Food was on point, service was on point. The ambience is fantastic. Keep it up guys...

Got married here a while back, the events organiser was dressed like a tramp with blue Jeans on a tatty trainers hanging around like a loose end and did nothing to help it's a wedding venue where people get married, he ruined our shot as he was in the back round looking like a scruffy hobo off the streets not happy at all. There was a large obese woman with a scarf on disrupting our photos me and my wife where taking in a room, this large woman entered the room, telling us off for slightly moving a small empty fridge Sort it out not happy at all tell events organiser to dress properly glad didn't book again.

Thought it will be good this time around still disappointed with the food and service. Starters were awful fish masala was not on point felt like it was under cooked and had watery base, main dish too oily too bee honest food quality is down.

Went to a wedding here about a month ago and the food was terrible such a shame people pay all that money to feed their guests...no taste in the food whatsoever such a huge let down....the service was below average.....but the main thing was the food ..the food has got to be right and they need to change their recipe otherwise people shouldn't waste their money here

My brother had a wedding at this place, back in the days 2016 I think. place was half finished, cramped, rushed. Got charged extra couple grand during the day?? For extra pupils, really embarrassing, rip off..

This is a great venue for any occasion, we had our Walima here and everything was perfect, from booking, discussing options and planning the day, they were really supportive. I will be recommending Mashriq (Sunrise) to everyone I know for future events. Faz was really easy to communicate with and was understanding too. Booked Sunrise/Mashriq for a Wedding and from the initial talks, everything was okay and had a really good competitive price. However, on the day itself there were hiccups like cutlery was missing from the tables, water and food were spilled by the Waiters, the Music that was requested to be played wasn't put on and some random Music was being played, the Presentation we set up was not played, the Head Table setup wasn't as we requested, a glass was dropped by one of the Waiters and it broke but a guest ended up cleaning it, the Reserved Table signs were just bits of paper written on and most importantly there was no Events Person there, so nobody to speak to to sort these issues out even though it was guaranteed somebody will be there. The Music and Presentation was frustrating as we spent a lot of time and effort into getting it right only for it to not be used. The Additional Extra of the Ice Pan was really annoying as it was booked for 300 guests but it arrived late, served only 50ish people, and then left within the space of an hour. However, the day did end up going well, the atmosphere was good, the food was amazing and plenty of parking for the guests so everyone enjoyed it. Think it would be best to get in writing the confirmation of the finer details as there is no compensation for it afterwards as the day has already gone.

The service from Sunrise catering has been phenomenal once again ! From the outset I placed the order for my daughters birthday party , it was delivered steaming hot, fresh and as always the food was stunning ! All my tests commented on how delicious the food was ! It was well packed and presented in ready to serve trays making it so convenient to serve , 3 rd time I’ve used sunrise and definitely won’t be the last . Ansar was trustworthy and efficient placing my order as was the gentleman who delivered it - full marks once again ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maa sha Allah had my daughter wedding ceremony on 21st August there.Event management was excellent Especially *(Anisa)* really excelled our expectations, she took care of all our needs.Staff are very friendly and service was best,professional. This is one great place to visit with ample car parking space and easy access entrance for everyone. Staff, especially the waiting staff, were extremely friendly, well mannered and very presentable and deserve hats off for this wonderful service provided. Strongly recommend a visit here and very reasonably priced.

Actually quite impressed when attending a wedding. Great table service, very attentive making we were all OK or if we were short of anything. Overall good experience with the venue.

This is a great venue for any occasion. The staff and event managers were all polite and helpful. Food was served promptly and all our guests went away happy. Some of our guests arrived as late as 3:30 for a 1:30 food service, yet still the staff were kind enough to accommodate them. All our future events will be held here, that is how much we as a family can recommend Mashriq. Thank you from all our family for making the day a pleasant one.

From booking to the end of the wedding the service was excellent from everybody. This was a wedding booked 2 weeks prior to the wedding and anisa and her team did everything to make the day go perfect food was amazing. And the photo booth was just the final touch. So a big Thank-you to all of the mashriq team who deserve all the praise. Anisa went above and beyond to ensure all guests were taken care off!!!

Attended a wedding here, beautiful venue excellent food

Went for a wedding starters were cold. When asking for refills the waiters took a long time to bring them. Only 3 waiters attending to a minimum of 20 tables. Need more staff. The lamb curry was spicy and full of fat. Overall service was poor due to less staff and the quality of the food was not up to scratch

Venues beautiful. But what they this venue down the food and service much to be desired they need to step it up. So many complaints I had about it on my daughters wedding day sadly .

