn’t have been missed when cleaning but they were. I still sat there & there was a fly buzzing round me at one point which really reflects the cleanliness of the restaurant & when I got my food, bare it in mind all meals come with a side of creams ice cream, this other server didn’t even give me a spoon- I had to ask for one! Would not go back again.

The delivery time carried on extending at it was ‘assigning a driver’ and when it has came the waffle is cold.

Usually this place is a place that’s a really nice to come to and nice company from the people working there. I came in yesterday with my partner who struggles with eating, and anxiety. so it was hard enough to even get her to come in and eat. she ordered herself to which she was told “that’s a lot of food, i hope you eat it all” as she wanted some bananas and strawberry’s on her waffle? We tried to ignore that and then once her food was brought to the table she was told “there is your massive waffle”. excuse me? Sometimes opinions should be kept to themselves. people don’t know what anyone is going through especially with problems with eating. Not happy with the service at all.

Delivery driver was lovely. Strawberries were soggy.

Honestly I would love to come here every weekend. The atmosphere is amazing and the prices are not expensive for what they offer

I do love a creams. It's just a shame there is no option to add extra sauce and extra chocolate with the waffle. But i will still reorder again for sure cause the taste is really nice 😊

I absolutely love this place!! The staff are friendly and they treat you very well. They are excellent!! The food is simply delightful and I never get tired of it. The place is kept clean and is a good vibe. The food is top-class even when ordered on deliveroo/uber eats. I highly recommend!!!

Overall a pretty standard experience. Ice cream was nice but the staff all seemed either stressed or angry, we were served by a very grumpy gentleman who made us feel that we were a nuisance rather than paying customers. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. Not worth it.

I am a regular customer, but this time the food was not good. The waffle was not in good shape and it was soggy, but the toppings were fine.

Just took 6 kids plus accompanying adults for a 7th birthday party. Brilliant. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. All the awkward orders handled perfectly by a till wizard, everything arrived very quickly. exactly as ordered, and everything tasted as good as the pictures looked. Definitely recommend.

Great place to come with my daughter. Her favourite place in Guildford and its quickly becoming one of mime too.

RISK DEATH. Yes, that may sound dramatic, but it is very important that anybody who is thinking of going there reads this beforehand. I went in and ordered two milkshakes, one Smarties and one Kinder chocolate. The unfriendly waitress behind the counter called me over once they were both ready and said here is one Snickers and one Kinder. I queried this as I ordered a Smarties and a Kinder. She said oh sorry, I meant to say Smarties and Kinder, so I asked her if she was sure about this, and she said yes. As my wife has a nut allergy, it was quite concerning as to whether her milkshake was in fact, Smarties or Snickers, the latter containing nuts aplenty. I tasted it before giving it to her and it tasted very nutty and therefore was the snickers one! I went back and saw the same officious woman who again disagreed with then proceeded to try the milkshake and then agreed it was Snickers. No apology despite me telling her how careful she needs to be in future as this could be fatal potentially. She knew exactly what she had done but played dumb. I then proceeded to email Creams via their website that same night to advise what had happened and requested contact back but heard nothing. This was over a week ago and pretty much demonstrates the overall poor service of the staff and management who just do not give a damn about people’s welfare and lives.

Hair in my cookie dough after spending £50 for me and the misses to not eat or drink any of it and it turns up 25 mins early for what ? Great customer service !!! Never again

“Thick”shake wasn’t thick, it also didn’t come with a straw! The cookie dough was delivered on some flimsy paper which was difficult to _scrape_ off, often ripping the paper and leaving residue on the cookie dough. Kind of awful service.