Lovely venue, however service was not good. They rushed food service and insufficient food on the table. Should have been enough at the start for one serving for all guests on table and then top.ups. loads of food left over. The manageress also butchered the wedding cake when asked to slice it . Clearly need lessons in customer service.

This has just been all done up and it was surprisingly beautifully done with lovely chandeliers and flower arrangements with gorgeous lighting. Amazing food and hospitality.

Had my daughter’s wedding here on Monday 25 th October 2021.(daytime) venue was nice and clean , the service was very poor. all my guests complain about the food and service. Very disappointed . Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Attended a friend's and family party. Absolutely lovely setting, helpful staff. The food was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time.

Anisa was an amazing floor manager and was very professional. She was very accommodating for all our needs. Great service Sunrise was an amazing venue the staff were amazing Saleem bhai was so accomadating along with Sohil. Ibrahim was amazing to I cannot fault these guys truly amazing and we will be back again

I think they should have one wedding per day. We had a wedding n at 4 they started to kick everyone out. I find it really rude and inappropriate as weddings are very emotional and sacred. They made everyone rush the whole thing and it was so annoying. They had wedding planners and venue opened yet know nothing about how weddings work and show no mercy or respect to guests or to the actual ceremony. They just want to make their money that's it. No care about making anyone comfortable or anything. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on you!

Great local venue for Asian weddings in Bradford, however the service and food is hit and miss. I went to 2 weddings within 2 weeks of each other, completely different experiences.

Appalling and atrocious is what comes to mind, unorganised, food not worth the money, seemed warmed up, not fresh.

It's a beautiful place. Nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Well worth a visit.

Great hall, very spacious and looks fab. Service from the waiters was great especially zain and Hamza hooked me up as a late comer with my own table and fresh hot dish's. Made sure I didn't go home hungry.

Anisa worked with us to ensure my brothers walima ran smoothly. She was in contact prior to the event to go over the itinerary and small details, which were all executed on the day. During the event, Anisa made herself available at any point when I needed her and was very easy to contact. She kept the family updated with the plan and ensured everything ran on time. She was very pleasant and friendly, along with all the other staff and waiters at Sunrise - I would definitely recommend to others.

Great venue, i have never seen very beautiful venue with reasonable cost like sunrise, very supportive staff, attractive decorations. You won't be disappointed at sunrise. I did my daughter's wedding at sunrise before covid pendamic. I really appreciated the service we got from sunrise management. The young boy I think is manager and his team ( I forgot his name) made everything possible for our event, what can I say we couldn't ask for more. I recommend sunrise to anyone!

We are very disappointed with food. We ordered tawa for 4, chicken curry, lamb curry, absolutely horrible, Spicy, too much salt in it. All the staff were confused 🤷‍♂️Staff were rushing like you are in a hospital and nurses and doctors going for emergency Operation!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Saleem and all the amazing venue staff for making our day absolutely incredible. My brother held his Walima at Sunrise (back in August 2019). We came from Leeds, on the recommendation of my sister who lives in Bradford, and honestly they never let us down. The venue was beautifully decorated and the food was absolutely amazing. Everyone who came to the wedding praised the venue, the food and the helpful staff. I never got a chance to leave a review but after watching my brothers wedding film I am obliged to show my appreciation "credit is owed where credit is due". Saleem truly went out of his way to provide us with the best service and best food. He fulfilled all our requests (hands down) without any hesitation and took care of all the guests with ease (alot of guests!!). Fantastic people! And, If I could leave more stars I would 👍🏼🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Adeel

Had my sisters wedding here back in january, loved everything about this venue and service was amazing not forgetting the food absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Beautiful venue, one of the best I've seen (comparing to even those in London!) Although it's a smaller venue, it is undoubtedly elegantly decorated with a lovely and flexible layout, no typical dreary 'Indian takeaway' carpet, and dazzling throughout. Major bonus, they have prayer facilities for men and women.

Beautiful wedding hall, but small

Loved it... quality hall.. only drawback is that the cutlery is disgusting... don't get me started on the glasses... they seriously need to think about putting washing up as part of there regime. Besides the poor cleanliness sides of things, the waiters are friendly and the hall is nice and clean as well as broad.

What horrible experience i was hardly guven sercice after 40 minutes, even there not enpugh to go around, i asked for more drinks and i was told i will have to until the end when everyone else was serviced when i just asker more deink i went to one myself.
